The chamber has an enchantment on it that allows any creature that spends
15 minutes in this chamber is healed of all afflictions and conditions (as the heal spell, but no damage is cured) and can attempt an additional save against any curse, disease, or poison currently affecting her. An individual can benefit from the chamber’s magic once per week.

Heading east you find a new room. Painted on the floor of this circular chamber is a stylized image of a recumbent lion. Dozens of miniature figurines stand atop a low platform that rings the room. The figurines are of varying manufacture, some glazed clay, some carved and painted wood, others wax with chips of metal and colored stone wedged into their forms.

While Shad is trying to puzzle out the magical nature of the painting and Noonan ponders the religious significance, Dwalindor notices that the lion has a broken arrow in its mouth pointing towards the easternmost figurine on the nortwest section of the platform.
Shad detects a faint aura of abjuration on the figurine but is unable to puzzle out the meaning of the object - it is not magical in and of itself but interacts with another magical field.
