Queue drum roll...

August's fists flurry in a blur while Evarice steps up and Shelyn rules that the hat must be hers.

With a thud umph and a squelch first and glaive end Captain Gnarl's oppressive slaving operation.

The slave's cries and screams turn to cheers as they all rattle their chains in celebration.

Out of combat!

Beyond his axe, you spot a key on a chain around the gnoll captain's neck.

The Exchange

August Dupine looks around the room, trying to see if one of the slaves matches the description of the lady they seek.

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

"Everyone, you are all free!" Evarice cheers triumphantly as she takes the Gnoll Captain's key (and his sweet tricone hat).

She uses her last channel to heal whomever got hit with the arrow, healing 1d6 ⇒ 5 hit points.

She starts unlocking people's shackles. "We're looking for someone in particular. Anilah Salhar? Is she here?"

The slaves begin to chat amongst themselves before a man finally gestures to the aft of the ship.

"She's some sort o' noble? I think she's back there..."

As he gestures to a closed, locked door at the back of the ship, several of the slaves can be seen nodding confirmation.

The key fits easily into the lock and beyond a woman bearing sharpened features can be seen, bruised and shackled to a floor iron.

"Are you--- you-- you did it?"

Her eyes begin to tear up as she stands and sobs. Clearly her gratitude is genuine as you unlock her shackles.

(or swallow the key, laugh gleefully and run off)

The Exchange

"There you go, you're free." Titus says as he helps unlock the woman in chains. A mission that at first seemed bound for disaster had turned quite heroic in the end, and he was pleased to have been a part of it, as well as the Pathfinder Society.

Scarab Sages

"Slave galleys are notoriously inefficient," notes Maranax. "Better to use trained professionals. Ill-fed slaves row poorly."

Silver Crusade

"Yes, my dear, you are free," Johann assures Miss Salhar. He then turns and addresses the other slaves, "In fact, you are ALL free! Free of these shackles -er, as soon as we unlock them. Seek out the Lady Iomedae for true freedom!"

The paladin then sets about freeing the slabes from there chains.

This was great! Thanks to everyone for this game! I hope to play in more scenarios with all of you.

Silver Crusade

After freeing the slaves and dusting off the tricone hat, Evarice pulls out her recorder once more time to play a cheerful song of freedom and cheer them up.

Perform (Wind): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Yeah, that'll do.
