So I just checked and I need to apply a First Steps 2 chronicle to him. Doesn't change anything, just gives him some gold to spend.

While I don’t anticipate any posting issues or inability to keep up with the game, work does sometimes get in the way of my gaming, so Rhyno’s general tactics will be to move/charge the closest enemy and apply maul liberally. He does not rage unless a comrade is felled or below half HP, then, if at all possible (No AoO’s) he will do his best to remove the offending NPC from the map.

This way, if Feral does have to GMNPC him, the actions should be roughly similar to what I would have done.

I've seen a 'tactics' spoiler used to describe actions such as yours used to great effect Rhyno. Folks just put it in their profile so the GM can easily access it when/if a temporary GMPC is needed. I'll probably make one at some point for Chorister.

Yeah, I try and do it for all my PC's, I've just never thought about putting it in his profile. Also, going back and reading it, it really just says: Smash bad guys, smash them harder if they hurt party. I think Feral can figure that one out :D

yeah I think you're right. Some I've seen are quite specific, like when to use range, when to use melee, when to heal, when to cast, what spells to cast, etc... But 'Smash Badguy' does seem pretty simple. ;)

Yeah, roll well, win game. Roll bad, and no amount of tactics or skill can save you. I had a PC die in a game I GM'd because he failed 5 fort saves in a row, and only failed on a 1 through 4.

    A bunch of ones and a two in a S1? Sounds like a "Whatever character can get running the fastest" kind of game to me! Shorthand, all Sen needs to do is mark off a charge on his Night March chronicle and he's a+ good to go; even less work than making something new.

    You can play your character however you want, it’s your character. I’m not going to tell you how I think you should because that is rude. However, don’t expect Rhyno to enjoy Sen’s company or do things to help him out. I’ve played my share of jerk characters in my decades of playing, and have decided that I don’t like that concept, YMMV.

    I’ve dealt with people far more mean spirited than you and been just fine, so no worries here :D
