Botting Quon:

Quon prefers to skirt around combat, he does not want to take on two foes at once and prefers to fight from a flanking position. If combat seems likely he will use his wand of mage armor.

If the foes don't seem particulary dangerous he will use his net and get in with his wakizashi. Versus dangerous foes he will cast shocking grasp or chill touch before closing in.
