You are more than welcome to add to the wager, or cover for your..uh...friend here. I have heard that you and this man have become quite inseparable. Does the other man in you life know and approve of this Ms. Whist-Thrune? It would be a shame if some one gave him the wrong idea, now.

Mera's mind is a maelstrom of frustration and emotion. Part of her wants to lash out and lay her hand across Thesin's cheek in front of all assembled here. He is nothing but a two-bit sham! Still irked with Tal she shoots him a glance and shakes her head. "Don't be a fool Thesing, you should keep your hot air for your performance."

Stay calm Mera, don't let him get to you.

Mera briefly considers engaging Thesing but decides she has enough of his buffoonery. Turning to the two new ladies Mera asks, "Tell me, weren't you in The Winter of White Roses earlier this year?" She specifically does not address either of them by name and looks between both of them, leaving the question open-ended to see who will bite. She studies the reaction carefully.

Seeing how Mera did not rise to the sparing with Thesing about Tal always being near her he took that as a hint not to acknowledge it himself. Either that or she was still mad at him for he frog legs comment earlier. He wasn't sure which and at the moment it did not seem like a good time to try and figure it out. Instead Tal starts walking around the back of the theater, still keeping Mera in sight though, as he has never been in a place like this. He tries to keep his face blank and not betray his ignorance of the place. Instead he tries to make it look like he is merely inspecting the place to make sure it will suit his needs.

Naberius expresses his regret for having such a narrow expertise when it comes to illusions, but tries to play up his willingness to learn. He brings up the possibility of sharing some spells when they have the time.

Assuming he is a wizard, of course. Learning a few illusion spells wouldn't hurt.

I'm ready to move on to the rehearsals or a group meeting about the trials, whichever comes first. Take your time interacting with the actors. Just don't feel like you have to wait on me!

Tal clicks his tongue once he hears of the first trial. I understand Madam West-Thrune's comment now earlier. It does indeed seem that I will be the one to directly punish her. I did not know at the time and must make my apologies. When she asked me to join her in this endeavor of hers I did not know what personal cost it would be to her.

Robahl smiles knowingly, She probably did that on purpose!

Tal wrote:
While the unbridled passion sounds well and good the grubs themselves do not.

Robahl chuckles, They are not meant to!

Tal wrote:
The rest of the trials seem trivial by comparison although the birthing trial is interesting to me. Clearly Larazod is a male which begets the question, How does a man give birth? I can understand special effects but this stretches the belief of reality.

That is what makes the play so entertaining! A little stage craft, a little summoning! Robahl continues with a chuckle.

Tal wrote:

Looking down Tal shuffles his feet a bit before looking up at the director. Am I sorry I signed up? Yes and no. I owe it to Madam West-Thrune as a personal favor and I do not fear the trials you have laid out to me. Pain and injury to myself I expected, I did not expect to bring it to others. That is what I am most sorry about.

I am not as skilled nor trained as Mera and I fear I will be the weak link in the performance. With the gathered cast you have I fear more for failing the performance compared to the rest than anything.

Robahl's smile disappears, I hope for your sake you do not fail the show, your fellow actors or me! It will not bode well if you do! He then claps Tal on the shoulder. Play your role, keep the others safe and the audience will love you!

When Mera mention The Winter of White Roses, the Visbaronetess' smile remains fixed in place while Calseinica gushes, Why yes! We were! I was the Visbaronetess' understudy learning my way when unfortunately Aulamaxa was injured and I got my shot on the stage!

Aulamaxa coldly states, And she did such a good job, that I soon found myself out of a job! She laughs unconvincingly.

Calseinica hardly seems to notice as she continues, And now thanks to my good friend here, the Visbaronetess, we can both share the stage together!

The Visbaronetess' grins wickedly, Yes, my dear! Hopefully one of these dreadful trials won't be the end of one of us! I am too talented to die too soon!

Sense Motive DC20:
She is hoping Calseinica does not survive the play thus eliminating her younger, prettier rival.

Oh! I hope we all survive! I would hate to see Mera's uh...paramour here have to sell himself into servitude to make good on his marker! Thesing interjects.

Millech mutters to Naberius, Well, will you look at that! Darn fool stumbling around backstage while keeping an eye on the pretty lady out front. Like to fall through a trapdoor I'm guessing. Ya might need that potion after all.

