Noro opens the hatch to below decks. looking for a ladder to go below, need to keep the reinforcements occupied and no sounding of the alarm she thinks as she looks for a means to go below.

@There are a couple lanterns on deck. One is not too far away. You can break it free with a DC 10 strength check or unfasten it over two turns.

The space you are next to Labled 9 is the hatch that Noro opened. Those are five foot square so he is beyond a 10 foot reach. Unless you can get some more reach you are going to need to move to attack. If you were directly above where he is you could hit him with 10 foot reach provided he does not move.

never mind last post, Calah has this maybe she will step back and let her handle it.... sorry, the druid took over the barbarian role here.

what I mean is, If Noro does take her round 1 action Cahlah will want to recind her action and change the whole dynamic here

I still have my actions from round 1? if so I will most likely be in Cahlah's way so she may not have attacked. my action in round one was ask the captain if she wants me to after the Rakshasa. so I still have my whole first round action. which would have been while cahlah was shifting and then If Noro jumps down to grapple the Rakshasa that would most likely have some effect on her choice of action.

ok Now I understand, I think I was confused for a bit. still my suggestion in discussion stands, we really need to work on tactics and role in combat to avoid duplicate actions and such

How much room is there now? wouldn't a huge squid occupy most of the space?

Huge is 15x15. I don't think Calah moved so she is on the upper deck. I imagine her tentitcles reaching down into the hatch trying to hit the Rakshasa. It looks like Dimitrious pulled back his pit at Calah's request in time before the post became permanent. So it would be relatively safe to jump down if you wish. You could use your extra standard as a move and still get a full attack on him.

last question, how far down is the hold bottom, I think I can make a DC 15 acrobatics check to jump down 10 feet with no damage

attempting to get down with a move action then standard to grapple and another standard to maintain.(assuming successful the first one)
