Actually another one of my characters.
The group is my wyrmling, an orc barbarian (not a half-orc), a dryad, an insane summoner, and an ifrit luckbringer. The “kingdom” consists of a Kobold tribe, a growing army of boggards, mites (the ones who weren’t eaten) and bandits. We all also have negative wisdom modifiers (except for the dryad). So the decisions we make are rarely good ones and are always spur of the moment.
...so...it’s “kingmaker” in the loosest sense of the word. It’s pretty much the opposite of this group in every conceivable way.

Not disagreeing, for clarification,
Conceal Spell:
Prerequisites: Deceitful, Bluff 1 rank, Disguise 1 rank, Sleight of Hand 1 rank.
Benefit: When you cast a spell or use a spell-like ability, you can attempt to conceal verbal and somatic components among other speech and gestures, and to conceal the manifestation of casting the spell, so others don’t realize you’re casting a spell or using a spell-like ability until it is too late. The attempt to hide the spell slows your casting slightly, such that spells that normally take a standard action to cast now take a full-round action, and spells that normally take longer than a standard action take twice as long. (Swift action spells still take a swift action.) To discover your ruse, a creature must succeed at a Perception, Sense Motive, or Spellcraft check (the creature receives an automatic check with whichever of those skills has the highest bonus) against a DC equal to 15 + your number of ranks in Bluff or Disguise (whichever is higher) + your Charisma modifier; the creature gains a bonus on its check equal to the level of the spell or spelllike ability you are concealing.
If your spell has a somatic component, any creature that can see you receives a Perception or Spellcraft check (whichever has the highest bonus) against a DC equal to 15 + your number of ranks in Sleight of Hand + your Dexterity modifier; the creature gains a bonus on its check equal to the level of the spell or spell-like ability you are concealing. Since you are concealing the spell’s manifestation through other actions, others observing you realize you’re doing something, even if they don’t realize you’re casting a spell. If there is a verbal component, they still hear your loud, clear voice but don’t notice the spell woven within. If an opponent fails its check, your casting also does not provoke attacks of opportunity, and an opponent that fails its check can’t use readied actions that depend on realizing that you’re casting a spell or using a spell-like ability, or readied actions such as counterspelling that require identifying the spell you’re casting. Spells such as fireball that create an additional obvious effect (aside from the manifestation of casting that all spells and spell-like abilities share) still create that effect, though it might not be obvious who cast the spell unless it emanates from you.
If a character interacts with you long enough to attempt a Sense Motive check without realizing you have been casting spells, that character can use Sense Motive to gain a hunch that you’re behaving unusually.
using conceal spell, we'll just assume spells have their equivalent verbal and somatic components?
The feat would basically let you Dispense with Displays without making the additional concentration check.
Also i should mention I use the rules for combines psionics and magic so detect magic detects psionics and spell resistance applies on psionics ect...works both ways as well.

Again, I'm completely fine with your rulings. I just don't want to be surprised with mechanics that I'm not aware of.
For more clarity, this is the psychic and mesmerist from the Occult Adventures book(s), not from psionics. You are saying that we'll use the mechanics of Psionics?

Ah, they do not. That is fine however, I can just read up on psionics.
Edit: So, based on my reading, it would likely work the same way as I originally thought. I cast a spell 'concealed', they get a perception, sense motive, or spellcraft check to notice (DC = 15 + ranks + Cha mod). If they succeed, they notice me casting, if they fail, I cast without notice. Is this a correct assumption?

Be careful. It has insane reach, +12 to hit, 4x attacks and does an average of 10 damage per attack. Given your AC18, if you move in to attack it'll get an AOO, and can then hit you again.
Yeah if your not careful this thing can definitely do a lot of damage. It's a Cr 6 and is in the adventure as an encounter even for normal non-gestal characters. Thankfully it only has a 20 foot movement speed so kiting it isn't too hard.

Any ideas for a secondary character for me that we could use?

Sorry for confusion. The spoiler is his wife, who has the Silver Warhammer. She is the NPC who is in charge when he is gone. Under Hrungnir’s profile he has a regular Masterwork earthbreaker

Was thinking at lvl 8 to go lesser beast totem and beast totem, for the natural armor boost when raging.
But after killing the tree? Now thinking I should instead go lesser elemental and elemental rage.
Swift action once per rage, +1d6 electricity damage (lesser elemental rage). Every strike also does +1d6 electricity damage (elemental rage).
Then make the earthbreaker +1 shocking for 8k gold, for +1d6 elemental damage.
Finally, at lvl 10...dip into oracle (1) instead of cleric (10). Lame curse for fatigue immunity. This would allow Hrungnir to rage cycle, so he can always use lesser elemental rage.
------
So, at lvl 10:
Earthbreaker: 2d6 (base) + 3d6 (lightning) for a total of 5d6, most of it lightning damage.
