The party progresses to the west in formation down the hallway. Magma pauses as he sees a group of charau-ka in the distance standing in a room, at the ready. They are led by a slavering, hulking chimp-man carrying a massive greatclub.
The walls of this circular, domed chamber are carved and polished with exceptional precision and skill to look like cascades of petrified liquid. Several metal disks on the ceiling sixty feet above provide a pearly illumination as bright as torchlight. The center of the room is occupied by a bizarre, thirty-foot-wide, seven-foot-tall metal and stone sculpture made of truncated pillars, short ramps, suspended slabs of stone, and a total of twenty chairs with triple arm-rests.
To the north and south of the hallway, the party spies large creatures held back by a charau-ka handler. They are winged monsters with the body of a lion, though two more heads flank the central feline one—a green dragon and a horned goat. A third beast to the south is larger and his chain leads off into the darkness. It has a black dragon head in place of the green one.
As the party approaches, the handlers drop the chains and all surge forward to attack.
Roll your own initiative and post your Round 1 action. The map is updated and each character has light. I left the front most and backmost auras up for all to see, but didn't leave them all up since the overlap starts to obscure the map. Characters without darkvision cannot see past the light. Dalamus can see forty feet beyond the end of the light. Everyone with darkvision can see 60 feet from their character if that goes beyond the light

Dalamus draws out a dose of drow poison and applies it to the Mantis Blade while Sam casts a haste spell on the party (+30 movement, +1 dodge bonus to AC and reflex saves, +1 bonus on attack rolls, and +1 attack on a full attack only)

The charau-ka hoot and holler riling themselves up into a shrieking frenzy and gather in the middle of the room throwing axes at the party. However, instead of throwing at the armored fighters up front, they lob them over at Nowzai and Jenya, striking the wizard once and the priestess several times.
The two recently released chimera slide in front of the charau-ka, firing cones of acid one after the other. The first hits Epik and Dalamus (Damage: 6d8 ⇒ (3, 8, 8, 3, 6, 6) = 34 points of acid damage, Reflex Save DC17 for half) and the second hits Epik, Magma, Dalamus and Nowzai. (Damage: 6d8 ⇒ (8, 1, 5, 8, 1, 7) = 30 points of acid damage, Reflex Save DC17 for half.)

Nemoris unloads arrows into the forward chimera. The first strikes deep into the beast but the second and third deflect off its scaly hide. Staggering, the creature catches the fourth arrow in one of its necks roaring and spraying flecks of acid from its goat head, but it still stands.
The party vaguely hears chanting beyond the chimera and then all of a sudden the chimera's roars are cut short although it is still visibly thrashing around. As a matter of fact, no one can hear anything nor make any noise.
Magma, unconcerned about the noise, takes a step back to get range on the chimera and hammers home with his longhammer crushing the beast's lion head and causing the entire thing to collapse to the ground motionless and soundlessly. Magma still has a move action but cannot physically move since he took a 5' step.
The large chimera in the rear stalks toward the far wall and slinks up along it, staying out of sight of the vicious archer. It's dragon head turns back behind it and its mouth moves as if its speaking, a sly smile crossing its face. Nothing can be heard by anyone.
Epik moves forward to engage the second chimera driving his massive blade strongly into the beast's forequarter.
At Nowzai & Jenya ... casting is impossible from where you are currently ... new action? Round 2 from anyone who hasn't posted a round 2 action yet

Do I need to be able to talk to use a wand of healing (or can Jenya heal without being able to talk)?
With most of those axes missing (assuming Jenya is above 16 ac I think she just takes one non-crit hit) how is HP looking for everyone?
