looking back on the fiendish eagle placement now that i added it to the board, it would have had to be summoned in position or provoke from gondork. which would have given it extra attacks. my bad, i missed it. just placing it there where it was summoned but forgoing the extra attacks. this is going to be tough enough without that.

he's a gangly creature. he's got a large boar spear in one hand, its not listed as reach. however he'd need two hands to wield it. his free hand however is a very long arm and forearm, and long gangly claws. you think he could easily slash at you from where he's standing right now. i'll let that and possible knowledge checks dictate what you decide to do.
if you approach him to take your swing, you'll provoke a claw attack. though long, his claws look smaller than normal for a creature his size.
and to nitpick, you have +1 from bless, -1 from shaken? that should be -2 from shaken.

Giacomo moves, arwyn tries to find a shot, and caladan moves. The invisible atomie summons a fiendish eagle to attack arwyn, which scratches her a bit. Ten penny is nowhere to be seen.
Suddenly a glowing red fairy pops out of an igloo and tries to color spray Caladan. Then a troll comes out of the cave, shouting visciously and demoralizing Gondork. Another fairy, this one blue, tries to color spray Gondork and Arwyn, managing to send her off to slumberland. Gondork holds his ground, readying his axe for the troll to get a little closer.

Teb Knotten steps forward, some magic holding him on top of the snow and ice as he gently glides forward. an unsettling sight as the gangly thing lowers his boar spear at Gondork and swings.
Gondork viciously cuts the creature, slicing his axe in through its collar, snapping bone and siniew, and you think exposing one of its lungs, as it gasps suddenly, its shoulder knitting together, tissue growing around its lung, looking like moss and lichen bubbling up from the skin in pale blue and green warts. It rights its course, and then it continues to swing.
the damage is too much though, its arm still sagging a bit as its flesh reconnects, the blade and its bite attempt miss Gondork.

destroying it in a fizzle of fire and plume of already gone smoke. Arwyn lays collapsed into the snow, just visible in the four feet of snow. Caladan tries to slice a fairy with his cold iron sickle, but misses.
A new fiendish eagle appears behind gondork, biting him keenly(3). but no more chanting is heard. the red and blue sprites withdraw into the igloo, out of sight, and gondork hits for a savage blow against Teb Knotten,(26) screaming about it being a troll, and to use fire. The thing is still standing, even with organs exposed, but misses gondork with its swings, not noticing Ten-Penny laying in wait. She pounces on an opening, getting her short sword past his guard, and piercing his neck through from the back to the front(10), the metal suddenly appearing in his throat before the troll collapses to the ground.
since she can after her attack, she steps onto the body, moving a bit further into the cave.
