pinpointing, i'd say DC 0 to pinpoint an adjacent square, dc 10 within your reach to attack into. The -4 to perception is mostly visual, so you can reduce it to -2 from the weather and wind. callouts from allies can help you target higher value targets. like "there's one bleeding in front of you". i'm not going to distinguish/care about using metagame directions or in character directions. North/South or Left/Right (from our perspective), etc.
if you're hit, you largely know exactly which square it came from if its adjacent.
moving while blind is half speed or you risk the acrobatics Dc 10 check or you fall down
nadya could direct you to hit the little green one's square. you get -4 from her for soft cover, and the 50/50 miss chance from being blind. if you wait for black to close in on y'all, you could let others direct you at where he's standing and attack him.
they could even direct you to walk around the wall until you bump into Black, and then try and hit him.

After the lucky hot by the light red guard sinks a bolt into Gondork's shoulder, giacomo rushed past a hostile Black guard who missed, and made it to the wagon with the gear. He saw the Red guard and the Ice Troll rushing over, they'd be here within seconds.
Ten-penny stabbed the Brown guard in the ribs, while the light-blue guard missed gondork with his light crossbow from the wall. Caladan brought the brown guard down, slashing his guts open with his claw. Another bolt rains down from the wall, pinging off Gondork's enormous and hellish orc-battle pate. The bandage still wrapped around his eyes, his arms free, but his head tilts, listening to whats going on, arms held up defensively, unsure what to do.
The Green guard slashes at Arwyn, throwing her off guard from behind, Nadya hacks back at him, retaliating. Suddenly the purple guard yelps as he shrinks down to Giacomo's size, Hatch nearly gleefully yipping on the dog shed, as he starts waving his hands at black.
Still small, but deadly, Purple hacks at Arwyn from below and gets past her defenses. Damaged and unsatisfied with the dagger, she tucked it into her gauntlet, and Arwyn lept away from her attackers, dashing back across the fountain and into the bed of the wagon, snatching her bow and quiver, quickly gaining her footing and drawing arrows.
Black rushes up, charging Caladan with his sword, but missing and throwing himself off balance. Three guards are down and either bleeding or worse, two shrunken guards are still trying to bring you down, with another guard and and Ice troll with enormous ... ears, is rushing to the gate with her axe in hand.

they're difficult b/c of the ornaments, statue parts, and stairs of the fountain. the guards used them for a little cover when they rushed up, at the cost of difficult terrain.

you're not inside a building yet. you're in the inner courtyard of the pale tower, the wind and snow outdoor effects ya still. the courtyard's inner gate is the ring with the kennels, and walls that are clear as ice, held aloft by rigid spiky supports. you can see through them almost like glass though they're about five ft thick. the wall to the north is lowered, in a 15ft x 15 ft opening in the five ft. wall. with the sled and the troll in it .
the inner gate area isn't difficult terrain, except by the fountain, because it sees enough use and is tended after daily.

Arwyn yips a little as the troll appears, takes a step to the East, then shoots at Guard Green (then guard purple if green goes down.) Rapid shot, point blank shot, weather penalty.

The sudden arrival of the big ugly snappes Ten-Penny back to her senses. She is a little too big to play with, especially since she first has to crawl over the sled to get to the monstrosity. Then from the corner of her eyes, she sees a little guard being occupied Caladan. Perfect opportunity for a kidney stab, if she can get away unscathed from the troll.
Tumble, Half Speed: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23
She draws her Msw Short Sword with her free hand while she moves into flank position and lashes out at Guard Purple.

its only 20 ft. you can go through the spikey bits, they're just difficult. and you only need to tumble the first square to get out of the troll's reach. means you get the flank and sneak attack. 15 downs the purple guard.
the massive troll lumbers into the cart, and hefts her battleaxe, swinging at Arwyn, but her foot slips on gondork's bag, and the axe chunks through the side of the sleigh, splintering some off the back.

Nadya moves up 20 ft. to her gear and grabs her weapons, dropping blue's longsword.
the Red guard charges, rushing Gondork, as Hatch starts screaming in Gondork's ears about where Red is, and to hit him, hit him, hit him, but not before the Guard can get underfoot, slashing up through a seem in Gondork's armor.
