Could we set up a journal thread, or use the website journal page for character thoughts/internal monologues? I know it's fun to open up the window and let other people peek inside the characters, but I find it gets distracting when character actions are freely mixed in with character thoughts in the IC posts, not to mention it becomes difficult to remember what my character does and does not know about other PCs. Perhaps at least under spoilers so I don't end up reading the inner thoughts if I don't wish to?

Yes, you should all have collaborator access to the site.
Innermost thoughts, or anything else that shouldn't be readily apparent to other characters, but you want to put out there, would be good fodder for the journals, if you wish.
If it's something that could be discovered with a Skill Check, like Sense Motive or Perception, put it in a spoiler.

Grease on the miniturized chest! I LOVE it! Now what I'd love to see is the chest dropped and itty bitty gold and silver coins spray everywhere! :) Let's see, if the chest was reduced from 3 feet long to about 3 inches long, that means a fall from about 4 feet would be roughly the equivalent of a drop of 48 feet. This has cinematic awesome written all over it.
I know, I had to chuckle to myself when I thought of it. Hopefully he closed the chest when he picked it up or there's going to be a bloodbath when the coins return to normaal.

I'm starting to rethink keeping track of XP - I was just going to let you know when you level up, but I'm starting to think that might take some of the fun out of it for you guys - thoughts? Would you prefer to keep track of your xp progress yourselves?
There is a certain fun in keeping track of your own xp, so my vote goes for that. However, I'm not really bothered either way, so I won't be upset if you don't go that route.
Keeping track of our XP is cool with me!
As long as there is lots to add up, I don't mind keeping track myself.

Why not roll reactive checks, like Perception, for us? It would save a lot of time having to wait for everyone to respond. You could just do a single post where you list each character followed by the roll for that character.
Obviously, for proactive checks, where we're deciding what to do, you have to wait for us to do it. But for things like Perception checks to notice something happening or Reflex saves to avoid the fireball that's just been cast at us, I see no reason why you shouldn't just do the rolls for us.

Hey, I hate to say this, but: there are some interesting new changes that have occurred in me and my wife's life (long story short, I'm now going to be a father!). Needless to say, I'll be too busy to post regularly; I'm going to have to regretfully bow out of this PbP.

Arianna & Augrim - I'm sorry about the confusion on my posts - I didn't update the map correctly, and some folks were out of place.
Arianna - The thugs attacked Grim, requiring them to be adjacent to her. You jumped up and threw grease - I adjusted the location to meet the targets for expediency. I don't mean to force you into to doing something you didn't intend.
I'm still learning my way through running a PbP, and the trade-off for speeding things along in this case left unintended consequences for you. Rest assured, I'm not trying to railroad you guys by any means, I just ran into a cascading issue that I've tried to remedy, but I don't want to waste everyone's time trying to undo and then redo 2 rounds of combat.
I'm open to other suggestions, but at this point, if you are worried about being cut off from Augrim, and don't think you can make the DC 10 Acrobatics check to pass the grease, we can handwave it as dispelled.
Draga, you are doing great running a pbp. I'm in several now and I think they all have moments where things are misread or accidentally skipped over. It happens. Just keep up the great work. I appreciate you taking on Second Darkness for us!
