Tylur Thorn |

"Fight all you want you want you cursed little creature. Your time is almost done!" Tylur sprays the creature with his spit as he shouts this out hoping that it will take the pain away from the wounds.
I will attempt to pin it down

Holding out her silver dagger, "I am not skilled with this but it hurts her more, if we are killing her use this."
Whoever wants it.

Logar Brazenbrew |

"Alright Tylur, keep holding her in place... this is gonna be ugly..."
Logar takes aim and swings both of his weapons down at the she-demon, hoping to crush her before she can slither out of the fighter's grasp. Both attacks connect, and while her outlandish resistances protect her from most of the damage, she is one step closer to an end.

Glaring over at Tylur but moving toward the currently helpless creature. Trying to ignore the way her arms ache and stab downwards.

Cordwin Ironbeard |

Cordwin, seeing how Tylur is the only one keeping the thing from flying away, heals him with one of the cure light wands he grabbed. Not sure how many charges it had.

Nimreass growls and stabs down at the creature with his rapier, angry at and frustrated at his inability to hit it earlier.

With the little demon grappled, Logar continues his assault damaging it slightly. Rene casts guidance on Tylur, and cackles to continue the hexes on the creature. Nimreass pin pricks the demon, while Tylur pins the creature. Cordwin heals some of Tylur wound. Aurora, actually hits the creature but the damage she does immediately heals.
Erylium, manages to break the pin, but she is still grappled by Tylur chain, although she heals slightly.

Logar Brazenbrew |

Sorry, got a bit busy over the weekend.
"You're staying here whether you want it or not, demon! Surrender or get crushed, the choice is yours!"
To prove his point, or maybe vent some frustration, Logar keeps beating Erylium with his weapons.

Logar smashes the creature with his weapon, doing a little damage after taking into account the creatures ability to ignore damage. Rene keeps up the guidance and cackle. Nimreass tries to stab it with his rapier but misses. Tylur continues to pin the creature, while Cordwin stands by to heal anyone who gets wounded. Aurora tries to stab it with her silver dagger, but misses.
The creature tries to break free but fails.
While the creature fails to break free, Tylur continues to pin him, while eventually Logar and Nimreass kill the creature.

Cordwin kicks the body with his boot. Are we sure she's dead? he asks She seemed to bounce back quite a bit! Nimreass pants a bit and slumps, the anger starting to drain out of him. "If she's not dead, she's certainly wishing she is by this point. Even being able to heal that quickly, getting stabbed that much has got to be extremely painful.

Tylur Thorn |

Unwrapping his chain from the creature he looks at it with hard eyes. "It seems dead to me I do not see the cuts and stabs resealing. A minion of the Beast no doubt. Thank the Dawnflower that it will not rise again. Let's see if there was anything else in here that it was set to guard."

Tylur puts his hand on Aurora.
'She doubted herself in that fight. We can't have that happen again. Too much is at stake. And not only our lives.' he looked down at the dead imp creature.
"Aurora you did well against that creature. You might have doubted your ability with the dagger but in that moment we needed it. There is too much we do not understand that we are now forced to face. We will need to have our instinct guide us at times." Tylur's voice is even yet still you can hear the worry in it.

Aurora Warin |

Glancing over her shoulder at Tylur then looking at the hand on her shoulder, "Sorry. I was not raised to fight and what little I know is only from watching children play fight with sticks in the streets or the occasional tavern brawl I have seen. I am not a warrior. I'm a merchant."

René Treize |

"Finally! Little bugger didn't wanna stay down. Good job team!" Oh dear gods, please let Tsuto not have whatever healing ability this creature did. I'm pretty sure we only survived this fight because the creature was relatively weak.
René pulls out his waterskin, offering it to Aurora so she could clean the blade of blood.
"Nice work, gettin' her all riled up. She was madder'n a mule chewin' a mouth fulla bumblybees. What was her deal with this here shiny thing anyways?"

Now that the quasit is dead, you breathe a collective sigh of relief, at least for now as there is still much more of this dungeon to explore. Searching the body you find, a +1 cold iron returning dagger, a tiara worth 50 gp, black silk gown worth 25 gp, and an obsidian unholy symbol of Lamashtu worth 10 gp.
There is nothing else of value in this room.

Having decided to move on, the first thing you do is check the two side rooms, but finding nothing it is time to move on.
If there is any healing to be done, do it now..... heh
You move down the hallway and come to a chamber, with a statue.
A red marble statue of a strikingly beautiful but, at the same time, monstrously enraged human woman stands in the middle of this room, her stony expression twisted in fury. The woman wears flowing robes, and her long hair is held back from her face by an intricate headdress of hooks and blades. In her left hand she carries a large book, the face of which is inscribed with a seven-pointed star. Her right hand holds a glittering metal-and-ivory ranseur.
To the north is a short hallway that leads to a door. To the east is a hallway with multiple sets of stairs leading slightly up.

Creeping up slowly behind Logar and looking at the book.

"Can ya actually use that there pig-sticker? If not, d'ya really want ta be luggin' it around th'resta this here place? We kin come back fer it after we do what needs bein' done." He leaves off the 'if we survive' part of the sentence.

Nimreass just keeps his eye open for anything that might be sneaking up on them, not wanting anything that noticed the last battle to attack them before they were ready. All this talk of religion and history goes a bit over his head. If it's evil destroy it and move on to it's source if possible.

Cordwin Ironbeard |

Cordwin is fascinated by the statue. This is very old. I think it depicts the Runelord Alaznist. He circles around the statue. The angry expression, the barbed headdress and the ranseur. Why I am certain it is of Alanist! What a statue of her is doing down here, I don't know. Cordwin says with a look of curious awe.

Tylur Thorn |

Tylur follows the others in still cautious of this place. "Runelord? If you are speaking of what I think you are that is a myth is it not? Existence of the Runelords are nothing more than talk from storytellers and old mothers to keep their children in line. The weapon it carries does it have any magical properties although from the sneer on its face it might be better to stay clear of it?"

Cordwin Ironbeard |

Cordwin is deep in thought. hmmmm...Runelords. I've read about them and I too thought they were just stories. Seems like the stories might be older than we thought or maybe they weren't just stories after all.
Cordwin will cast detect magic to see if the statue or her ranseur is hiding any secrets.
After that, he will fully examine the statue for traps or secret compartments.

Logar Brazenbrew |

Logar prises the decorated weapon from Alaznist's grasp with relative ease, paying little attention to the others' talk of Runelords and stories. He gives the ranseur a few swings and stabs, but his arms freeze at René's comment and beneath his olive cheeks the faintest shameful blush appears.
"Well, you know... I don't think I'm considered proficient with a ranseur, no. We don't want to over encumber ourselves so, uh, let's just leave it here. Yes, we can pick it up on our way back."

Aurora Warin |

Quickly moving back when Logar starts to pull on the ransur. Exhaling sharply, not even realizing she had been holding in a breath. Moving to follow Tylur on to the next horror in her new existence.
