Lukasz Round 1
Not wielding a weapon and not preferring to use his limited number of spells on a fight where the group already had the advantage of numbers, he prays, "Asmodeus, steady your faithful's hand to ensure that their blow strikes as efficiently as your scribed contract."
Casting Guidance on Elijah, +1 to next skill check or attack roll

Guards Round 1
The Guard nearest the doorway will fumble for his signal horn, blowing it loudly and draw his longsword standing ready against Elijah.
The Guard near the stairway's head seems in a fog as he dazedly stares at the Captain while being assaulted.

Round 1
Lanarial slid into the room with the captain, swinging but missing the guard. Varshana used her wiles to Daze the mind of the guard near the stairs. Elijah stabbed and connected with the guard by the doorway drawing blood for the now terrified guard. Grumblejack moved into the room while Dargon took the opportunity to step behind the giant and hide in the shadows. The Captain continued his assault on the Dazed guard. Round 2Map
Captain Roger Stephens
Maintaining Crane Style and fighting defensively, Roger will fire off another punch at his guard.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 3 - 2 = 3 EDIT: I'm rolling crap right now. :-(
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
AC is 21. He'll deflect the first melee attack that hits him.
Lanarial
Is it possible for Lanarial to draw the dazed guards longsword and use it, since he's just standing there? If yes, then that's what I'll do!
Lanarial grins as the guard stands dumbly, just waiting to have his throat slit. Timing his attack with the Cap'n, he darts in and slashes at the exposed flesh of the soon-to-be dead guard...
Attack 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Damage 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Lanarial
We'll just kill him first, then I'll take his longsword, and armor, and whatever else I can pull off his corpse ;-)
Varshana Altridge
Acid Splash Concentration Check: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 1 = 10 vs. DC 20
Varshana whips her hands back and forth in strange and jarring motions. She utters some words and smiles and points at the same guard she dazed. Her smile fades as nothing happens, and she curses.
Lukasz Pavo
Cursing at the signal horn is blown, Lukasz knows the group had to get out of there before the whole prison came down on top of their heads. However, seeing Grumblejack barreling around the corner and not seeing much room to manuever around Elijah, Lukasz decides to stay where he was and shouts, "Clear the way!"
Lukasz holds his action until Grumblejack is able to enter the fray.
Captain Roger Stephens
"S#!t" Roger desperately lashes out again at his guard, hoping to drop him before reinforcements arrive.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (13) + 3 - 2 = 14 still fighting defensively
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
DM_Kumo Gekkou
Grumblejack looks at the tiny doorway and Elijah fighting in the doorway and begins to growl menacingly at the guards beyond his reach.
Intimidate check 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (12) - 1 = 11
The guard facing off with Elijah is to entrenched in his own battle to notice the low growls of the ogre. The guard lets out a slurred yell and takes a wild swing at Elijah.
Attack roll 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (3) + 5 - 2 = 6
The guard by the stairs narrowly dodge's the captain's blow drawing his own longsword to attack. What are you doing, we have to detain them stop swinging like that!
Attack roll -4 for nonlethal 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (13) + 5 - 4 = 14
Varshana Altridge
Round 3 action
Daze Concentration Check: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 1 = 20 vs. DC 20 for 0-level spell.
Varshana grits her teeth and rips another piece of her clothing off. She mutters some words again, and swings her arm holding the piece of tattered clothing.

Grumblejack continued to move forward but is unable to pass through the guarded tiny doorway.
Dargon is hiding in the shadows behind Grumblejack also waiting for an opportune moment to move in and strike.

