The iron spike thunks into the ghoul's back. The creature whips around, peers through the short tunnel toward you, and lets out a dry hiss.
The other blue-tinged ghoul cranes its neck to see past its injured roommate.
Curiously... they do not immediately charge...

Wary of the voice from the north, Syndlara rushes past Truk, diving over his shoulder into a roll. She fluidly rises to her feet as the roll ends, slashing at the remaining ghoul with her scimitar.
"You know, Gatherine, your weapon of choice makes sneaking about almost pointless," she hisses quietly.
Move to Q9.

Hissing in frustration, the elven bladedancer hacks at the remaining ghoul, biting deep into its torso. The blade sticks in the ghoul's body as it 'dies.' Syndlara plants a foot on its chest and kicks as she savagely tears the scimitar free, flicking ichor in an arc over her right shoulder.
"Fffffffff-" she says, flicking her blade again to clear it and wiping it off on a convenient cloth surface that she is not wearing. "That really pisses me off."

I take Iolana didn't go berserk.This means she doesn't have to roll every round? But i almost would like to fail this save :) ; i think she can still control herself under the fury spell right?

The final ghoul in the chamber falls. The gentle sound of lapping waves increases, and the warm briny air comes in gusts in time with the waves... it slowly wins over the stench of rot and mildew.
There is a dim glow coming from the chamber to the north. It pulses as well with the same rhythm.
As you move through the north tunnel to the chamber, you can faintly see the waves from the west lapping into the sloped underground shore, the dome shaped ceiling which spans over the grotto, and is open to the west. The water of the incoming tide is just a foot below the top of the cave mouth... Each crest of every wave breaks against it, and turns the yellow band of sunlight into a thin ribbon of warm light.
As each wave recedes, the amber glow of the sun reflects off the water, and dimly illuminates the entire chamber... like what glow of a sunny day gets through an eyelid shut.
The sound and light continue to pulse in time.
On the east side of the chamber, a large silvery ape sits... it is doting on a broken and twisted ghoul which it holds in its arms.
On the far side of the chamber is a high and narrow archway, which is framed by two snakes facing each other at the top. The voice seems to emenate from this archway.
"I hear the wordss of the old world, yesss?... Taldane? Decades sssince itss passsed thessse lipsss."
As you move this chamber in which the two ghouls were killed, I will take a will save from the rest of you, please. (other than Iolana and Syndlara)
feel free to give in to the rage at any time. (Good or not, I swear OOC it will not lead to harming your friends)

Truk begins to breath heavily as the primal rage fills his heart.
He glares at the big ape and beats his chest, offering it a challenge.
I wasn't sure if it'd noticed us or not.

As Truk'tosh steps forward, the silverback gorilla looks up. You can see dead flesh and bare patches of bone in its face. It snarls, and grips the ghoul body in one hand... dangling by the ankles as the zombie ape stands to its full height, and accepts the challenge with a forward jut of its scraggly jaw.
You start to make out the words in her breathing, and see the gestures of her hands contorting at her sides.

This rage that seems to be affecting others in the group seems to have come from her. She is continually casting.. and recasting an area effect rage.
It has yet to affect you.

A formless miasma of darkness moves into the serpent archway from the north tunnel... the same sibilant female voice comes from it.
"Ssso many... cut down before they were ripe. Fought hard to come sssee me... and you bring an offering?"
The silverback glances at the dark cloud, and she speaks again "Break their spirits Dignin"
The gorilla turns back to face Truk, and appears intent on flogging him with a dead ghoul.
Truk'tosh and Gatherine can see the humanoid form in the cloud of darkness which fills the 5' square of C,7
