M HumanCONFIRM! Level 1 PBP GM

Fligg eventually comes around a corner and it opens up to the sky, revealing a flooded quarry. The cave opens to a path that leads all around the quarry and following it, you can see a two cave entrances on the other side of the lake.

I have been having issues putting the map up, I've figured out a way to do it, but it's not neat, still working on it, but there you go. Update: I figured out a way around it and feel stupid.

Placed Trig and Fligg on the map. He will go in the tunnel I indicated and follow the righthand wall. He's moving at half speed because of stealth, and taking a move action every other round to take 10 on perception to search ahead of him for traps. So it's going to take him a while, but he'll follow the same method of operation as before. If he gets 100' ahead of us, Trig will signal the group to start following. If he comes to a door he'll wait before opening it.

M HumanCONFIRM! Level 1 PBP GM

After a turn, the cave splits and one direction leads up some stairs and the other opens up.

Follow the righthand wall.

M HumanCONFIRM! Level 1 PBP GM

The cave opens up on the right to reveal a chamber filled with several kobolds and their pet giant rats. There is a small cooking fire in the room, lighting it up slightly.

Could we have numbers, room layout, disposition, etc?

Yeah, there is full telepathy. So he tells you how many there are and what the room's like. Look at the map.

As to how we kill them, easy. I dismiss Fligg, then summon a celestial pony to stand in the hallway next to Olivius and form a wall. He stabs them, and we shoot/throw spells from safety behind him. I will probably also summon an eagle or two depending how it goes. We'll be fine.

Exactly my thought, Trig.

Olivius listens and nods. This is simple. There is a narrow entry. That's where I stand with someone else to form a wall. Everyone else stands behind and has their way with the vermin. It would be nice to have some more light in there. Depending on how narrow it gets, I could hold the gap alone.

If this were lvl 3 I could hold the gap alone. :)
