With Nyym standing as lookout, the looting of the bodies begins and the following items are discovered:

From Vorom - potion of bull's strength, potion of cure moderate wounds, potion of enlarge person (CL 3rd), masterwork leather lamellar, daggers (4), masterwork dueling sword, sack, gold necklace (worth 100 gp), 124 gp

From the orc that took point - double axe, studded leather, 4 javelins

From the orc archers - 3 composite shortbows [Str +3] w/56 arrows, 12 Javelins, 3 suits of studded leather

The dueling sword and the orc's double axe are both "exotic" weapons, but the dueling sword can be used as a "martial" weapon (in which case it functions as a longsword).

Liesel-Marie holds up three potions. "Maybe you can tell what they are..." She takes the pretty sword and the double-axe and other unclaimed weapons and hides them behind the bar.

How many javelins can I carry in a quiver of javelins? I will max it out unless someone else wants to split those. Thinking arrows should all be claimed by someone - I could take a bow, but I currently don't have one.

Liesel-Marie is the only one capable of taking advantage of the shortbows, and even she's not strong enough to fully make use of them (a minimum of 16 Strength is required to gain the +3 bonus to damage; LM would only get +2). Plus, since your Strength bonus is less than the strength rating of the composite bow, you'd take a –2 penalty on attacks with it, and anyone with a penalty for low Strength would apply it to damage rolls when using the bow as well.

As far as I know, there technically isn't a quiver for javelin. Based on historical evidence, typically only 3 were carried in battle. But since you are carrying a quiver, I'll rule that one quiver holds 6 javelins.

Rohan looks around the room after the guy finally falls. Though he is not very satisfied with the way his attacks looked like a clumsy fighter swinging wildly, but shrugs it off and thinks to himself.

"May have been horrible on my attacks but as a group we took them down, perhaps next one will be better.

" Don't let your guard down there more of them out there. After all the sounds we made its likely that they heard us in here. I think we need to find another spot so we are not cornered down. Lets move quickly."

Nyym takes in as much as he can, focusing on mentally separating out the sounds nearest him from the sounds of battle farther away.

No other parties moving this direction at this time. It does however sound as thouģh the party with the dogs has found something or someone that is not agreeing with them.

After glancing back out into the area, Nyym turns briefly back to his party. Looking to each member in turn, Nyyms mind briefly strayed.

So this is what its like to belong to something. While I still feel odd man out, this is the closest thing to family as well as this town a home that I have.

With that thought, Nyym set his mind. Those who would come here to do harm must pay the price of the highest penalty. Death.

Liesel-Marie looks at Rohan appraisingly, but shrugs and moves to where she stowed the extra weapons without saying anything.

Using the belt and sheath from the duelist, she sheathes the sword and wraps the extra javelins (14 in total), bows (2), and the Aldori sword like a bundle of firewood or hay, held by the belt. The third bow and a quiver (of 20 arrows) are strapped on and she offers the other two quivers (containing 36 arrows) to Mesa or anyone else carrying a bow. Nyym looks to Mesa and miss his agreement.

I agree. Also might be a good time to employ your idea for the fallible bottles as well. Hurling the firey drinks at the 1st attack opportunity could also be an effective surprise as we close the distance.

Looking over at at LM PM and Rohan.

Rohan. While I concur that we should not leave our for any suce weapons that may be used against us. I feel that it is premature to carry such amounts of equipment at this time. It would only burden Leisil-Marie to carry so much equipment at this time. Might I suggest leaving such weapons and gear till we rap up the other groups in the immediate area, then retreave all the gear at one times to pas to other frindslies as we encounter them.

Nyym smiles and nods toward equipment and LM...

After all She is not a pack mile and and she is suffering the effects of coming out of her Rage at the moment. After we complete our tasks here then we can all help carry the burden of the extra equipment together.

Then turning to Mesa as he can tell she is someone you likes being acknowledged for her ideas and deeds..

Mesa you have my gratitude for your aid and healing during our fight. While we know so little about you and you us. You are part of this family and clan. Your aid and deeds count you as one of us and it is an Honor you fight with you by our side.

Nyym resumes watching and listening as he awaits a final decision in regards as to what the group will do next..

While I agree she is more then capable of carrying so much, we do her dishonor and disservice to make he do as such. She is a woman of pride and I am sure what he suggested will lead to an unfriendly encounter after this is over the Rohan will not enjoy one bit.

