The combined efforts of the party are enough to take the sailor down just as Captain Harrigan turns around. Harrigan sees the man crumple to the ground just feet before attacking him. Harrigan raises his sword to you, in thanks and jumps through the hatch.
Meanwhile Noro knocks out the female officer with one final uppercut.
The final remaining sailor on the fantail swings at Noro.

Bellow decks you find a mess of splinters and gore as well as a fire spreading. Create water does wonders to quench the flames. Captain Harrigan stands amid the wreckage upon seeing the fire put out he heads back up above decks. The ship is ours, well done crew. Time to celebrate.
There is plenty of fine wine and food in the ship's hold. Your fellow Wormwood pirates waste no time in partaking. The few remaining sailors from the Man's Promise are bound together by the mast.
Captain Harrigan and his officers are seen meeting and dividing up the spoils.
Around 15 minutes into the revelry the Quartermaster, Grok, stops by to hand out each pirates share.
Each of yah get 1000 gp for your share. Modified for the value of the weapons you were issued of course.
Also as a reward for saving the captain and taking out their first mate you can have three potions of cure moderate wounds, a potion of invisibility, an amulet of natural armor +1 and a magical +1 short sword to divide up amongst yourselves.

.Suny. |

Suny claps her hands and bounces up and down with glee/joy.
"Yay! US!" (^_^)
(Geez... I be gettin' ta' pay fer me stuff back, hey? :P)
She leans in and looks intently at the new shiny being offered.
"Pretty jem." She points out the amulet.
Geez. I jus' realized. Takin' tha' money's reward literally? I be endin' up owin' people's money! :P

Calah Riptide |

"Thank you Grok. I don't think we have met yet, I am the Cook's new assistant, Calah. Well met."
I suggest doing the treasure splitting in the discussion section

Dimitrious Black |

Dimitrious will begin spamming "Mending" wherever needed on our new prize.

Noro the iron maiden |

noro grabs her share of the gold. one hand over a bloody puncture wound in her abdomen. she also grabs one of the healing potions.
moving to the side Noro rips some cloth from the clothing of one of the dead sailors and makes a bandage for her wound.
the wound is not to severe but it is a little painful.
Noro then searches the ship's hold/stores for rum

Arjun Srivastava |

Arjun takes his reward of treasure, making sure to note with Grok the value of the equipment issued to him before the battle.
Masterwork wakizashi + masterwork wakizashi + masterwork studded leather = 845gp. Adding 155gp to my equipment.

Dimitrious Black |

Dimitrious takes his reward, reimbursing Grok what he owes.
Masterwork Light Crossbow=335gp. adding 665gp to my stash

Jax has ray of frost cantrip, which he will use to help put out the fire.

MichaelCullen |

When the revelry dies down Captain Harrigan musters everyone on deck.
All right, you scurvy tars! You’ve done a right good job by
me—we’ve got a second ship now, and she’s quite a prize from
the looks of her. But I still have only one crew. So here’s the
plan—the Wormwood will sail on to our planned destination
with our new shipmates here, pointing at the captured sailors while Mr. Plugg will pick a skeleton crew to sail the Man’s Promise to Port Peril, where she’ll be worth a pretty penny as salvage.
Mr. Plug steps forward and begins to select the crew he will take.
Ill be takin' Master Scourge, Sandra, Rosie, Conchobhar, Jax, Dimitrious, Sunny, Arjun, Kyranda, Noro, Calah, Owlbear, Fishguts, Cog, Aretta, Jaundiced Jape, Slippery Syl, Barefoot Samms, Giffer, and Fipps Chumlett.
We'll be settin sail in 10 minutes, grab you kit and let's go.

.Suny. |

Perception:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Sunny bounces to 'attention' when the Captain calls every one to order. She listens intently to his words, then bounces with a 'salute' before scampering off to see that she has everything she needs/owns/etc.
Once satisfied that her gear is all squared away she scampers over to 'The Man's Promise' thence goes looking for where to hang her hammock.
(^_^)

Calah Riptide |

perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
Calah whispers to Sandra: "I don't be likin' the look o' Scourge's face. They be up to something."
Calah gathers her belongings and goes to the other ship. She spreads her warnings to the fellow pressgangees.

Arjun Srivastava |

Perception 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
"Aye, Captain." Arjun gives a wary eye to Mr. Plugg and Master Scourge. He only owns what he carries, and simply walks over to the second ship.

