Thanks as you have been so kind as to allow psionics into your game, I would like to play a Psion Telepath, I think one would help any group with interactions and communication as she would be telepathic, I have a PC half made from another game. I will work to shift her to fit this setting and game outline. I will post her alt after this post.
Thank you GM.

Just came across this thread. My favorite PC of all time was a Kalashtar Psion. I would like to make another if Psionics are allowed. Of course, he will be different -- Pathfinder half-gestalt rather than D&D 3.5!
Is this game online or PbP? As this is - coincidentally - the last day to submit, I need to create my character before reading the entire thread! :(
Wish me luck, please!

Lady Calista Lisia Da Romano |

No no no, Gloria, Calista can help you with that, all those bad thought gone, she can wipe them all away, hehehe.
But really just reading the Tactician stuff the party would get some really funky stuff. She can if some on is down in the fight switch them with another party member. Share the hurt across PCs and give nice busts to AC and TH's for a time.

Assuming I'm not too late, I'd just like clarification on something. For half-gestalt, I'm level 8, but four of those count as gestalt levels as well, correct? Meaning I could have 8 levels in, say Fighter, but have taken four gestalt levels of Cleric? And will we gain more gestalt levels as we level up?
I have an excellent character concept I'd love to try with this.

Gloria Lindgren |

Yep and she can remove, put off conditions, heal you and a load of other nice team work things. even make will saves for you.
I imagine my will save is higher, but that's really awesome. There's no aggro system in the game, but that would help me make sure I'm receiving the punishment instead of my squishier teammates. I'm assuming the damage ignores the fact that I have DR though.

Oh, and I don't want to put words into the DM's mouth, but yes. You're eighth level with four of those levels (your choice) being taken as gestalt levels. So yes, or vice-versa (8 levels cleric and 4 gestalt fighter levels).
As for if it's too late or if we'll gain more gestalt levels, I have absolutely no clue. He hasn't officially ended recruitment, so my assumption is that you're good to at least try.

yes DR/SR/PR all get bypass once you willingly and that is the key, join her collective. I have a feat called Net work power that is very cool, lets me use Level 0 and level 1 self powers on collective members, at a cost but its cool feat. As a Psion Telepath L8 [Gestalt Tactician (Battle Medic) L4] she can really do some nice things now.

Hear ye! Hear Ye!
Recruitment will officially close at the last stroke of midnight. California time Please have all changes finished by that time. If your parts are scattered, please make one post with all details of your character. Or put everything into an alias. I prefer a text version to a myth-weavers version. People with HeroLab can email me the por files at philo.pharynx at yahoo dot com.
After tonight will come the great period of reckoning. This period will last at least one day longer than you think it should. Probably several days longer than you think it should. Part of this is running things through HeroLab to check numbers. Damn it, I spent way too much money on this program and I'm going to use it.
Good luck and Gods bless you

