I know this is out ofInitiative order, but I might not be online when it's my turn, so:
Marnos will attack Karralo with his Falcata, if he is still standing. If he is not standing, he will attack Parns. If Grax moves into a flanking position, he will get +2 to hit
Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
lol, that's a miss.

Kalvin draws his sword completely and grips it two handed, standing over the two thugs.

Cow Hammer Boys- Round 1 - concluded
Lazlo's arrow shot flies wide of the mark again, but the coruscating ray from the deformed Crux does find it's mark against the wild-eyed Parns. The man seems to shrivel in front of your eyes, as his strength is sapped by the arcane magic, the weight of even his armor growing to great for him to bear well.
Karralo, standing next to the captive Marnos, bleeding from his arrow wound, draws his steel and prepares his shield, moving away from the inquisitor, and towards the oncoming half-orc, meeting him with a swing of his blade. The veteran soldier's blow lands true, hitting Graxton in the soft spot around his throat, and the half-orc falls to the ground, bleeding profusely.
Shucking himself free from the grasp of the enfeebled soldier, Marnos quick-draws and strikes, but his weapon clangs off Parns' chain armor, ineffectually.
The strength-sapped Parns backs away from the former captive, withdrawing, using his shield to ward off any attacks and heading towards the door of the meat market.
Knocked prone by the grease, Baldrago also rises, after watching his comrade get whalloped by the paladin. He draws his own blade, looking to skewer Kalvin, but the unsure footing makes that attack miss completely.

Cow Hammer Boys - Round 2 - continued
Now fighting two enemies, Kalvin presses the wounded man, who deflects his blow off his round shield, then makes a big overhand cut back at the young paladin. Nearly parrying the blow, Kalvin grimaces as the blade sweeps across his exposed wrist and and drawing a trickle of blood. Malder then tries to step to the side, looking for a flank on the youth, but instead of moving, the man's feet slip out from under him again, and he falls prone once more.

Lazlo is on the clock, followed by Crux. Looks like an enemy is closing on your position.

Crux uses his Wand of Magic Missile to put some hurt on Malder, trying to convince him to stay down. He then back steps to put a bit more distance between him and the too fast approaching Karrolo.
Magic Missile 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Lazlo Verrgaio
The loud sound of a body encased in armor as it hit the pavement filled the street. Karralo had escaped Lazlo sight after his arrow missed and had succeeded in striking down one of his companions, this made a familiar anger well up within the locksmith apprentice. A low sounding, dejected grunt was heard from Lazlo as he primed another arrow into his bow.
I should have made that shot! guilt mixed in with rage while Lazlo tried to realign the trajectory of his next arrow,it took a lot of his concentration and willpower to not let these newly empowered emotions to affect his performance, finally he released a long exhale, that did little to hide what was going on behind his stony face, and loosed another arrow at Karralo.

Cow Hammer Boys - Round 2 - continued
Cross at himself for missing the last shot, Lazlo breathes through this one, the target approaching menacingly. His aim this time is true and accurate, a second arrow penetrates the man's chain armor, slowing but not stopping his advance. Karralo roars in pain as he advances on Lazlo swinging his longsword in a vengeful arc. The nimble rogues skips out of way of the massive blade, but is now faced with a melee enemy.
Behind him, Crux fires his new Magic Missile wand at the fallen Malder striking him with magical force and disabling the man, who falls back down in pain.

Cow Hammer Boys - Round 2 - concluded
Twitching on the street, still bleeding from a major wound, Graxton begins to weaken a bit more, his lifeblood pooling around him.
Meanwhile, Marnos seeks out the enfeebled Parns and strikes at him with his falcata. The resultant cut wounds the slow-moving soldier, but does not slay him.
Parns, now bleeding from a shoulder wound and trapped against teh building, turns snarling at Marnos and tries to drive his longsword into the man's left side. The blow looks to be a killing shot, but is parried enough at the last moment to only scratch the half-elf instead of gravely wound him.
Struggling to get out of the greasy goo, Baldrago tries to get enough footing to get to the side of Kalvin, but his movement only causes his feet to slip even more, and slowly he teeters backwards, ending up on his back as well.

