"I appear to bleeding", Markus commented as he dabbed at his bleeding bat wounds.

"That you are. Let me heal you so we can be on our way." Adamus takes out his wand and uses it on Markus.

heading to the only unexplored area, you come to stairs that curve around to the east and lead down.

This featureless room is empty of all save a
single miserable mite on guard duty. It is suffering from
a cold and has been banished by its fellows to guard this
entrance because of its excessive sneezing. It sits on the
sixth step down, watching the entrance back to the lower
chambers longingly.

"You should let us pass, otherwise your already sad day will get worse little one."

The mite shrieks in fear and begins to run downstairs screaming.

hoping to avoid too much attention, Kronk throws a bomb, which goes, because he was too fast, totally off. With this he readies his axe. "We will see, what comes up."

Adamus makes his way down the stairs.

This wide catacomb chamber has rows of burial niches cut
into the stone walls. These have all been stripped bare of any
former occupants. Half a dozen ten-foot-high mounds of dirt
and debris dominate the floor of the chamber, reaching nearly
to the ceiling fifteen feet above.

A giant ant begins to emerge from the wall.

Adamus swings and kills the ant, just as another emerges which Markus dispatches. Kronk missed his attacks.

And the last of them go down. You see a narrow hall going to the east however Adamus notices a secret passage to the south, located in the lowest burial niche.

The ceiling of this roughly octagonal room is shrouded by thinck sheets of tangled webbing. A bloated guardian in the form of a giant black widow spider sits in wait.

Ayaki let's loose to arrows the first hitting its mark, which cause the spider to fall lifelessly to the ground (dead)

east brings to through another chamber and into a room that is connected to a hallway where you previously came from (North) and another (South).

I imagine you head south, if not just stop me.

Thick sheets of spiderwebs hang from the walls and ceiling of
this filthy rubble- and trash-strewn room. In places, the rubble
and garbage have been heaped up into mounds and shapes
that almost look like undersized furniture—beds and tables
and chairs sized for small humanoids.

The bulk of the mite tribe dwells here, along
with two giant spiders they use as mounts. If faced with
intruders, two mites leap onto the spiders and lead the
charge against the PCs.