He then yells at Tal, HEY YOU! If YA AIN'T WATCHIN' WHERE YA GOIN' THEN KINDLY DON'T BE WANDERIN' AROUND!

Tal focuses himself again as Millech calls out to him. Sorry about that. I was just curious as to how everything was to be set up for the play. I was envisioning it all in my head. Returning back to the others. Tal treis to get more business like to redeem himself. When do we start the rehearsals?

Later with Robahl and him alone Tal smarts at the rebuke even though he knew it was true. I will not fail you nor my companions on the stage. I just wanted you to know that I am not in the same league as Mera.

Ready to discuss the play in private as well with everyone.

With nothing else for the moment to worry about and to keep himself from looking like an idiot Tal nods his agreement to leave and follows Mera out after confirming what time rehearsal was the following day. Once outside he looks at the others and exhales sharply. I don't know if I will be able to pull this off. This is more than I bargained for. Keeping you all alive is going to be difficult enough with what Robahl was telling me. We need to go back and discuss this indepth as to how to survive even the first act.

Looking at Mera Tal keeps his eyes locked on hers as sorrow crosses his face. I am going to apologize now for how I acted. I did not know fully what this play was about and at what cost it will be to you. That it is going to be me makes it all the worse and I am that much more sorry for you.

Indeed.

Mera considers her response carefully. Had it just been between her and Tal she probably would have reacted differently, but now that the whole group was there she relaxed in a neutral posture and calm reassuring voice.

"What's done is done. While this is a mockery of the art and a tragic waste of my talent, but I shall put on a good show and take the beatings as required to get us through. Remember, this play is nothing but an ends to a mean. Not only we will survive, we shall thrive and accomplish our mission."

She places a reassuring hand on Tal's shoulder. "Of this, I have no doubt."

Sorry I thought I posted a few days ago. Apparently I never hit submit.

Tal takes the criticism from Naberius well as he seemed to be expecting it. Why yes I have met a person like that before. Thus the reason I gave that name when we were introduced. All of this is just a show is it not. Who cares what people really think as long as we make it through this and get to the mayor. If I have to act like a fop then so be it to get this acomplished. I would rather just bash their heads in and end this charade but we are forced to go along with it.

Turning to the real matter at hand Tal will detail the trials laid out to him by Robahl. Looking at the others as they are all able to cast spells, Do you have any magical ideas as to how to get around some of these encounters without too much bloodshed and harm?

Male Human (Chelaxian) Infernal Binder 4 | AC 12 | HP 32/32 | Fort +2, Ref +3, Will +6 | CMB +1, CMD 13 | Init +2 | Perception +2 (+4 with familiar), Spellcraft +12

Naberius scowls at Tal's impertinence, but lets the matter drop in the face of more important issues. He listens intently to the bodyguard's description of all the trials, fiddling with his cane as he processes the information. Finally the wizard starts listing possible solutions:

Trial 1: 'Trial by Torture'

"Well, I certainly do not enjoy the prospect of being whipped on stage... I do know of a spell that can shield you from such inconsequential damage. Of course, I would have to spend the time and money to learn it. Alternatively, we could procure a scroll from which I could cast it. That should help keep our Lazarod standing, at least."

Trial 2: 'Trial by Pleasure'

Knowledge (nature): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14

"Oh, more rot grubs. How charming. I am still no entomologist, but as far as I know a man of Tal's constitution would have a good chance of toughing out the infestation before it proves fatal. We might want to have some curative magic at hand, just in case. The sort of magic use to combat disease should prove effective. That is outside my are of expertise, however. Minor restorative magic would be useful afterwards."

Trial 3: 'Trial in the Belly of the Beast'

"I would have to know more about this mechanical contraption before I can make any suggestions. I seem to get along with the stage manager. Perhaps I can convince him to show it to me."

Trial 4: 'The Birthing Trial'

"He spoke of summoning, yes? Interesting... I should be able to take control of whatever beasts they deem fit to conjure. That should help turn the trial to our advantage."

Trial 5: 'Trial by Combat and Love'

Why do they have to use undead trolls?

"Seems most straightfoward of the trials, so far. You have procured a proper weapon to deal with skeletal undead, I hope? My cane was not made for bashing in skulls..."