The guard in combat with Elijah took a wild drunken swing but was unable to connect, though his intent to kill was obvious.
The guard by the stairs also stuck at the Captain, holding back attempting to subdue his prisoner, but found the Captain's defensive stance to much to pass through.
Round 3 Stars using above Initiative, map is 3 posts up.
Does doing the recap at the top of each round help it along?
Lanarial

After to strike, Elijah will take a step to the side in hopes to clear the way for the heavy hitting ogre. free 5 left on map to be out of doorway
DM_Kumo Gekkou
Elijah strikes at the now Dazed guard hitting the guard with a much deeper strike and even getting a small twist in before pulling back and sliding out of the way. The guard, still standing is bleeding profusely.
Elijah your dagger should be at a +4, +3 strength, +1 for BAB, and since that was a critical threat. 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16 Does not confirm.
Lanarial
Lanarial will take the dead guard's longsword and offer the dagger to another party member if they desire to have it. He will listen for any other guards coming up the stairs while checking for keys, personal belongings, money, etc.
I don't think he'll have time to strip the armor from the guard and don it himself, but that will occur at some point... ;-)
Captain Roger Stephens
Roger grins as the first guard collapses. Glancing over his shoulder, he sees the other guard is still up and leaps toward him, extending his leg into a perfect flying kick.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
5ft step toward the remaining guard. Ending up against the wall so Lanarial has room to move up if needed. No defensive fighting this round, so my AC is currently an 18.
DM_Kumo Gekkou
Round 3 Recap
Lanarial's blade nimbly dances through the guards defense, cutting a deep blow through his neck. The guard's eyes bulge in pain as he tries yell, his slit throat not allowing sound to escape. His body goes limp and falls to the ground, blood puddling under him.
Varshana dazes the guard in the doorway.
Elijah gets his own cuts in then darts out the of the doorway making room for the others to enter.
Lukasz holds, waiting for Grumblejack to enter the room.
Grumblejack holds waiting for room to enter.
Dargon remains hidden.
The captain takes a flying kick at the guard in the doorway. The captains kick is enough to shatter the guards ribs as he falls to the ground bleeding from his own wounds.
Round 4 Map
Lanarial
Now Lanarial takes the dead guard's longsword and offer the dagger to Varshana. He will listen for any other guards coming up the stairs while checking for keys, personal belongings, money, etc. Are there any other weapons in the room? (Bows specifically)
If there is time (i.e. no guards rushing up the stairs to see what the noise was all about) he will start taking the armor off the dead guard and donning it.
Dargon Lake
Dargon will follow Grumblejack into the room and say we should check to see if one of those keys open the office door to the left there before we go downstairs. If someone has a weapon I can Use that would be good as well. Perhaps a Dagger.
Lanarial
Oh, then I'll change my action :p
Lanarial takes the longbow and quiver (and sword if he can) then hides in the chimney (or whatever that is on the bottom wall opposite the stairs). Stealth 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
From his concealed position, Lanarial will snipe at the guards when they come up the stairs.
Attack 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 =(
Damage 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Elijah Moore
Elijah will grab a longsword and heavy steel shield. He will attempt to don the armor hastily if he thinks he has the time before more come along for the ride. He will pass the dagger off to Dargon to use. He leaves the bow/arrows to others, ranged combat is not his preferred style. He prefers up close and personal, he wants to see the guards fear in their eyes and watch the blood drain from their faces as they perish into the darkness., which is where they tried to send him!
Don hastily is 5 rounds compares to 10, does Elijah think he can don it in that time? Otherwise double move action to grab sword/shield and ready them
Varshana Altridge
Varshana saunters into the guards' room and grabs the proffered dagger. She runs a finger along its edge, "Yes, this will do nicely." She snaps her head back to the corridor, "Grumblejack darling, could you be so kind and go up these stairs and take care of the guards sure to come down."
Dargon Lake
Dargon takes the dagger and looks at the bow before stating. Im not strong enough to pull that back. if it was smaller Id take it. Elijah, you should carry it in case...
Then he moves to help Elijah put on the armor.
That cuts the time in half
Lukasz Pavo
Cursing as the escape attempt got off to a rocky start, Lukasz says "They are sure to arrive soon." Forgoing the shield for the moment, Lukasz begins to issue orders that he hopes others will be willing to follow. "No Grumblejack, take position in the center of the room, if you would be so kind. Elijah and our dear Captain, take up ranks on both sides of Grumblejack. We need to use these close quarters to our advantage. Captain! do you think you can subdue one of the guards? We need to figure out a way to cancel out the alarms before the entire prison comes down on our heads." With that, Luaksz makes sure to grab the ring of keys, in case the group ends up beating a hasty retreat.
