You suffer a -10 to Perception checks while asleep (It's actually a +10 to the DC, but it works out the same).

No, they don't have such rules as I have seen.

No penalties like that are already worked into grapple rules etc.

Some homebrew rules for archery attempts that if you don't have point-blank and your attack misses the enemy, but would have hit the ally's AC, it hits.

I don't have such a rule on that, either.
