Is this a PFS game or can non-PFS apply? And what character creation rules are you using?

i'm experienced. this is a 1-5 correct? are you looking at high or low tier? I'm game for either.

Do two games for OutPost count as experience? Have a 3rd lvl witch interested in this whole Concordance business.