Dargon Lake
as he worked at the leather clasps and buckles of Elijah's new found armor, Dargon nodded at Lukasz. They wioll likely send someone to investigate. When that occurs, they need to be dealt with promptly and then we go downstairs. However we need to go into that room to see what is up and make sure a guard isn't hiding that t=could spring up behind us. he points at the other door. Check to see if it's locked. If it is take over for me here and let me unlock it
DM_Kumo Gekkou
Round 4 and 5 recap
Lanaraial takes the bow and quiver donning them, then moves over into the fireplace hiding himself and knocking an arrow. The fireplace is warm, but the lack of soot or even firewood in the room shows it has not been lit in some time. You would assume the warmth is coming from the room below.Move to pick up a weapon, move to pick up quiver. Move to fireplace. Standard to ready shot.
Varshana moves into the room and takes Lanarial's dagger, then gives her command to Grumblejack. Move action into the room. Move action to take the dagger. Free action to speak. You have 1 round of actions remaining before I'll move into round 6.
Elijah takes the guards longsword and shield, donning them both. He then sets to removing the guards armor. Move action to take shield, MOve action to take sword. Move action to don shield. Standard action to remove armor, (takes 1 minute, 1/10rds complete.)
Lukasz moves into the room, stepping over the guards body and grabbing the keys off the wall issuing orders to the others. Move action into the room, move action to grab the keys. You have 1 round of actions left before I move into round 6.
Grumblejack moves into the center of the room squeezing his way slowly through the doorway. He looks at the tiny weapons you are picking up and scoffs at their small size. He balls his hands into a fist and prepares to strike at whomever climbs the stairs first.Move action into the room, Move action into the room. Standard action to ready an attack. Has 1 move action he will forgoe.
Dargon moves into the room taking Elijah's offered dagger, then moves to the doorway attempting to open the locked door. Move into the room. Move to take the dagger. Move to the door after the Captain leaves that space, Standard to pick the lock. 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
Dargon will get the door unlocked and opened at the end of this round.
Captain Roger moves to the stairway then takes total defense waiting for someone to enter the stairs. Move to the top of the stairs. Standard for Total Defense. You have a full round of actions remaining you may take before I start round 6.
As you move around and set up your defense, those of you near the stairway will hear a door open and the sound of boots moving into the room below. It sounds as though they're moving towards the stairs. New combatants will arrive during round 6 those of you who have round 5 actions left please give me your round 5 and 6 actions.
Round 6 Map
Lukasz Pavo
Round 5
With time to spare, Lukasz decides it best to strap on the unattended shield. Though he had never seen combat, he had seen his brother train enough with it to mimic the movement.
Move action to move over to unattended shield. Move action to pick up shield.
Round 6
Shield it hand, Lukasz dons the shield before once more incanting, "Lord of Darkness, bequeth your infernal blessing on our forsaken Captain, so that he might know the infallible grace you bless."
Move action to equip shield Standard action to cast Guidance on Captain Roger, +1 to one attack, save or skill roll, lasts for one minute or until bonus is used.
Elijah Moore
Dont know if I have any actions remaining, but a couple questions first. Don hastily cuts time in half so 5 rounds to don armor? Then somebody was helping me so cuts down to 2 rounds? If not, then Elijah will foregone donning the armor. Free action to toss it down when he hears the footsteps of the reinforcements coming. He takes a defensive stance to gain +2 AC for -4 atk :)
DM_Kumo Gekkou
Elijah the table here is the table from the core rulebook. Donning hastily cannot assisted and would take 5 rounds. The issue here is that before you can don the armor you must first take it off the guard wearing it. Removing a chain shirt takes 1 minute. This can be assisted to cut the time in half thus 5 rounds. I used your actions as well as the actions assist you to help remove the armor counting for 2/10 round needed to remove the armor from the guard's body. 1 round of your action and 1 round of assisting. Hope that clears it up.
Elijah Moore
Okay, cool. was confused...can I retcon my actions then since I would assume Elijah would know better than to attempt something that would take more time that what is currently there. If possible then round 5, Elijah would use a double move to grab sword and shield. Round 6 Elijah would use a move to ready shield and ready an attack action to take a swipe at the a guard that get withing striking distance. If not that that's cool :)