Trial 6: 'Trial by His Own Dark Hand'

"Hm, the grand finale. Too little information to go on. I would hope making it there will be enough..."

We've already gone through the casting of roles out of character. For simplicity, might we assume we have done so in character as well?

Excellent description for spells Naberius!

Tal listens intently as the 'sage' doles out his learning and possible magical insights to overcoming the trials.

Trial by Torture
That does sound like it should work to at least keep Mera alive long enough during the first scene. However is there anyway to hinder me as well? Say to make me weaker for a short period of time? If so then the combination of the 2 would assuredly grant her survival.

I would opt for Naberius to learn the spell Ablative barrier just for the duration. Otherwise Tal is going to end the spell on his first hit as he has +5 damage from strength alone.

Trial by Pleasure
That is a relief for me that I will be able to survive it but what of those with lesser constitution? Sorry Naberius but you don't seem the type that does 100 push-ups without breaking a sweat. While tougher than you appear, this might be the hardest for you.

While expensive, potions of remove disease would be perfect. Would there be a chance to find them as a ranger spell and thus only 50gp each instead of 300gp?

Trial in the Belly of the Beast
That seems like a wise option. The more we know about what we are going up against the better we can be prepared.

Trial by Birth
I would love to see you turn the tables on this act if you could. Imagine sending any summoned creatures scampering about attacking each other while we just sit back and relax. I don't know how entertaining it will be for the audience but I will love it.

Trial by combat and love
Yes that is something I will make sure to do once I leave here. I will obtain a suitable weapon for skeletons. A nice sturdy warhammer should do the trick. As for the rest I can handle the combat if you Mondday and Mera can handle the love portion on stage?

Mera snaps her fingers. "I have some dirt to share. That is the second thing West-Thrunes are particularly good at by the way."

With a sly smile she recalls a rumor she's heard from the theater community. "It was only earlier this very year that she had her big break—she was serving as an understudy for Visbaronetess Aulamaxa in a production of the popular opera The Winter of White Roses. When Aulamaxa was caught in an accident involving a horse-drawn carriage and a panicked imp, she spent the production’s premiere in the care of several priests of Abadar, barely able to walk, and Calseinica took the stage in her place. When Calseinica’s portrayal of the domineering, scheming Witch of Roses took Westcrown’s critics by storm, the director arranged for her to perform for all of the productions and fired Visbaronetess Aulamaxa from the part. The Visbaronetess suspects that Calseinica had something to do with causing her accident, and for many months her feud and hatred of Calseinica was both public and unbecoming. For her part, Calseinica barely noticed, so overwhelmed was she with her sudden rise to glory. Of course, this only further fanned Aulamaxa’s jealousy and rage."

Shifting her weight to her other food she points in the direction of the stage as if to single someone out. "Now, you may have overheard me probing Visbarontess and Calseinica on this issue. I'm fairly certain she is hoping Calseinica does not survive the play thus eliminating her younger, prettier rival. We will need to keep any eye out for some foul play from those two. I seriously doubt it will be the the only ones involved. Ten to one odds Thesing will try to sabotage me in some fashion."

When she says Thesing her face wrinkles in disgust.

Naberius, I am not as learned as you in such matters but is there not a way to have someone else cast the spell thus preserving your resources? Either that or is there some other medium in which the spell could be cast? I know they make curative potions. Could they not make something similar that is imbibed just before we go on stage?

Trail by Pleasure...Everything I can think of is too high level to cast or too expensive to buy. Perpetual chanting of guidance by Monday and inspiration by Mera is the best I can think of for aids.

As talk turns to the gossip Mera knows Tal loses interest in such matters. From the sounds of it the trials themselves are going to be enough of a problem without people trying to actively sabotaging us.

Day 1

The next morning you all arrive at the theater and see Robahl, Millech, and a small army of tailors and seamstresses surrounding the actors. All of the cast is present except for all of you. Robahl turns to all of you and says sarcastically, Oh! I thought I was dealing with professionals who would know to be here at the crack of dawn! That was ten minutes ago! We have prompt curtain times people and that is what separates the Limehouse from those theaters that have more rats than patrons. Now it is time for your fittings so we can start getting your costumes sewn! Your armor and weapons will be incorporated into your costumes. Now chop chop! We are burning daylight!

