The Hound's bullet goes wildly off target as the woman in black armor scoffs, clearly uninpressed:"Such incompetence..." she murmurs.
Meanwhile the redactor monks caustiously advance towards the Silver Ravens backed up by the twisted brute. Their leader and her pet hellhound stay back instead, apparently not considering you worthy of their attention yet, the woman just puts her hand on the beast's head and whispers some arcane words and the monstrous dog growls with sudden menace and barely supressed rage.

I previously posted that I used my potion of Divine Favor, but I actually made posts as if it was my potion of Bull's Strength. So I am going to use my potion of Divine Favor now, even though I said I used it.

Rocco pulls a scroll from the case at his side and activates its magic, channeling its power through the ether into Kurglunn. The phantom's hands begin to glow as the spell comes to him from Rocco. Almost if by instinct, Kurglunn slams his hands against his chest, disseminating the spell into himself, and the glow spreads from his hands all the way up his arms and across his body. The phantom looks and feels stronger than he ever has before.

Drawing (move action) and casting (standard action) a scroll of Magic Fang and putting it on Kurglunn through his Deliver Touch Spells ability (immediate action for Kurglunn). Kurglunn now has +1 to Attack and Damage on his slams.

Empowered by Rocco's magic, Kurglunn moves into the large room, but quickly realizes there are too many enemies for him to face alone, so he ducks through the wall to his right and prepares to come back out once the fight has started in earnest.

I've said it once and I'll say it again: I love phase lurch!

Valrani advances quickly forward but not opening herself up to getting mobbed. She stands ready to strike the first opponent who presents themselves.

Kurglunn pushes through the wall of the room he moved into and finds an enemy directly in front of himself. Raising his fist with a screech, he attacks the monk with a powerful blow.

While Kurglunn begins his assault behind enemy lines, Rocco joins in the foray of magical attacks upon the enemies gathering at the doors. He focuses on the monk with the pink gi and attacks his mind with a barrage of foreign thoughts.

Cast Daze on Pink. DC13 Will save.

The Hound slings his musket back across his shoulder and draws his pistol instead and fires at the red garbed monk to help Oren clear the way. Or the Pink one if the red goes down from val's attack.

Between themselves Valrani and Oren pummel the red redactor into submission.

Lirotha tries to magically subdue one of the monks but his mental conditioning easily wins over the witch's hex.

Fort Save (Blue): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20

Morricone follows suit but the results are mostly the same as the redactor only takes some minor damage from his sonic spell.

Will Save (Purple): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

Then it's Rocco's turn to try use magic to hinder the enemy, yet he chooses a different target for his spell, but the results are the same as the monk shruggs his malady's off.

Talon's shot proves to be less than successful too as the same redactor Rocco just attacked ducks with ligthning quick reflexes to avoid his attack!

Meanwhile Kurglunn manifests itself in front of the redactor wearing black robes and slams into him with all the force his ectoplasmic fists can manage. A terrible attack to be sure, but not enough to bring down the Asmodean at once.

The monks functioning as the enemy vanguard advance on Val and Oren punching and kicking at them with all of their might...

Seeing her servants' uncompetent display of tactics and skill the black armored woman shakes her head and slowly steps near the fray, as if more displeased with the redactor's failure than allarmed by the situation. Growling her pet hellhound advances a few paces too, but its demeanour seems a lot less casual than its mistress'.

Pleased to have Oren next to her, Valrani lashes out with her scimitar, trying to bring down the redactor in pink robes. The viscous curve of the scimitar slicing deeply into the changer of truth.

Oren and Valrani, eager to get rid of the lesser opponents snapping at their heels unleash their full fighting prowess. Oren takes down her target with a couple of well aimed jabs cracking the man's jaw while Valrani's opponent still stands, if barely , after the druidess almost caves his head in 2 with a slash of her scimitar.

"Coming through," calls Rocco as he steps past Morricone to make sure he stays close enough to Kurglunn that their connection is strained. Once he gets closer, he suddenly feels Kurglunn's overwhelming fear at the number of opponents facing him. "Don't worry, I got ya buddy," the halfling says half to himself as he pulls another scroll from the case at his side.

That'll have to be it I think. Move action to move up 10ft, then move action to draw another scroll.

While Rocco prepares to give him more aid, Kurglunn desperately swings his great fists at his attackers, beginning with the one he had already attacked, but who refused to fall. Attacking Black.

The martial artist sneers at the hound, who had caught her by surprise. She punches the beast twice towards the head and shoulders.

Lirotha knows Mephiry is a large and apparently extremely vicious hell hound specimen, while the woman called Nox seems to be the Asmodean leader. While musing on this information the witch also heals Oren who hits the creature hard, as does teh Hound with his pistol. Not enough to kill the monstruos dog though.

I don't think Kurglunn got to go yet. All he did was his attack of Opportunity. His actual actions are yet to be determined for this round.

Sensing the danger Kurglunn is in, Rocco quickly casts the spell on his scroll, passing holy energy into the phantom to guard him against the assaults of evil creatures.

Protected by Rocco's magic, Kurglunn feels safe enough to really make a run for it. He steps between two of the monks and runs as fast as he can to get to the other end of the room.

Full withdraw. Will trace my path on the map, but will still provoke from Yellow and Black after my initial 5ft of free movement.

Valrani sighs as the hound charges into the group.

"One more foul creature to send back to hell."

"Get him!" roars the woman with the glaive, her tone dripping venom. The redactors and the hulking brute pale visibly as they hurry after the escaping phantasm and try to surround him.

Meanwhile the woman scoffs:"Now you'll learn what happens to those who challange my master's might, fools! Get them, Meph!" and slashes at Morricone with her glaive.
