I believe you can still flank, despite uncanny dodge. It's the improved version that negates flanking.
Kraig reaches a round and gives Garmen a big hug, from which he cannot move. Alexis stabs Garmen as he is grappled through the chest. The ropefist leader moans.
Nyssa is unconscious and dying. Thug and Garmen's turn.

Alexis jabs her rapier into Garmen's belly. Blood gurgles from his mouth and he spits out the rest.
Nortmog drops his musket again, takes out his horsechopper again, moves within reach of the thug and swings. The glaive-like weapon cuts the thug's hand, dealing very little damage.

You have a great voice, Alexis. Says a fascinated Valt, seeing how her magic song works on Nyssa's wounds. Being her out of danger, the man changes his interest towards the man that Kraig knocked out.
Well, now I'm interested on what they where doing here. And in that strange humm. Where is it coming from?
Valt tries to locate the strange sound, decided to investigate it, with his earth elemental at the lead just in case there are some other thugs.

Valt easily locates the sound of the humming to a large machine within a recently broken crate. A metal disk and several pointed metal sticks poke out of the top of the machine, while displays flash Androffan writing.

Looking at the images and the Androffan writing, Valt realizes this is a power relay, that shifts power from one place to another. The images on the screen show that the reactor is somewhere below Torch and the Black Hill Caves, while the place receiving the power is some days outside of Torch to the northeast.
You believe there is a chance that dismantling/destroying the power relay could stop the transmission of power, but it could also speed up the transfer, or even cause the reactor to prematurely explode.

Nyssa groans, and sits up. It still hurts like hell. Instinct takes over; the Suli finds the hilt of her sword. Resting the tip of the blade on the floor for a moment Nyssa rests.
"Thank you for the healing, Alexis."
Finally she struggles to her feet, her face pale from the exertion. "We never followed after Kraig's metal bro. So where ever he went, we haven't explored."
Nyssa frowns at Kraig's comment. "An idiot indeed. An idiot sword master, though." Nyssa eyes the blood pooled on the floor. A lot of it is hers.
"Lets give this place a thorough search, then take Val home." Nyssa picks her shield up and slings it, then begins searching. She starts with Garmen, perhaps the fool has incriminating documents on him.

You take Val back to the Foundry Tavern, set her beside Khonnir in a bed, and head to the Black Hill Caves. After you have prepared again and after half an hour, you head straight back to the reception lounge with the desk and flashing images.
There are double doors to the north and east, the ones to the north had blood (and you entered them before) lead to a bloody hallway.
What do you do and where do you go from here?

After marking the doors on her map she gets her bow out and pushes the plate that opens the double doors. Assuming there is one.

Yeah they have a message posted on the main page about it. It's rolling into where I live (Arizona) now but will probably be much milder. The Sierra Nevadas draw off a lot of the energy of storms that have to cross them.
Nyssa grips her bow and tries to spot the source of the chittering. It's probably those gremlins again.