As the small army attacks you with tape measures, pulling your arms out, and barking at you to Stand straighter!, Robahl is everywhere. He is overseeing everything to make sure all measurements are done correctly. Script people also start passing out the scripts and anyone who puts the script down is quickly shot an evil glance by Robahl who says things such as Well! Look at that! We have a speed reader and someone with perfect memory! Bravo! or If you forget your lines on stage! I will add more trials for everyone!

As you continue to be poked and prodded and various swaths of colored fabric are being held up to you, Makeup people also descend upon you. They powder your faces and apply rouge and other makeup. All the while Robahl is there and he expects you to keep reading.

At the end of the day, when the small army of costumers, makeup artists, wig designers and hairdressers finally leave, you all look like freakish clowns with mismatched makeup and your hair in disarray. Thesing turns to Mera and says, Mera my dear, you never looked lovelier! Such an improvement! Before he leaves, Millech offers Naberius a look of apology for putting him through such an ordeal.

Robahl addresses the group. Those scripts in your hands are now a part of you. Do not lose them for if this play is leaked! I'll..I'll..well, you don't want to know what I'll do! Learn your lines! Learn your lines! He then catches his breath. One thing I am most pleased about is that none of you have asked about payment. It is refreshing to work with artists who are only interested in art for arts sake, and while some directors would take advantage of such lofty goals, I am not that director. I have a reputation and I will uphold it! As a cast I will pay you all 5% of the house's total take to be divided among you. I will also pay a bonus to those you I feel are most worthy - at my discretion of course. Therefore it is in your all best interest to not only have a successful performance, but also advertise this performance as best as you can in the next week! Any questions?

Robal's payment rate is relatively aggressive and respectable for such a production.

Naberius suffers through all the indignity with surprising grace. As prideful as he can be, he had endured worse in his earlier years. The conjurer settles into the familiar role of an obedient apprentice, obsequiously following Robahl's most pedantic directions without a word of complaint. He only speaks to make a few select suggestions to the people handling the make-up, innocuously guiding their choices towards things that help to further disguise his identity: wrinkles, some gray hairs at his temples, and a fake goatee. A set of needlessly extravagant crimson robes and a high-collared black cloak complete the image of a stereotypical Chelaxian wizard.

DM RichD wrote:
Before he leaves, Millech offers Naberius a look of apology for putting him through such an ordeal.

Naberius acknowledges the humpback's solidarity with a quick nod and a pained smile, before one of the people fussing about him violently shoves another powdered brush in his face.

Tal suffers through the indignity of having make up and costumes and hari products applied to him with more than a few choice words for the 'artists'. A few times Tal retreats inside his fullplate and helm to find some solace and quiet. The respite is not enough though as Robahl kept insisting that the helm remain off to show Tal's face. He kept trying to remember that this was only a means to an end but lost his temper when one of the costume designers insisted that his armor needed to be decorated. After needing to be calmed down Tal stormed off for lunch. After he ate and had a chance to cool off he stoically resigned himself to the task at hand but still refused to let any of the workers adjust his armor. The script itself Tal takes great interest in as he hopes to glean any suitable advantage onthe trials. He rarely lets his copy go as it is the one thing that helps to distract him from the army of people working on him.

When the talk of pay from Robahl came around Tal looked up expectantly at Mera for a response.

As the artists descend upon them Monday gleefully lets them have their way, giggling ever so often as they turn her into their own demented doll.

Tuesday remains stock still and a dead weight as he's swarmed, keeping his expressions humorless and blank as the ectoplasm making up his clothing resists and meshes with any additions that are made.

Mera is quite used to this routine and doesn't seem affected whatsoever by the process. Usually she enjoys this as those around her tend to her needs to take care of what needs to be done, but the fact that she looks like a clown spoils all of it however and she has a soured expression throughout the entire process.

Mera doesn't respond to Robahl about his payment comment, not wanting to give away anything on their true reason for being here. She does mention to the group however, "Robal's payment rate is relatively aggressive and respectable for such a production as this. I wonder if there is another meaning behind it."

I have no idea what Monday's outfit would look like, she's playing a Paladin isn't she?

"Incentive to keep people around on account of the whole 'you're going to get tortured and maybe die' angle?" Monday muses while wobbling, slightly dizzy from her whirlwind dressup.