13 Lazlo
11 Crux
10 Karralo (wounded)
9 Verik Vancaskerkin
8 Marnos
7 Grax (unconscious and bleeding, about to stabilize)
5 Parns (enfeebled)
5 Baldrago (in grease, prone)
From above, the glass in an upstairs window of the butcher's shop
shatters, and a man's voice shouts, "Enough fighting in the streets. Let's end this boys and take the Queen's men to task." Looking up you see another soldier, bow in hand taking level aim down at the street.
Kalvin, you are up with two foes lying prone at your feet. Lazlo and Crux get ready.
Kalvin Theordos
I would get an AoO for their attempt to stand even if they failed right? I would take it on Baldrago
AoO: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Lazlo Verrgaio
Using the momentum of his dodge, Lazlo rolled back a few feet out of the man's sword range, dropped his bow and unsheathed his Rapier and quickly snapped into the stance that has been drilled into him since he was but a boy; blade front, his right side to his opponent, just enough distance between his legs and his eyes following the movements of the sell sword that stood before him. Lazlo planned to separate the man and his sword should he attempt to strike him.
5 foot step backwards, free action to drop weapon, move action to equip his rapier, and a readied action to disarm Karralo if he attemped to attack him.
Disarm: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 2 = 7

Even distracted by the fight, Marnos cannot help observing the battle around him.
Grax bleeding. When I've finished with Parns, must heal him. Lazlo, Classic fighting Stance. Definitely had some training. Kalvin, holding his own, thanks to help from Crux. Bowman above. Probably our quarry. After I've healed Grax, get out bow. the observations nearly cost him as Parns makes a sudden killing thrust, though he manages to deflect it at the last moment into a less vital area.
Grunting in pain, Marnos swings his falcata at Parns
Falcata: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
But the pain makes his swing go wild.

I would get an AoO for their attempt to stand even if they failed right? I would take it on Baldrago
You would, but neither tried to rise this round. They were both upright (you got AoO on one last round) and tried to move from grease (even 5' step) but fell again. Your next AoO comes next round when they try to rise again.

Cow Hammer Boys - Round 3 - concluded
Kalvin attacks the downed Baldrago, but even with the man prone, the sword cannot penetrate the armor enough to wound the fallen man.
The other man, Malder, disabled from the damage he has already sustained, lies there moaning.
Lazlo rolls out of the attack by Karralo and in the same motion draws his rapier, and takes a defensive stance looking for the man to make an aggressive move so he can swipe the sword from his hand.
Taking a shot of magic force energy square in the chest, the wounded Karralo does make an attack at Lazlo easily avoiding the disarm attempt, but adjusting his own stroke enough that it slices only air.
From above, a bowstring twangs and a shot fires at Kalvin but the shot caroms off his armor, ineffectually.
Facing the enfeebled Parns who proved he stil has teeth last round, Marnos thrusts his falcata at the man once again, but the pain of his own fresh wound prevents a well-aimed stroke from connecting.
The bleeding stops on the unconscious Graxton and he lies there, hoping to trip someone.
Laughing maniacally despite his weakened state, Parns launches another overhead stroke at Marnos, but the half-elf easily sidesteps this slow moving attack.
In the grease, Baldrago tries to rise again, but before he can, the longsword of Kalvin smashes into his head, causing a grievous, but not mortal wound. To top it off, the man can not even regain his footing and stays prone.

Thanks for posting ahead, it makes the rounds go by quickly! The tide is starting to turn, but the marksman in the window is going to be a problem.
Lazlo Verrgaio
Both of their swings lead nowhere, they were right back where they started, but something told Lazlo that his opponent was in a far worse state then he was, even if he did hide it well by matching every foot step the rogue made without making a single strained gasp for air. Lazlo narrowed his eye at the stubborn man, before feinting a wild swing, stepping into Karralo's guard and attempting to strike the hand that held his sword with a downward attack utilizing the hilt of his rapier.

Cow Hammer Boys - Round 4 - concluded
Still trying to hit the prone targets in front of him, Kalvin fails to make the killing stroke again.
Not sure if you still want that move action towards Graxton?
Malder lays in the grease, avoiding the blade, but unable to get himself up in the slippery grease.
Striking out at his immediate foe with the pommel of his sword, Lazlo stuns Karralo's sword arm, causing him to drop the blade to the ground.
Just as that happens, Crux blasts the defenseless Karralo point blank with another energy bolt from his wand. That blast knocks the wounded man down, blood pouring from his many wounds.
From above, another bow shot rings out, firing at the young paladin again. The arrow slamming into his side, blood rushing from the wound.
Still swinging at the enfeebled Parns, the falcata of Marnos fails to hit yet again. Turning the tables on his attacker again, Parns flails about with his longsword in the direction of the inquisitor, but the stroke misses.
Trying once again to rise from the grease, Baldrago avoids the attack from Kalvin, but is unable to get his feet under him.

