Following kyren you push through the garden, but when you are halfway through, you suddenly smell something sweet, not to different from honey, there's also a sticky film on your skin now - something must be in the air and as you start to think about that, your finges begin to fell numb...

When mostly everyone wanders through the garden unhindered by the strange golden particles in the air, Al suddenly feels ever more tired and has to sit down, unable to move on.

Arms and legs feel numb and he has an extremely hard time keeping his eyes open.

The effect clearly looks like a sleep spell and should stem from the school of enchantments, however, the magic fabric is more intricate and somehow warped...maybe it's a spell granted by the pyramid goddess?

Kenta assists where he can also, between the all of them it should be no hassle to drag the bulk of even Alcheringa to safety and see if the poison like effect is temporary.


Seeing that Alcheringa was having difficulty and with Kyren's shrill bleating ringing in his ears, Tal'Zeneb hurries back to assist.

Kyren, who does not want to get in everyone's way, constantly encourages all of his companions on.

I just know that there is some serious flower power here and a great cat high on cat nip would not work in our favor right now! Kenta, nice work getting that cat to safety. Do you know what exactly has happened to our mighty cat?!"


Together you manage to drag Alchy through the "garden" into a small area at the foot of another stairwell behind it - here Al quickly regains his strength - the strange garden was at least not as lethal as the other traps have been...

The stairwell ahead of you looks unremarkable but you can't even spot the end - it must at least be 150 ft high...

Berry missed her save but made it and by that changed her outer appearance - that is magic!

While Kenta is still computing whether the pyramid could be that high or not, everyone else who didn't make a roll knows that this just can't be real :)

How is Alcheringa doing at this moment. Is he able to move and fight, or will we need to rest until he has recovered?


Tal'Zeneb looks up, way up, at the ascending stairs.

With hands on his hips he declares "Either this is a great and powerful magic, or we've been fooled by an illusion."


He only needs some moments to recuperate then he'll be right as rain again.

Still a bit unsure of what to make of this stairwell you begin the ascent...after about a minute and about 50 steps, Vaughn feels a bit dizzy and looks back only to find himself at the beginning of the stairs again...

Then suddenly you hear a child's scream from above...