Mesa blinked , not having expected that at all really.
” Umm yeah... thanks I mean your welcome... strike that reverse it.” Mesa blinks rubbing the back of her head a little ruffling her black hair some.

” Err as for the weapon thing we could toss some bodies or broken tables over them in a pile in here if we come back later, or bring them back to the barricade cause I bet the Guards could use some of them. Depends on if it's money or fame you're seeking.... I know that's always a hard choice for me.” the bard smirks.

Liesel-Marie looks up at the ceiling, an idea forming. "Looters like them will expect us to take what we find, because they would. Hiding them here would not occur to them, especially if it was required work. Can we get the bundle into the rafters? Leave the double-axe obvious on the floor so they think we took what we wanted and left the orc-weapon behind."

With a little teamwork, can we find a hiding spot and place the bundle there or break it into smaller bundles? The javelins could be separated and placed in several locations, but I don't want to lose a lot of time.

"I agree about the dogs. If they have found someone, we need to go to their aid."

Rohan not realizing the fact that Liesel was carring a large portion of stuff as he quickly looks at his bag buldged out on all sides in addition to several assorted items strapped around him. He would come to the decision that both Liesel and himself could easily look like traveling vendors which at this point in time is not good. Though that being said he took the words of Mesa and Nyym to heart and agreed with both decisions.

'I agree with both your decisions Nyym and Mesa, however leaving these weapons behind would be highly inadvisable because that would likely return the weapons to any villains invading this city should they find them if we were to cover them.'

Rohan takes a breath as he things about what next to say. He begins spitting out words as clear and fast as he can where people would still understand him as his deep voice softens but still remains deep, he sounds almost like the Statefarm advertisement guy.

'I believe that it would be in our cities best interest to run these items to the barricade in quick haste and then return. While I don't agree with it, it maybe best to split up the group at this very moment. Nyym and Mesa, it would be wise if you both could make your ways stealthy to discover the dogs barking and report back to here only interfering if it involves saving someone life otherwise return here to discuss what you found. Liesel and I could make haste toward the barricade and get these items to the soldiers, they could use the some of the javelins for providing the city cover from a distance and the weapons would aid in there defense. If Mesa and Nyym are not here when we return Liesel we will make haste to the dogs and kinda just jump into combat. By my calculations if we make full speed to the barricade we could return in (6 rounds) 1 min or less. I don't imagine it would be much longer than that if any.'

Rohan stops, and then finally grasp for air as he rushed through all of that with one single breathe of air representing his 15 con (about to be 16) as he could barely breath afterwords but it was needed to be spoken in haste as the matters here were really important.

"I hope this doesn't lead to a big debate as time is of the essence."

Rohan looked over the group and then again to Liesel thinking to himself a few thoughts that might be worth it if the time was better acquainted but it seems like there always around company.

"She looks so cute caring all those items, such power."

Frack that he clears his mind of these thoughts. His mind finding her attractive, and he wasn't sure to the reason but it could be his infatuation with power and wanting to become stronger and stronger; however, this was not the place or the time.

Rohan once again popped his eye balls back into his head and waited for the group to make there response, still panting a little from the long winded speech. In fact he put his hands on knees in order to compensate. While he was very healthy he needed to work on his resistance even more as he was not health enough and so much other things were needed.

"Come on lets do this"

He begin to think about the matter at hand even more making sure to peer out the door again to avoid any surprises, though he did this while clearing his mind once more.

Looking back outside, the other orcs seemed to be going about whatever tasks they had from before.

Battle/Insert Music: Devils Never Cry (feat. Shawn "Shootie HG" MacPherson) - Tetsuya Shibata

But of more immediate concern was the fact that Nyym could make out the female orc as she drew a javelin from her quiver and was preparing to hurl it at someone that he could not see.

Whoever she is preparing to attack, the direction of her throw seems to match up with where the sound of the dogs barking was coming from.

Speaking of which....

Rabus: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23

Rabus took aim at the female orc and hurled a dagger her way.

Rabus' thrown dagger attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16 -2 due to being drunk
Thrown dagger damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1

The blade flew past the orc's face. The flow of warmth down her cheek from the gash left in the wake of the dagger toss served as the only indication that the portly barkeep had done any damage to her.