Dimitrious Black |

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Yes captain
Dimitrious will make his way over to the second ship, hoping that the treatment will be as fine as it has been on the wormwood.

MichaelCullen |

As the the Wormwood grows small and disappears on the horizon so too does any hope that this ship will be any different than the last. If anything Mr. Plugg seems to worry even less than Captain Harrigan about Master Scourge's tyrannical behavior towards the new swabs.
@Calah, there is very little food left onboard, Captain Harrigan had most of the stores brought over to the Wormwood as the Man's Promise was ordered to go back to Port Peril to sell their prize. You will need to catch your own food.
Sandra to Calah and Sunny, At least this ship rides better on the waves than the last one. Hopefully our ride is as smooth as the ship's but judging by Master Scourge's demeanor I don't think we'll be so lucky.
Owlbear, a simple man comes by to help help Noro, Dimitrious and Arjun tighten a line. He pulls hard and smiles, I like the light of day, I was kept below before.
While everyone is hard at work, Conchobhar, a gnome dressed all in purple including his hat, casts a cantrip when he thinks Jax and Kyranda are not looking. It turns Jax's armor the yellow of Kyranda's. DC 15 perception check to see that it was him. The coloration lasts an hour.

Calah Riptide |

survival: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
Calah says to Sandra and Sunny in a lower voice "Not just his demeanor, we changed course after Wormwood got out of sight. Lets keep our allies close. I expect Scourge and Plugg to show their true colors soon."
Noticing the winds Calah calls out to the shipmates:
"Stormy wind are blowing lads, prepare the lines!"
Calah goes on hunting for food in order to keep the crew from going hungry.

Dimitrious being a landlubber hears Calahs warnings and aids in any way he can as well as continuing to fix the ship via "Mending"

Noro the iron maiden |

survival: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Noro was working the lines along the railings keeping the sails full of wind. but she kept a weather eye on the horizon.
a shift in the sun, Port Peril is not in this direction. she mutters to herself as she glances toward the new captain what are they up to? she asks herself.
then she hears the call of impending storm. perhaps they mean to outrun the storm? that would be foolish.
never the less, Noro begins preperations to bet the ship ready to face the storm.
profession sailor: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

MichaelCullen |

The storm grows and the sky darkens, first comes the wind, then the waves and finally the driving rain. Mr. Plugg order Batten down the hatches, Bare Poles. The decks have become slippery and will require a DC 5 acrobatics check to traverse. Additionally someone needs to get the sails down before the storm gets too strong (DC 15 acrobatics or profession sailor check).
Only one person needs to make the check. Others can lay below."
With the waves building up I will need a DC15 fort save or a DC 10 profession sailor (trained only) check to avoid becoming sickened a failure by 5 or more results in becoming nauseated.

.Suny. |

Suny does her best to get the canvas in a state able to at least ride out the storm.
Prof Sailor:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

Very much cheers ta' all! (^_^)

Calah Riptide |

"Blast ye landlubbers, I told ye a storm was about! I'll get the sails down!"
Being no stranger to stormy waters, Calah easily traverses the deck and is able to get the sails down by untying the ropes.

She is so used to this types of storm that it does not affect her at all. Hell, she seems to actually enjoy it.
the dice are on my side ;)

.Suny. |

"It in't tha' water's storm given' me qualms." Sunny calls above the wind and the rain,
"M'kin usually has more sense than ta' go climbin' trees in it!" Poor Suny groans as her tummy makes its own qualms known to her in the swaying rigging.
"Got'a face....(Ulp).... away from tha wind.... (Urp)..." She moans, preparing for the worst both the weather and her rebellious, bilious body throws her way.
Awesome fer tha' dice rolls fer ye! (^_^)
Hope tha' lil' edit there helps some makin' sense of me postin', like.

.Suny. |

I did not have this sense the first time I was underway.
*Blush* Sorry I am fer not followin' yer meanin' in yer postin'. Sorry fer bein' so dense...

MichaelCullen |

I have been in the Navy for a few years now, but on my first underway on my first ship I got a little seasick once we got out into open ocean. I went topside to a bridgewing to get some air across my face. Well I did not turn away from the wind in time and the contents of my stomach went out my mouth into the wind and then back onto my uniform. A little embarrassing.

also Mr DM, I too had my share of Navy experiences, although being in subs it was a bit different (no wind to speak of there)
Noro works to help Calah with the sails. she seems just as accustomed to the storm as Calah is, or perhaps a rocking ship and a drunken stupor are not so different.
