Is there anyone who might be able to help me bind my wounds as I do not believe I can not staunch the bleeding alone.

DM DoctorEvil |

Each of the wounded is able to stop the bleed with their remedial first aid, and while some healing may be prudent, it certainly isn't' required to save a life at this point.
The Heal DC to stop the bleeding was only 10, so good job!
Having explored the Temple of Nethys, and run face first into a bat swarm, the group only has up the stairs to go. Going back to the inner spiral staircase, they climb to the 4th level where a door awaits. The stairs also continue upward to a higher level.

A smile and a look of relief comes across Ruinor's face as Maximilian heals him. "Thank you very much kind sir. I will definately be staying towards the back if we encounter any more combat. That was too close for my liking. I don't think we should leave any unexplored areas behind us."

"We should have shut that door," Silverback says with some venom. "It yielded us no good thing to fight that swarm...now I am wounded for whatever we have yet to face. Barracks - Round 1 - continued
Silverback is first out of the gate, and while he almost loses his lunch as the stench of the lizard creatures, and while his animal companion won't heed his commands well, the druid strikes a home-run with his scimitar cutting the Red Trog to ribbons and ending his fight.
Ruinor vomits in his mouth a bit as the door opens, and his acid splash spell, which misses hitting the trog, is only slightly less noxious than his stomach bile.
Orovan's lurching rush prevents him from catching as potent a whiff of the trog stink as the others. He barely contains the gorge rising in his belly, and instead strikes out at Green Trog, his fists battering against the lizard's scales for good effect.
Rushing alongside his mates, Josnavaarin is able to throw one of his chakram skillfully enough, despite his illness. The razor-sharp disc clips the troglodyte, the elf rushes forward ready to do battle.
Aarion approaches the nearest surviving trog, and after studying the way it moves and attacks, he stabs at it with his fauchard, but the long pole-arm fails to hit the target this time.
Maximilian leaps into the room with a flourish, his rapier ready to striking a killing blow. Unfortunately, his target is just ducking the fauchard of Aarion above, and the Varisian misses with his pouncing attack
White Trog hisses fiercely as the warm-blooded intruders rush in, attacking pell-mell. He sets his sights on the elf who winged him with a thrown object and returns the favor with his javelin. The stone tip buries in teh ground near the feet of the elf, harmlessly.
Knowing he is in a bad scene, but needing to do something heroic, Green Trog takes a full round of attacks on Maximilian. The trog is able to hit t he newcomer with his club and his toothy bite for 6 hp dmg.

Silverback's gut-wrenching sickness to the smell of the troglodytes causes his next attack to miss, but he is able to signal the allosaur to come to his aid. The great lizard attacks Green Trog, but cannot get through the creature's defenses.
Orovan isn't sickened, but his proximity to the trog makes his eyes water, and throws off the accuracy of his knock-out punch which connects with only air.
Aarion continues his study of the lizard-like opponents, and when he thinks he's seen a flaw, he uses his fauchard to trip one of the beasts. Unfortunately, the creature is able to step over the tripping foil without incident.
Maximiian takes a withdraw action moving back towards the stairs both to recover from his wounds and for a little breathable fresh air.
Still need actions from Josnavaarin and Ruinor. Will DM-PC tomorrow if they haven't posted. Then, if any are left, the trogs will get a turn.

Unless I am mistaken, or you have a feat that affects it, loading a heavy crossbow is FULL-round action, meaning it can't be shot until next round's Standard Action (certainly a draw-back of the heavy weapon vs the light, which only takes a move action to load). I will hold your shot until next round, if needed. LMK if you have a feat like Rapid Reload, which changes the status.

After avoiding the spinning disc, White Trog leaps forward swinging his claws and club at the nearest target which is Silverback. His comrade turns on his lizard cousin, attacking Splittooth with savage ferocity.

Silverback, despite his sickened condition, finds a way to power through the defenses of White Trog striking the creature with his scimitar and cutting him down where he stands.
Ruinor finally gets his big crossbow loaded and then sights and pulls the trigger. With a loud twang the bolt is away, but the aim is errant, and the result is a miss.
Josnavarrin rushes the Green Trog, flanking him wiht the allosaur. However, his sickened condition weakens him enough that the attack is a miserable failure.
Aarion's fauchard fails to strike anything this round.
You are a round ahead on your posts Aarion. Your hit will still come, but next round if needed. Does Splittooth attack this round? Still need actions from Orovan and Max to close out the hero portion of the round.

Aarion looks over the group then begins addressing everyone. "As a whole, we are looking pretty beat up. Healing and spell support is virtually depleted. Personally, I don't recall any reason why we can't and rest for the night, regain spells, and dress our wounds. What do the rest of you thing?"

![]() |

"I'd worry about other looters jumping us in our sleep, but we sure could use it. Maybe in a room that doesn't smell like a trash heap."

![]() |

"I could also use some rest, and could prepare some healing, as well," Silverback agrees.
I had prepared other spells, but it looks like we may need healing spells prepared more than anything. In fact, because this scenario only grants 1 Prestige, we'll be without healing wands for the next scenario, too, so I may need to play healer for a bit.