"Logical assumption," Naberius muses glumly. "In addition, as it stands he does not have to provide compensation if we perish during the act. He also has the financial support of the mayor, does he not?"

Looking at himself from a nearby mirror, he picks at his fake beard thoughtfully. "Do you think I need a staff? The audience is going to expect a wizard to have a staff..."

Naberius looks up from his disguised visage, staring defeatedly up at the vaulted ceiling of the theatre.

Why do I keep doing this to myself?

Tal ignores the banter between Monday and Naberius as he focuses on the reality of the issues at hand. I would expect you would need something to protect yourself and a staff can do wonders. It fits the role you are playing while giving you a sturdy weapon should it ever come to that. I hope though that for your sake and mine that it does not come to that as that means that whatever it is has gotten past me to you. I can pick up a quarterstaff for you when I pick up my warhammer.

As for the monetary incentive, I am glad to see that Robahl supports his people. It shows the type of character he has and can be trusted to do his part in the performance. I suspect that the amount of money that this performance could bring in is going to be substantial considering the rarity of it being performed.

For good reason.

"I suspect the names associated it will also draw a good crowd as well."

Mera reaches up tentatively to touch one of her horns and blows out an exasperated breath. "Remind me why we agreed to do this again?"

"Because those horns look sexy on you." Monday's muses having left her filter off. Mostly because she had forgotten why exactly they were doing this horrorshow for.

Mera hrumphs somewhere a pout and frustration and leaves the stupid costume alone. "Let's get this freak show over with."

"It's not that bad, well, the costumes anyway." Monday said while over-exaggeratedly waddling/shuffling in her oversized emerald green robes of The Dead God. The golden breastplate with an eye on the front and wings in the backs was a nice touch she thought. Giggling she adds, "Now I know why Tu'Face likes wearing this stuff. I feel like a turtle!"

Feel free to finish up Day 1, but here is Day 2:

Day 2

You arrive at the theater at the break of dawn and find Robahl and Millech walking the stage deep in conversation. Delour Aulamaxa lets out a loud, exaggerated yawn. Ugh! Blocking day! I hate blocking day! Stand here! No stand here! Use this tinted light! No! That one! It is going to be a long day!

Calseinica chirps I think its all rather exciting! I never been here for the blocking! You’ll help me won’t you dear Delour?

Delour smiles and purrs Of course my dear! I am sure between Mera, Thesing and I, we will make sure you get the very best lighting to show off your natural beauty!

Thesing adds, I must say, I look good in every light! Which causes the rest of the cast to giggle appreciatively. He then turns to Tuesday, I don’t think I can say the same for you dear fellow. You seem to look pale in every light! Again his ‘wit’ is met with laughs and adoring looks, especially from Calseinica.

After a few moments, Robahl approaches, From all the talking it seems you all have learned your lines! He lets the comment sit out there for a moment. Now let’s get started!

It is just like Delour had said. Robahl sits in the front row shouting at stage hands to move you all from one place to another. Marks are made on the stage, and you are told in no uncertain terms by Robahl to ‘not miss your mark’. Lights are shined into your eyes and a spotlight seems to follow you wherever you go. Millech is also making marks on where his illusions will appear. Anytime Robahl sees something he does not like he bellows in rage (which is often!) If you are not required on the stage you are expected to learn your lines. At the end of the day your feet are sore from standing all day and every time you close your eyes, you see multi-colored lights.

I’m famished! Delour says to no one in particular, and I must keep up this girly figure![b] she guffaws as she slides her hands down her plump body. [b]Yesterday everyone disappeared and I was left with no one to dine with. I intend not to make that mistake again! Where will you all be supping tonight and may I join you?

Ohhh! That sounds absolutely marvelous! Calseinica squeals. I would love to hear the stories from such an experienced group as yourselves!

Thesing smirks, I am sure Mera and her..uh…companions probably dine on the seedier side of town, my dear Delour. I think they would be thrown out of a finer establishment!

Female Human Spiritualist Init +3 | Perception +11 | AC17/T12/FF14 | HP 20/20 | Fort +5 / Ref +2 / Will +8 | CMB +3 / CMD 15

"But of course! Monsieur looks best with his pale complexion. Sadly I can't say the same for those who are slaves to the lights and shadows in an attempt to hide wrinkles. Such a pity that." Monday quips back to Thesing without looking at him.

