Actually, Sark, I assumed you didn't have precise shot. Looking at your sheet it seems you do, but I don't see point blank shot (the prerequisite for precise shot). Is there some trick to the investigator that allows you to bypass the prerequisite? (1 point of damage won't bypass the gremlin's DR, but this should be cleared up regardless).

forgot to add bards song to rolls, so that last miss was a 22 and this attack is a 21, still cant see how a 21 missed, unless your applying the -4 which i dont apply as i got the feat that allows me to shoot into combat.

Sleep is a full round action. lol. Am so gonna beat that Gremlin. Precise shot needs Point blank shot. Sark I don't see it either on your char sheet. I know Investigator doesn't give it for free.

Haku awakens the Stranger as his companions continue fighting the gremlin, which continues to dodge their attacks.
Surrounded and cornered, the gremlin growls in anger. It assumes a look of concentration and begins to fade out of existence like the one fought in the sewer earlier.
Alden and Leonides both can make AoOs before it escapes.

Everyone keep in mind the area of darkness is still active even though the darkmantle that created it is dead. Only Sark and Ugly can actually see within it. Going to GMNPC Alden and Leonides attacks and move on.
Laughing, the gremlin ducks Sark's tanglefoot bag and the Stranger's net, the evades Alden and Leonides as well.

Couldn't reach the gremlin in a single move action on Round 7, so all Leonides did was get within 20' so he could close and attack on Round 8. I'll take the attack you rolled for his action then.

Haku, you wiffed. The gremlin is not hard to track down because he's basically taunting you guys, knowing that you seem to have trouble hitting him in the light or within darkness. However...

GM, I believe that since the hit came before the full round casting was completed, the gremlin must make a concentration check. Highlighted the relevant part below. It's hard enough to beat this little bugger without half our party asleep. ;)
Injury: If you take damage while trying to cast a spell, you must make a concentration check with a DC equal to 10 + the damage taken + the level of the spell you're casting. If you fail the check, you lose the spell without effect. The interrupting event strikes during spellcasting if it comes between the time you started and the time you complete a spell (for a spell with a casting time of 1 full round or more) or if it comes in response to your casting the spell (such as an attack of opportunity provoked by the spell or a contingent attack, such as a readied action).
