Tariq starts flinging sand to the side, splattering Shad and Noonan with the loose grains in waves as he finds the sigils carved on the stone hidden by the layer of sand.

After a bit of time with a chisel and hammer he disrupts the magical trap allowing you to attempt to break through the ground.

Either make an attack against standard stone to break through or a DC 25 Strength check to lever the stone out!