Rabus knew he was out of practice. He chided himself for totally missing his target.

He had intended to put the blade in her eye.

Kyt unleashed a flurry of kicks at the dogs that had her surrounded.

Unarmed flurry: attack 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13

Looking at the Inner Quarter map, the barricade is 90 ft east and 10 ft south from the front door of the Killin' Ground. You could also leave from the backdoor and go 100 ft south behind the two buildings near the bar to reach the Inner Quarter beacon, which would count as having reached the barricade as well.

The Killin' Ground (Outside) map shows the barricade (the area marked 1) as well and reinforces the distance need to travel there by going out the front door. (Remember, the bigger squares are 10 feet spaces, not the usual 5 foot ones).

His mind set, he moved in on the Handler like a panther stalking his prey. As she pulled her great axe to strike, Nyym pounced with his dual jutsu..

damage: 2d4 + 1d6 ⇒ (3, 1) + (4) = 8

Nyym cursed under his breath as the second swing went high after the 1st strike caused his apponant to drop below the second arc. But he was confidant that he now has her complete undivided attention.

Rohan looked to Liesel and without hesitation he nodded and bolted out the front door to gather as much attention as he could. Making his way to the barricade.

"God I hope she meant aid from the otherside as run the barricade."

Blinded by his ambition that he kept running, not sure where the attack was coming from. Heading down the alleyway.

"Honestly there wasn't much and the description, I am not sure where the attack was taking place at. The bartender already left so Not sure who is attacking him. A bit confused...

My understanding was that the known threats are out front. I meant to go out the back. I'm actually more comfortable that we are all in proximity, so don't sweat it.

The bartender and Kyt got caught by the dog handler. He's the one that just chucked the dagger at the dog handler.

Liesel-Marie starts toward the back as the tall man runs out the front. "That's..." She chuckles, "That's the more interesting route, I'm sure."

She follows the tall man at full speed, fully intent to run to the barricade and toss her load over the wall and return to the fray.

With her movement rate, she may well pass Rohan, but she'll only be taking double moves.

Well, to be fair, the description wasn't so much for Rohan and Liesel-Marie as it was for Mesa and Nyym. They understood what was going on. That was more important, as it seemed that Rohan and LM were going out the back door to avoid the fight that was going on out front.

And as to how both Kyt and Rabus got caught:

As a monk, Kyt is obviously faster than the barkeep. However, the rule with group movement is that you move at the speed of the slowest member. Even so, given that the orc beast-master had 3 dogs with her, any stealth (which forces half movement) that the two were capable of doing would have eventually been undone (as their scent ability makes it really difficult to hide from them).

When a Creature detects a scent, the exact location of the source is not revealed—only its presence somewhere within range. The Creature can take a Move Action to note the direction of the scent. When the Creature is within 5 feet of the source, it pinpoints the source's location.

All of that happened during the fight inside of the Killin' Ground and is why you could hear the dogs barking and yelping (from being attacked by Kyt and Rabus) afterward.

Well that went to the crapper really fast! But before we see just how bad it is, let's deal with the dogs and end that round.

The dogs snapped and snarled at Kyt as they tried to bring the elf down.

Dog 1 bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Bite damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Dog 2 bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
bite damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

One dog tried to grab at the monk's ankles with its mouth, but the elf was far too nimble to allow that to happen. However, the other canine managed to sink its fangs into Kyt's calf.

Kyt has 24 hit points remaining and is at the Healthy wound threshold. She takes no penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks, nor to AC and caster level.

This will bring an end to the round. Now to see what chaos will ensue....

First, let us see if any of the other orcs notice what's going on outside. We'll go with the 3 closest to the doors of the buildings they're in. Since Rohan made no attempt to stealth and in fact was trying to draw attention to himself, that's a base DC of 10. However, distance is a factor as well, so we'll give the orcs furthest away a +6 modifier and the one orc that's closest a +4 modifier and see what happens...