End of round 4
One bad guy down, 2 prone and one weakened. Time to clean up.
Kalvin Theordos
Kalvin sensing the tide turning, knows he must get to his comrade Grax or be shot down in the street. He Withdraws (full round action, not provoking on the first 5 steps, that should put me clear of the AoO of the prone man) toward Grax.
Lazlo Verrgaio
Falling to the ground with a metallic clank, the rapier lay abandoned as leather clad fingers wrapped around the bow adjacent to it. The sound of its string being pulled back as an arrow was pulled into it was audible to those who were close to the man wielding it. Lazlo's Eyes focused on the enemy archer, his mind occupied with thoughts of giving his comrades a chance to escape, while he did not relish the thought, he was no fool and saw no wisdom in continuing a battle that could cost them more than the prize that victory will bring them. After releasing a heavy breath he let loose his arrow at Verik.

Cow Hammer Boys - round 5 - concluded
Kalvin avoids any attacks from the prone thugs while he circles them and heads towards his wounded companion.
Lying in the grease, and disabled, Malder lies there waiting for aid to rise.
After disarming and dispatcing the immediate threat, Lazlo fires an arrow through the upper floor window, striking the upstairs shooter. The same path is drawn by another force missile from Crux's wand.
The shooter fires back at Lazlo the arrow arcing downward from his perch in the upper window, and striking the rogue, in the upper shoulder.
Striking at Parns once again, Marnos is unable to harm the weakened man, who parries and thrusts back at him, causing another wound in the inquisitor.
The frustrated Baldrago tries one more time to rise, casting aside his shield this time, but is still unable to get the correct purchase to leverage himself up, and falls back with a whump.

Wincing with pain. Marnos steps back 5' step North West, out of reach of Parns and runs over to Grax, then mutters, "Erastil, Grant us the blessing of healing to our fallen comrade" He casts cure light wounds on Grax
Cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 he's awake, though still weak
We now have none down to their one. If you guys can keep the melees off me, I should be able to take care of the archer in the window. Grax can heal with his wand. I think we should continue this fight, but I'll bow to the party consensus. They can't be far off going down themselves, and they appear to have no healing.
Lazlo Verrgaio
"AAARGHH"Pain thundered across his body as his opponents arrow embedded itself into his left shoulder. The metallic smell of blood and the dull lingering pain afterwords made the bow wielding rogue reconsider his stance on shoulder guards and how much they really restricted his mobility. Clenching his teeth in an effort to halt another grunt of pain, Lazlo stared at his target with a deadly mixture of pain and anger in his usually cold eyes You'll pay for that scum...whether it is now or later, I will personally insure your debt is paid before I bury you into the ground you promised to protect
Doing his best to ignore the pain as he nocked another arrow into his weapon, Lazlo kept his teeth clenched, and tried to focus on something besides the smell of his own blood. When he felt the moment was right he let go of the string and his ears picked up the whispery war cry of his weapon.
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Damage Roll: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Following his attack Lazlo swiftly moved to the abandoned wagon to his right, ignoring the pangs of pain that ran through his body as he glided across the pavement, once he was at his intended location, he crouched to grant himself some cover and took a deep breath in an attempt to calm his aching shoulder.

Cow Hammer Boys - Round 6
Sorry, Kalvin I am running you this round in order to keep action moving since all others had posted. I know you were busy today.
Kalvin rushes the enfeebled Parns slashing at him with his holy blade and wounding him in his thigh as a blast of magic force from Crux knocked the man off his feet and out of the fight.
Taking partial cover behind the wagon, Lazlo shoots back through the window, striking the target once again. But the sniper fires another arrow, this time at Kalvin who is nearest the door to the building.
The arrow strikes the paladin, who staggers from his wounds.

Getting the healing energy from Graxton just as his stamina fails him, Kalvin rushes over to the slippery Baldrago and his longsword finishes off the last of the bandits in the street, leaving only the upstairs archer.

The target disengages from the window, and you can no longer see him.
