Minna suddenly arrives on the other side right behind Narissiel, spluttering a bit as she treads water. Still hefting Blanca under one arm, she manages to climb up and out of the well after her companion.

Dripping wet, she stops and gapes at Ayla up in the nearby tree. "What the-hey Ayla, this ain't the time to indulge your wild side!" she calls out.

Just like a cat...person. Cat-person.

I'm guessing that is a Sleep Arrow that Ayla is getting stuck with? Did you include the Improvised Weapon penalty? If not, would that have connected? (19 AC, +1 from Dodge)

Swinging at the Little Spiny Buddy, Ayla's claws get caught on the Tree Bark.

Just barely ducking out of the way, Alya swings again at the Agile Archer, trying to take him out of the tree. "No Stab! Ayla Punch!"

AoOs first. As for improvised weapon, the way I read it is that the arrow is a weapon. The archer is using is to stab you as if it were a dagger. So no, you are napping. I will give you a reflex save to avoid falling out of the tree.

After checking that she's asleep, the archer moves away from sleeping cat, climb: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (15) + 15 = 30 and prepares to fire at the new arrivals.

Narissiel rises to her feet and draws her longbow. With a glance at the sleeping cat, and the monkey man, she purses her lips.

"There are many more of us coming. Leave, while you still can." she commands sternly.

Minna, Ayla, and Narissiel get a distinct feeling of Deja Vu as the archer rewinds to next to Ayla. Time moves forward again with the archer moves 5' away from Ayla, uses point blank shot at Ayla.. using same numbers as above, if that's ok with all y'all.

Narissiel draws down on the archer..Ayla nods off, and Minna does....?

Finally spotting the archer up in the trees, Minna also draws her longbow. "HEY! We're not here to start anything but we'll damn well finish it if we have to! We just want to help some gnome lady find her colors!" she calls out, hoping the creature in the tree can understand Common.

Minna looks more dangerous: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17 fordamage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

It's summer. Rampant undergrowth makes footing difficult. Making melee attacks slightly harder (-2).

Minna yelps as she gets an arrow for her trouble; she attempts to fire back but the arrow sails harmlessly through the trees.

"Oh you little..." she seethes, dropping her bow as she stomps through the underbrush towards the tree holding Ayla and the offending archer.

I'm guessing there's some difficult terrain in effect here so Minna takes a double-move to (I assume) reach the base of the tree.

Narissiel moves forward, takes careful aim at the monkey-person in the tree, and fires an arrow at her.

Piercing Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

Unfortunately, she arrow gets knocked off course by all the branches.

Falling gracelessly from the tree, Ayla hits the ground with a THUD, jostling her awake. "Ayla Fall? Why Ayla Fall?"

Long weekend, but on a good note, I don't have to bot Herbie the love plant.

Low HP. 10NL from the Sleep Arrow (The 9 plus (presumed) Point Blank Shot), 2NL from the Fall. 8 more from his next arrow puts her at exactly 0, the 5 from the Porcupine puts her to sleep. Stable, but unconscious from Non Lethal.

Frustrated at the cowardly vanara, Narissiel draws her rapier, gives it a flourish and stabs at the yellow porcupine that attacked her poor feline companion.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Piercing Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4

The porcupine at Narissiel's feet hisses. Are you deflating the poor thing?

Should Minna be close enough...

As she makes her way within reach of the vanara Minna's hand darts out to grab hold of him...or her, she couldn't really tell.

"Time to do this the hard way then!"

Due to a gust of wind, tree branches interfere with Minna's attempt at hugging it out. So, she climbs about a foot or so.

Heavily wounded, Narissiel takes a carful (five-foot) step back from the fight, then delivers a graceful stab at the yellow porcupine she previously wounded.

Piercing Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5

Unfortunately, her many wounds throw off her aim and she stabs the now frozen ground.