Perception check: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 DC 14
Perception check: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20 DC 16
Perception check: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18 DC 16

Looks like the ones furthest away noticed Rohan. I imagine they've got big exclamation marks over their heads, like in the Metal Gear games. ;)

So, this will adjust the initiative order as follows:

Rohan: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Rabus: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Kyt: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
Mesa: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
Orc Thrasher (wields greataxe): 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (17) + 0 = 17
Orc Beast-Tamer: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Orc Grunts (wield falchions): 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (15) + 0 = 15
Nyym: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Liesel-Marie: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Dogs: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10

Rohan was too concern with making his way to the barricade that he left and made his way past the intruders, the orcs ravaging kyt and the barkeep, but that being said he made a full on run towards the barricade not wanting to waste any time.

Rohan had quiet a few things to drop off himself, and it was all about dropping it off with haste.

Rabus moved forward unsteadily to help the elf, drawing the shortsword he kept at small of his back as he did. The tipsy barkeep paused only for a moment before stabbing at one of the dogs.

Rabus' shortsword attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 -2 due to being drunk
shortsword damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4

The barkeep nearly lost his balance but managed to keep from falling over.

Kyt sighed at Rabus' clumsy attempt to assist her but kept her focus on the matter at hand as she unleashed another series of kicks at the dogs.

Unarmed attack 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

As Mesa took a step outside she took note of a few things. The dogs and their master to her right, the group in the rubble across the street that had noticed the fight and the ones in the building who had yet to notice them.

The bard sighed and moved to the corner of the building a few feet away setting the two bottles of Min-Kai cocktail she had been carrying in one hand at her feet and bringing her shamisen up with the other. She had skipped out on using the pick this time as she needed to pluck the strings to get the song she was going for.

She had just been taught something interesting by the kotodama of one of her new toys and was rather eager to test it out.

Mesa inhales a moment her face splitting into a fanged grin before she starts to play letting the song wash over all her allies including the bar keep...him being a jerk or not.

Raging song from the travelers cloak,
Inspired Rage (Su): Affected allies gain a +1 bonus on melee attack rolls, melee damage rolls, thrown weapon damage rolls, and a +2 bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. They also gain 1 temporary hit point per Hit Die. These temporary hit points are lost first when a character takes damage, disappear when the wearer’s inspired rage ends, and are not replenished if the ally enters a rage again (including a barbarian’s rage, a bloodrager’s bloodrage, or a skald’s inspired rage) again within 1 minute of its previous rage. While under the effects of inspired rage, allies other than the wearer cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except the Acrobatics skill and the intimidate function of Influence ) or any ability that requires patience or concentration. (Unlike the barbarian’s rage ability, those affected are not fatigued after the song ends.)
If an ally has her own rage class ability (such as barbarian’s rage, bloodrager’s bloodrage, or skald’s inspired rage), she may use the bonuses of her own rage class ability instead of those from the wearer (still suffering no fatigue afterward). However, inspired rage does not allow the ally to activate abilities dependent on other rage class abilities, such as rage powers, blood casting, or bloodrager bloodlines; the ally must activate her own rage class ability in order to use these features.

Even though I don't typically make a fuss about encumbrance, for this combat I will.

All of you are limited to wearing light armor (with Kyt not being able to wear any due to her being a monk), so your speeds aren't reduced in that way.

So that means I'll have to go strictly by weight. Now, I haven't been keeping track of how much everything you have weighs, but I will go with the idea that Liesel-Marie and Rohan are carrying enough equipment for this run to put them at the medium load stage rather than heavy. This means that Liesel-Marie is carrying anywhere from 67 to 133 lbs. worth of added weight, while Rohan is carrying anywhere from 34 to 66 lbs. of added weight.

Going from there, Liesel-Marie's speed remains at 40 feet (due to fast movement) and she can hustle (x2 move) 80 feet or run (x4) 160 feet tactically. Rohan's speed, however, goes from 30 feet to 20 feet, and he can hustle (x2) 40 feet or run (x4) 80 feet tactically. Also, you're both limited to a maximum Dex bonus of +3 (doesn't affect LM, but does Rohan) and a check penalty of -6 (Liesel-Marie can cancel that out to some extent, however, by entering bloodrage and assuming her strength stance if she has to make any Strength checks).

Now, taking all of that into account, it seems to me that it might be in everyone's best interest if Liesel-Marie made two runs (with Rohan assisting by helping her put on the bundles and providing cover fire for her, as well as Mesa and Nyym) with his kinetic/onslaught blast. I'll give y'all a moment to figure out if that's how you want to do this or if y'all are sticking with your stated plans of action.

