Power Attack
Smiling at the hapless bandit Berrin draws his sword with exagerated care, making a long, hard scraping sound of steel beeing drawn. Keeping eyecontact as best he can Berrin puts force behind his blow and catches him squarely on the shoulders in an over-hand chop, nearly sending him to his knees.

You can 5ft step (W13) to attack bandit #3 (and finish him off, current AC 10, current HP 6). Or you can get to the bandit leader at Y17 with 25ft movement and attack him.

Their morale (and bodies) shattered, the surviving bandits break and surrender. They throw their weapons to the ground before raising their hands. The one who surrendered first, the one with Zandr's arrow still in his stomach, begs for the group. "We surrender! It was Dovan's idea! The Stag Lord just wanted us to scout your fort, but we heard that you got a bunch of coin, enough for us to live like kings!"
The blinded leader, presumably Dovan, finds his way to his feet and holds the rapier out in front of him. "You're next after the elf! I'm going to feed you to the Drag Lord's dogs while you're still alive!" Every few moments, he stabs at threats that he thinks he hears approaching.
Out of Initiative unless you attack again.

"Alright boys. Hands up and gather 'round!" Berrin hollars with a big grin. "You heard you friend there, you can get fed to your Lord's dogs or you'll come quietly with us." Gesturing for the bandits to gather up Berrin looms over them with his sword drawn, not really trusting them to stay put. "Jemini, your good with words. Think you can talk some sence into that one?" he says gesturing at Donovan. "He'll end up stabbing himself if we don't get him to settle down."

Utilizing a Touch of Law daily to apply to this Intimidate check, giving me an even 20.
"Oh it's okay, Berrin, I'll talk him down." Taisper begins to walk toward the leader, Dovan, in measured steps. His weapon is still at the ready.
"Dovan, hey. Hey man. I was gonna tell you my duck joke but I think maybe there's another story you need to hear. I'll tell it to you; have you ever had a dream where you lost everything, Dovan? A dream where you were broken and mad, where you were held down by your gang and your friends and you were beaten and violated, you were broken and spit on and then cast out naked and alone?" As he walks, Taisper's voice rises in intensity but retains its laconic rhythms and tone of cheerful menace.
"Where you thought they were done but they weren't? Where every thing you thought made you and made you strong and bad and mean and a leader was laid bare before your shattered eyes so you could see only your failure and weakness with every puny breath that entered your filthy lungs you walking scab? Have you ever had that dream? HAVE YOU?!!" Taisper's voice remains steady until his final scream, where it takes on a crazed and keening edge.
Stopping just out of Dovan's reach, the Inquisitor then clears his throat and says as calmly as if discussing the grenness of grass; "Well you're having that dream right now, Dovan. That dream is us. Now you drop that sword and cooperate or I'll show you the real meaning of that dream. I will cave in your ribcage. None of my companions are near enough to stop me, and I'll do it. You know I'll do it, don't you Dovan? I bet you have a guy just like me back at camp. That guy. You know that guy. Well here I am. It's your call, friend."
True to his word, Taisper has his morningstar ready, and appears more than prepared to cave in the man's chest. His face is calm, his breathing is regular, and his jaw is clenched so tight it's amazing he hasn't bitten through his tongue.

"Your good friend Dovan is going to get what's coming for him; there's a small chance for the rest of you to repent in earnest, or find your life ended by the sword or the rope in short time. I've skinned a man alive and kept him alive! There's nothing you can say that will frighten ne!" He keeps the rapier up, its sharp point whipping through periodically.
He is frightened and is only not surrendering out of malicious pride. He does seem to have more than a passing familiarity with torture, though.
The other bandits meekly submit to being tied up. They remain quiet, casting fearful glances at Dovan. They are obviously terrified of him, even in his diminished state.

"If any of you feel like helping than you'll give me chance to vent my frustration on some of ya, if not; Do as your told and keep quiet, your glorious leader will take care of the whyning for ya. The inquisitor then darts in very close, setting the head of his morningstar on the bandit leader's shoulder such that one of the spikes is pressing dangerously in on his carotid artery.
Taisper leans in close, whispering so only Dovan can hear. His voice is still calm. "Dovan...I don't have any skin, Dovan, man...I know where they'll be keeping you tonight, you know, and I don't...it's all gone! I'll come to you, and maybe you can tell me where my skin went, Dovan...maybe..." Taisper then jerks the morningstar away and steps back.