Once the talk of food comes up the Spiritualist's eyes light up. "Oh my, what a silly boy. You dine based where the meals are good and filling, not where you make your purse as small as your manhood."

"Why, I once ate at a lovely Tian establishment, where instead of plates and bowels they arranged the food perfectly upon an equally perfect specimen of Tian beauty. They had delicious leaved cuts of fish and steak lining her front, and pooled her belly with some equally fine drink. The experience was... positively orgasmic!" she rattles on, obviously caught up in the pleasant memory.

Male Phantom Init +2 | Perception +5 | AC16/T12/FF14 | HP 22/22 | DR/Slashing 5 | Fort +4 / Ref +5 / Will +0 | CMB +3 / CMD 15

For all of Thesing's grandstanding he might as well have been talking about the stray dandelions outside the theatre for all Tuesday was concerned. The Phantom for his part merely let his eyes lazily drift about the room, all but ignoring the blowhard.

Once his sister brings up a certain restaurant he turn to Mera and shrug in the affirmative.

The previous day...

Tu'face? Is she talking about me. I can never keep these references straight. Why can't we just be more straightforward with each other. It didn't really matter but was just another headache in this ordeal. As for our purpose, I think we all got sweet talked and swindled into thinking this was somehow for the betterment of Westcrown. I can understand myself falling for such a ruse as most of the time I am doing this for Lily, how you guys agreed to this I don't know.

The next day...

While better than the previous day this was still a grueling day of monotony. Constantly being ordered to stand here, move this way, face me, don't look over there, hurry up grated on his nerves. To occupy himself and try to keep his sanity Tal would envision different combat forms and maneuvers while being placed into a position. When that failed to help Tal started doing exercises in place, deep knee bends, push ups, stretches, even using props or Monday as weights to lift to entertain himself.

The only time he was truly interested in the day was when food was mentioned and Monday spouted off at Thesing. He himself declined any invitation, I personally feel I have the best cook in Westcrown available to me. Thanks for the offer but I will pass for now.

After the practice Tal will go about purchasing a warhammer and Naberius' staff.

Naberius continues doing what he is told, and tries his best to stay out of the actors' internal drama. When not on stage, he is more likely to be talking with Millech about the set or his illusions.

He will casually try to squeeze some more information about what sorts of illusion Millech is using. I'd imagine he is happy to share at this point.

After the practise, he will try to find and learn possibly buy a scroll ablative barrier. He will pass on dining with the actors, unless forced to go along. Mera might want to use the chance to get to know Calseinica...

In response to Monday, Thesing will say, My winkles, few as they are show that I have experience and make me appear wordly instead of the fresh face of youth that others have where they have yet to experience life!

Calseinica frowns, Do you mean me?

Delour, amused by the exchange between Monday and Thesing purrs, No dear, I think it is being directed at someone else, and quite possibly another! She quickly glances at Mera.

Again in response to Monday, Thesing gives her a silent salute. The size of my purse-or manhood will be something you will never know of!

Delour again glances between Monday and Mera.

As Tal and Naberius departs, Delour frowns Was it something I said?

Thesing smirks, See! I told you some are more comfortable eating with beasts than with humans.

Come now, dear Thesing! Do not spoil the evening before it has even begun! Now where should the rest of us dine? I don't know about Tian restaurants where you eat off of people, but if that fellow says he knows the best cook in Westcrown... Delour half-asks, half-states seeing if anyone takes the bait and thoroughly enjoying the tension between Thesing and 'Mera's troupe'.

Delour frowns, Why if I don't eat soon I will melt away! She then guffaws at her joke.

Millech shakes his head at Naberius, To think at one point I wanted to be an actor! It is days like this with the pokin' an the proddin' like I've seen done to you and I'm glad I'm not. Now a lot of the spells used will be to enhance a performance. Ghost sound is good to make the audience think something is there when its not. Light is good to light the stage where the theater lights can't. Mage hand is useful to move things around the stage without being seen. I like feather fall in case an actor looks like he is going to fall off a set. Silent and minor images are great to create 'props' that would be too expensive or dangerous otherwise. Unfortunately for the trials, most of 'em will be real. The audience would expect nothing less.

When Tal arrives home, he finds Janiven speaking with Lily over some tea. When Tal enters, Janiven smiles and says, I Figured you would come home. How goes it?
