Alright, rules of combat. Rule 1: Know your surroundings. No time to scout. Rule 2: Know your enemy. Also no. Rule 3: Have the advantage in numbers. We're doomed. This is a suicide mission. I should run.
Clyde looks forward to see Adrian being attacked by two large bird creatures. Close closes his eyes for just a moment. He then springs forward, darting to Adrian's side.
What are you doing!? We are all going to die here.

While were waiting on posts, let's do a small recap:
The time is 1pm, and our hearty heroes are infiltrating the headquarters of the Breathe of the Yellow Rose - an organization believed to be conning nobles , lead by Thylius Caramitru (someone known to try to take the easy way out of everything).
Their mission is to rescue Liticia Gos and bring her back to her family, whether she wants to or not.
They decided to do a full frontal assault on the compound in the middle of the day with no or minimal scouting, fully announcing their presence. This tactic lead to everyone in the compound d being aware of the assault and they've started taking measure to defend themselves.
So far, one Guard is dead and two Guards are asleep. Their leader (the Spy NPC) ran into the building and jumped into the first room on the right, slamming the door behind him.
While he was in there, someone opened the door and a second person was revealed. That person fired a heavy crossbow at Clyde while the Spy threw out a clay bottle that causes drowsiness. They shut the door behind them.
From the upstairs, there are at least two more individuals, another Thug who fired a heavy crossbow from the top of the stairs and then retreated back, and an unseen individual who seeks to have command of several birds. Two of the Large birds (known as Axebeaks) have charged in - both have been slain. That individual also has magic, as he fired a Ray of Frost while upstairs. So far, only Adrian has seen him.

Botting Louis.
Louis Starts to tie up the first of the sleeping guards.
Ember moves up to Clyde and has a ball of fire readied to strike.
The side door behind the party, where the spy fled, opens up and a head peeks out, only to get a blast of fire from Ember.
They're on the stairs! his voice calls out.
The spy comes out and attacks Ember (disadvantage due to Clyde's reaction).

The second bolt pierces through Clyde's armor. A scrunch of bone is heard and blood sprays out from the hole in the armor. Clyde goes weak in the knees for a moment, but catches himself. He whispers to Adrian, "You two press forward." He cast his eyes at Ragnar. "This whoreson is mine."
Clyde moves down the stairs and puts his back to the wall, half to hide, and half to brace his limp body. He looks down and produces a small locket from under his red scarf. He clenches it tightly and closes his eyes. For a moment, everything is calm. For a moment, Clyde can no longer hear the sounds of battle. Then his eyes open, ready. He spins his longsword into a reverse grip, and waits... dares... that door to open once more.

Clyde - this time the door was left open, and you can see in (and they can see out).
There's a thug just inside of the room by the door. A nobleman with a longsword and no armor right next to him. As you move closer to the door, you can see the spy about 10-15' into the room, and two more nobles further inside.
One of the young nobles says, Teacher, they're coming! He looks to be in his late teens.
The thug replies, I know. Remember you're training. The Yellow Breath will prevail. It is obvious the "thug" is their teacher.

Using his Channel Divinity feature, Shoo heals a total of 10 hp. Now, if he is 100% sure Clyde is beyond any help, all 10 points will be going to Ember. If he doesn't know, he'll probably take Clyde for wounded instead of dead, and will probably split the healing between he and Ember.

I guess I'm engaged by T1. If I am, I will attack him, since I can't see who else is threatening me. If I am not, since I appear in both maps (and then I am not sure where I am), I will try to get to T4 and finish him (avoiding the other enemy that threatens Ragnar, which I can't see in the map).
Both maps show the stairs. Floor 1 map shows the entire starcase, while Floor 2 map shows half the staircase. That's why T1 is cut off from Floor 2 map. And it's why you appear in both.
T1 is right next to you. So you can attack him.
T4 is right next to Ragnar at the top of the stairs. Ragnar is also on both maps, but his image is hidden by the dead Axebeak.
The othet guy who threatened Ragnar was the Feathered Knight, and he moved back out of the room through the set of doors at the top of the map on Floor 2.

Shoo Zahal |

Doing a Medicine check to stabilise Adrian... would it provoke? And if so, would being hit interrupt the action?

AL DM |

No and no. As far as I can tell, only movement provokes an OA, except some special abilities that describe otherwise. If this were a home game, I might call for disadvantage on the check; but it's AL so let's just roll with it. I reserve the right to make a different decision in the future.
Standard check, no disadvantage.

Ragnar the Grim |

Ragnar, pissed that the chicken knight fled, the spy took down another of his allies, and this assault isn't going as smoothly as he imagined, takes out his rage on the poor thug next to him.
Attack + Bless: 1d20 + 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (10) + (2) + 5 = 17
Attack Recklessly + Bless: 1d20 + 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (15) + (1) + 5 = 21
Damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (5, 6) + 5 = 16
Advantage on attacks against Ragnar until my next turn, 6/10 Rounds of rage. If the thug goes down, Ragnar will head downstairs, as close to the door as he can get, going for that damn spy next.

Shoo Zahal |

I'm about to go to sleep, so in case gameplay advances a lot, Shoo will try to stabilise Adrian.
Realising he can't let Adrian bleed to death, Shoo tears a stripe of cloth and tries to quickly staunch the wound.
Medicine: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21

AL DM |

Round 6
Shoo spends a moment to stabilize Adrian. Adrian - no more death saves. You're alive, but unconscious.
Round 7
Elred attacks Louis, him being the only target available.
Elred attack vs Louis: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 41d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
But Louis easily dodges the failed attack.
Ragnar lays into Thug 4, cleaving into him for a might 16 damage!
Adrian is tended to.

Round 7
Botting Louis. I feel there has been more than enough time for him to post, and game has been delayed long enough.
I don't normally use limited resources when Botting someone, but I think if I don't bad things will happen. As best as I can tell, Louis has 1 spell slot left over (since he's not tracking his spent spells like I requested, I had to go back through all his posts to determine this.)
Louis casts Sleep, targeting T2, the Spy, and Elred.
Sleep HP: 5d8 ⇒ (8, 3, 6, 7, 5) = 29
The nobleman and the spy fall to the ground, asleep.
Ember, being true to her name, spouts a flick of fire, nicking the teacher (Thug 2).
Thug 1 attacks Shoo. No allies threatening Shoo, so no pack tactics
T1 attack 1 vs shoo: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 91d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
T1 attack 2 vs Shoo: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 221d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
The first attack misses, but the second lands true. Shoo takes 5 bludgeoning damage.
Thug 2, the nobles' teacher, takes the disengage actions and flees. Seeing his students fall, he fears for his own life.
Thug 4, upstairs, attacks Ragnar. No ally is threatening Ragnar, therefore no pack tactics
T2 attack 1 vs Ragnar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 231d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
T2 attack 2 vs Ragnar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 101d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Ragnar get clipped for 2 piercing damage (resistance accounted for). He easily dodges the second attack.

Ragnar the Grim |

Ragnar strikes back at the thug.
Attack + Bless: 1d20 + 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (2) + (4) + 5 = 11
Attack Recklessly + Bless: 1d20 + 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (9) + (4) + 5 = 18
Damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (1, 2) + 5 = 8
7/10 rounds of rage, advantage on attacks against Ragnar until the begining of my next turn.