Rolando rode into New Cyre a few days early. The town has grown, again, he noted. Making his way to his favourite Inn, The Crown and Bell, he slipped a coin to the stable boy to look after his horse then headed for the Bar. Greeting the Barman like a long lost friend, Rolando tried to enquire about the Expedition and it's leader, but was met with shrugs. Undaunted, he spent the rest of the time before the interview replacing lost or worn equipment, commissioning a few new items and preparing.
On the day of the Interviews, he rose early and joined the queue which was already quite long. Looking at his fellow hopefuls, he could see that most were wannabees, either too young and inexperienced or simply unsuited to an expedition to the Mournlands. When his turn came, Rolando stood before the three interviewers and waited their questions.
What are you best at? Your strongest talent?
"I am an archer, senor. I served as a skirmisher during the Last War and have retained my skills since."
What else can you offer to the group?
"Senor, I also served as a scout a healer and a cook; I can ride and have a keen eye. I am well travelled, and I have worked for House Orien as a mercenary scout and outrider."
What areas are you weakest in?
"Senor, I am a simple soldier and can no act as a go-between or speak for others. That, I leave to someone else."
What experiences do you have with the Mournland?
"Senor, I have been there a few times, and I am confident that I will be able to manage."
Have you visited Cyre before the Mourning?
"Si, Senor. I was a soldier with the armies of Cyre before the day of Mourning. I was born there and lived most of my life there."
Did you serve in the war? For whom, and what were your duties?
"Si, Senor, I served Queen Dannel of Cyre as a skirmisher and a scout. That all ended on the day of Mourning, though."
Do you hold any oaths or duties to others that may conflict with this mission? If so, please explain.
"No, Senor. I no longer hold commission with the armies of Cyre or any other agency. My only obligation is to Olladra, but that should not be an impediment."
Tell me a little about yourself. Your background, your training.
"Senor, there is not much else to tell. I trained to the bow from a young boy, and served as a skirmisher and a scout during the Last War. After the day of Mourning, I found myself in Breland. Having no other prospects, I signed on as a caravan guard with House Orien who were struggling to find reliable and experienced guards as most were serving in their nation's armies. That is where I have been for the last few years, travelling across Khorvaire. Now I have reached the point in my life where I can ask myself, what do I want to do for myself? I am a patriot, senor, and I want to see Cyre return to it's former glory; but to do that I must deal with the Mournland and so I am seeking out those who wish to go there and offering my services. I help them navigate the Mournland, they help me to understand it. It is simple, really. The better I understand it, the better I can serve, and the more likely I will be able to help find a way to reverse it."
Rolando Emalinos Escados was a soldier serving with the army of Cyre on the day of Mourning. He does not remember moment the day of Mourning began as he was too busy – dying.
He remembers the pain of an arrow piercing his eye and entering his brain, but the rest of his memories are hazy. He remembers serving with the 101st Skirmish Brigade, but he also remembers serving with the 15th Reconnaisance Division, in the same battles. He “awoke” on the edge of the Mournlands, looking for work and signed on with House Orien.
Twice since then he has died, each time reawakening at the edge of the Mournlands. While he is thankful to Olladra for his survival, he knows this is not normal and wants to find out about it. For now he keeps it all to himself, hoping it will not affect his performance.
Rolando is something of a patriot; he figures that if he can find out what is going on he might be able to reverse it and restore Cyre, but he is also practical and is well aware that such a dream is a long distance in the future, and is content to aid expeditions into the Mournlands for now.

Phoenix here:
I must regrettably withdraw from the running As a last minute camping trip has made completion of my character impossible.
I have the basic crunch finished, but not anything else worthy of actually submitting at this time.
I am really distraught at not being able to finish in time. Eberron is my most favorite setting I've ever seen.
Philo, if you find it in your heart, or simply out of boredom, I present the incomplete profile of: Tiberious Kanner

It was a hard choice. Especially because I was considering it from both a GM perspective and an in-character perspective. But I've narrowed it down.
The party will be:
Berthold Escheus
Rolando Emalino Escados
Gloria Lindgren
Eloith d'Phiarlan
Ry'Klead Ghostson
All the other, thank you for your work, and hopefully we'll game together in the future (possibly from our flying cars).

Well that sucks, no prion again, this is the 3ed game in a row for me the GM has said psion ok and then not picked one.
I don't wish to sound like a poop head but, and am asking the bigger community here, but GMs If your not going to pick a psionic pcs don't say you can play them. It just wastes players time, and makes them very frustrated. As in what I'm feeling now after 3 games recruitment's.
I know you had you reasons pharynx for your pick,
I feel simplicity of playing and using one system (magic) may have been one., also not having to rebuild my complex psion PC in hero lab as I don't have it another, maybe. But hay ho.
Really would have like to stretched this psionic pcs legs, are what could have been.
Frustration aside,
I hope everyone has a great game and a good time,
All the best one and all,
And see you on the boards.