Edit: I decided to see exactly how much everything weighs:

1 Greatsword (8 lbs)
javelins (2) (4 lbs total)
longspears (2) (18 lbs. total)
chainmail (2) (80 lbs total)
masterwork greataxe (12 lbs)
shortspear (3 lbs)
mwk studded leather (20 lbs)
light crossbow w/10 bolts (5 lbs total)
mwk warhammer (5 lbs)

10 crossbow bolts (1 lb)
suit of studded leather (20 lbs.)
falchion (8 lbs)
4 javelins (8 lbs)
longsword (4 lbs)

Total weight: 222 lbs
I am curious as to why you're giving the singer's solution and the scrolls of nap stack, but that's your call to make.

Anyone with significant tusks is going to have to eat the javelin in her hand at range and she will be drawing a greataxe to press her point home if necessary.

Nyym's situational awareness allowed him to avoid the powerful swing, the axe blade creating a large divot in the ground at his feet. However, the male orc was severely overextended from the effort and Nyym had every intention of capitalizing on that.

The female beast-tamer, on the other hand, had other ideas.

Taking advantage of the distraction caused by the newly arrived combatant, she slipped around Nyym and set up a flank with the male. 5-foot step to flank with male orc

Orc Beast-Tamer double-axe attack 1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5 +2 due to flank

The rest of the orcs that had accompanied the larger greataxe-wielding one emerged from the burnt out ruins of the house they had been poking around in. One followed after their leader, while the others took positions in the street, hefting javelins to throw at any targets that presented themselves. The one orc charged 60 feet to attack Nyym

Orc Grunt falchion attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 +2 due to charge
falchion damage: 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (3, 1) + 4 = 8

Nyym twisted away, sidestepping the third orc's clumsy attack.

Though outnumbered, there was no fear to be seen in him. Rather, the half-drow's lips formed into a confident smile.

Nyyms smile again became a sinister laugh as he currently knew no fear and he rotated right back into the Beast Tamer with renewed energy, eyes wide open with a wild mix of glee and rage.

The map has been updated to take into account this round's actions. Liesel-Marie, I stopped you short of one of the Orc Grunts. You ran, which is a full-round action, so you can't attack this round. They, however, get to make attacks on her with their javelins, having previously readied their actions to do so.

Orc Grunt 2 readied javelin throw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13
javelin damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 closest to LM
Orc Grunt 3 readied javelin throw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18
javelin damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9 farthest from LM

The Erutaki warrior, though loaded down, managed to stop short of running over one of the javelin-wielding orcs and caused his throw to sail harmlessly over her head. The other orc, however, managed to hit the pack she carried with sufficient force to knock the breath out of her.

Liesel-Marie has 18 hit points remaining and is at the Grazed wound threshold. She takes a -1 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks, nor to AC and caster level.

Meanwhile, Kyt was still being harassed by the beast-tamer's canine allies.

Dog 1 bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Bite damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Dog 2 bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
bite damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Their pack tactics seemed to be taking a toll on the elven monk, with the first dog putting itself at risk so that its partner could take advantage and savage her with its maw.

Kyt has 21 hit points remaining and is at the Grazed wound threshold. She takes a -1 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks, nor to AC and caster level.

Now we must see if the other orcs have noticed the fracas taking place outside of the building they're in....

Perception check: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13 DC 14

So far, they're still unaware. So with that said....

This brings us to the end of the round. The initiative order has been adjusted to take into account the readied actions of the two javelin throwers. Nyym and the beast-tamer have partial cover from each other. As far as I can tell, only Nyym has accepted the rage granted by Mesa's raging song. If you plan on doing so, please state your intention to do so in your post. The first round of raging song ends once Mesa takes her turn after Kyt this round.

Rohan was caught by surprised by the javelin throwing orcs, and then there was the issues of the others attacking the group head on. Right now the best best for Rohan was to deal with the people at range because they were not in combat.

"For next round are there any other Orcs thats are not in combat and how many and which ones?"

Rohan moved into action positioning himself out of range of all attackers but close enough to be within 30 feet of both the dogs and orcs attacking group, but at a good range from the javelin throwers. He turned with a quick toss and two large stone darts flew out from his hand at Orc Grunt 2 and grunt 3 and then another one tossed at one of the dogs that was in combat with kyt. For now, the only other free targets for Rohan to go after would be the orcs that were attacking Nyym... but that could change.

