Ayla, springs into action after seeing the Big Froggy try and eat her friend. "Frog! No Eat Minna! Minna Friend!"

Quickly moving into position, Move action Ayla winds up a Swift punch to a soft spot, Standard using her Speed instead of Strength to add a bit of kick to it! Using Piranha Strike!

Koani's fierce little combat monster keeps hitting and biting at the bad froggie who ate his Koani's friend.

Koani you almost managed to trim tadpole's hair. But you missed by a few hairs.

wow. Well, I was going to taste Ayla, but that's not happening because Blaarg is already in my mouth, so...

Blaarg, I do hope you're not claustrophobic. You seem to be IN a dark, moist, body bag.

Minna wasn't quite sure what was happening; first something that felt like a really wet rope lashes around her waist and then she's suddenly crammed into a moist, dark space. And then just as suddenly, a great heaving sensation courses through the dark space and sends her stumbling back into the open. No idea what had happened, but she sure as heck didn't appreciate the experience, whatever it was.

"Raaaaaaaa!" she bellows, clambering over the body of the dead frog in order to strike at the smaller one.

Wasn't sure so I treated crossing the squares with the dead daddy frog as difficult terrain. Also, apologies for the delay, was sleepin' for night shift tonight!

Having no desire to be eaten like Minna and Blarg, Blanca maintains a safe distance from the fray, frantically yipping encouragement.

Well, I'm sure the sight of an angry, screaming woman covered with frog gastric juices and wielding a big@ss hammer would be a little off-putting :3

Quon's acid ray seems to have skipped across the frog's hide doing no damage.

I wonder if Quon practiced skipping stones as a youth..

Take a another quick step back from the frog Herbert pulls another Seed Pod from his person and chucks it at little Tad.

Orphan Tadpole has made himself sick. Although he has taken minimal damage, he looks like he's having an emotional breakdown.

Daddy won't wake up! The food poked and prodded him! Who will teach me how to catch food now? Who will teach me how to be a productive member of the pond?

Blarg has been evicted from his warm, safe cocoon.

Completely ignoring all dangers, Koani rushes over to her little dino and throws her arms around him. She gets out a wand, ready to heal him.

Herbert takes a moment to think on what is happening to the Poor little gross toad who tried to eat him. He begins to think out load to the group "It seems like this little Toad has a bit of anxiety over us killing the bigger toad." Herbert moves up to the Toad and holds his hand out in a non threatening way towards the toad in an effort to calm him down a bit Hopefully, I don't have handle Animal trained v.v

"Might one of you others versed witht animals be able to calm the now orphaned toad down a little? Could make a new friend."

Jamila steps forward and begins emitting a series of grunts, croaks, and phlemmy whispers to Orhphan Tadpole. After a few minutes, Orphan Tadpole seems to have calmed down. He thinks for a moment the nods his head.

I have explained to Tad that we are not food, and that some food fights back, especially Ghost Pepper. But she's a story for another time. Tad has agreed to let me shift him back to his home. If you'll excuse up...

Making sure no party member or party followers are in danger of being caught up, Jamila casts her spell and Tad fades from view.

I'm sorry Herbert, I know you wanted to make a new friend, but Tad doesn't belong here anymore than shark belongs in a tornado.

"That is true. S/He tried to eat me. Although not as successfully. This one may have not known any better too. Didn't Blarg try nipping at you a time or too?" Herbert continues to try and calmly inlist the help of those able to calm animals.

After Tad departs

Herbert rushes over to the Toad Boss and checks him over to see if his life force has passed from this earth or he is able to be saved.
Heal Check: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

Seeing the Toad may still have life he will attempt to stanch the bleeding and stabilize the beast for a transdimentional trip.

"What? You're tellin' me it's upset we killed the bigger frog? Koani's right, it tried to eat me! And Blarg!" Minna exclaims, swinging her hammer around in an arc as Jamila excuses herself to send Tad home.

Then, her swinging slows as the rage slowly drains away...and the head of the hammer thuds against the packed earth as she stops swinging entirely.

"Hoo..." *huff* "...think I need to rest a minute...catch my breath..."

Big Daddy is not at neg con, so I give you the choice to either A:save him and send him home, or B:get the butter melted and the grill started for meaty frog legs.

Koani asks someone else to come calm Blarg by petting him while she heals him.

Once Blarg is back to full health, Koani wraps her arms around her little dinosaur again. "You silly dinosaur, don't ever scare me like that again."

Narissiel lets out a sigh of relief and gives Jamila a grateful nod.

She retrieves her rapier, and then, bow in hand, she looks around the area for any other clues as to how the frogs--and mushrooms--ended up here.
