tempest permed, no but yes. When the item has a new owner it becomes a new weapon. Its abilities increase as you level but the weapon only changes when it changes owners.

Hey guys, I am sorry about this but I'm going to back out. I just feel that this thread is lacking somehow. I don't mind the map but it feels like there's no flavor on the gameplay. It has been mostly direct actions and rolls. It's not a mode that feels fun for me, especially for the whole AP.

you are welcome, all, the other DM dissappeared and I didn't want to leave you with nothing. I have tried on some cases to put in roleplay, like the beginning I believe had it, but in some cases I think I did things half-assed.