The orc closest to Liesel-Marie took a hit to the gut from the barrage of stone darts being blasted across the square by Rohan. He quickly recovered from the hit and glanced over at his javelin-hurling partner, only to find that he did not fare as well under the assault.

The other orc lay crumpled on the ground, blood flowing through both the entry and exit wounds in its chest.

A look of surprise and even fear had crept onto the green-skinned male. He uttered one word in the rough language of his people before raising a hand to the falchion strapped across his back. Gol-Kaa.

During Rohan's assault, a stone dart had taken out one of the dogs that had been pestering Kyt and the barkeep. The other dog seemed a bit lost without its packmate. Rabus took the time to run, sheathing his shortsword as he moved. The elf, not one to squander an opportunity, took full advantage of the distraction that had presented itself and directed the fullness of her fury upon it with a front snap kick.

unarmed strike: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21 -1 due to Grazed wound threshold
unarmed strike damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

The speed of the kick caught the dog firmly underneath its chin while the power of the strike lifted it into the air into an awkward somersault before crashing back to the ground in an unmoving heap.

With a glance to the retreating back of the portly barkeep, the elf then reached into the pouch at her waist to produce a small clay sphere that she hurled at the corpse of the dead dog. It shattered on impact, producing a cloud of oily yellow smoke.

Monk vanish! ... yeah, that doesn't have the same ring as ninja vanish.

For those that understand Orcspeech, Gol-Kaa is a word that roughly translates into "goliath".

greataxe Power Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14 -1 due to Power Attack included
greataxe damage: 1d12 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 +2 due to Power Attack included

The half-drow's nimbleness was on full display as he dropped into a crouch to avoid the orc's swing, the greataxe biting into the side of the building.

Even as the male withdrew his weapon, the beast-tamer, incensed about the loss of her pets, stepped to the orc's side and attacked Nyym with her double-axe. 5-foot step to attack Nyym diagonally, negating his partial cover as well as hers

orc double axe swing 1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14 -3 due to Critical wound threshold
axe damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
orc double axe swing 2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11 -3 due to Critical wound threshold
axe damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

The female's frustration mounted as she brought one of her weapon, then the other, in broad strokes at the half-drow. But even with his precarious postioning, Nyym successfully avoided her attacks.

The falchion-wielding orc saw no opening to press the half-drow further, so he decided to take on a new target of opportunity: Rohan.

move action: 15-feet to attack the gangly human

falchion attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
falchion damage: 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (1, 2) + 4 = 7

The orc's straight-forward slice was narrowly avoided by Rohan. As he recovered from the attack, the human caught sight of the woman in black standing where the orc had been standing moments before.

Nyym, you're up...

Twisting and turning as the attacks came in, Nyym switches up keeping the pressure on his 2 opponents giving the no quarter..

Nyym again a complete whirlwind of lightning blades, maniacally laughing the whole time. The feeling of rage corcing through him, he allowed it to consume him, giving Nyym a wild look as he took the fight to his opponents with pure abandon.

The half-drow worked both lightning blades with a level of skill and coordination that left his foes in utter confusion, unable to follow his movements due to the continuous strobing trails of the weapons until he planted a blade in each of their midsections. Laughing with a murderous sneer, Nyym released the twin weapons, causing them to wink out of existence.

But the damage had been done, and both orcs had fallen to his deadly technique.

The sole remaining javelin thrower drew his falchion and moved in to attack the Erutaki warrior, thinking her an easy kill due to her being loaded down with loot. 5-foot diagonal step, drawing falchion as he moves, to attack Liesel-Marie

falchion swing: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
falchion damage: 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (2, 2) + 4 = 8

Liesel-Marie twisted, with the falchion catching the bundle that she was carrying. But the power of the orc's blow sent waves of pain throughout her body as wounds recently mended began to ache and bruise.

Liesel-Marie has 10 hit points remaining and is at the Wounded wound threshold. She takes a -2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks, nor to AC and caster level.

I know we're now reaching your turn, but I need to whether Liesel-Marie is accepting the rage from Mesa's raging song. If so, then she's only taking 4 points (due to the loss of the added temporary hit points), putting her at 14 hit points. She'd still be in the Wounded threshold, but Liesel-Marie wouldn't be as close to the Critical threshold.
