Quorthos casts shield and moves into the room, drawing both his dagger and his wand from his spring-loaded wrist sheaths.
"Well, what have we here? Are you three just here for the buffet, or is there something else going on?" Quorthos retorts, trying to hide his fear. He knows nothing of vampires beyond what the tales say, but he's pretty sure they're pretty darn scary.

Mavor draws his greataxe as he too moves into the room and is a little bit surprised by the 'men' with large canines.
He raises an eyebrow questionably as he looks at them.
"Now what are you supposed to be now? Ah you'll be dead just the same. Come here!"

Baer clobbers the nearest vampire with her staff, striking him against his head.
Quorthos casts shield on himself and retrieves his dagger and wand from their wrist sheaths.
Mavor moves in and cleaves through the other vampire's belly, into the already clobbered vampire's chest. The latter drops, while the vampire with the open belly stumbles back.

With all the sudden noise the eyes of the third vampire (red) open.

@Mavor: Tural's Battle Ward gave you a +2 deflection bonus. You already have a +1 deflection bonus from your ring and they're not cumulative, resulting in a total AC of 17 when the vampire attacked. So you didn't get hit after all! :)
Quorthos drives his dagger into the downed vampire's heart. The vampire suddenly changes into a insubstantial, misty version of itself. (This was supposed to happen when it got downed...)
Mavor continues to attack the vampire he's already wounded, but the undead dodges the attack.
Denario moves near Allyph and throws a card at the vampire that woke last, but it ducks and the card passes overhead.
Baer steps up to the same vampire Denario targeted and knocks it out. The vampire immediately changes into a translucent version of itself, like the other vampire did.
The last standing vampire looks at Quorthos, who speaks of surrender. "No! I won't!"
As some of the wounds on the vampire close, it grins widely. "You won't be able to catch us, mortals!"
The vampire then also changes into a misty version of itself. It turns around and reaches for the door north of you, after which its gas-like body becomes fluid and moves through the keyhole.

When the fleeing vampire passes through the keyhole, Tural decides to chase after it by going around the building.
One of the gaseous vampires (red) moves past Baer and Allyph, toward the rickety trap door against the east wall. Its movement provokes attacks from both Baer and Allyph.

Allyph 5-foot steps to the east wall and opens the trap door with her free hand.
"It's pitch black down there..."
With a few gestures Allyph casts dancing lights and creates four lilac orbs of light, which she sends down.

Majenko goes into total defense till he's able to come up with a better plan.
Allyph opens the trap door and sends her dancing light down, revealing a small room. Amid numerous blocks of various types of mundane wood lie four simple but solid coffins.
The last vampire in the room (blue) also moves toward the trap door, provoking attacks from Quorthos, Baer and Allyph.

Mavor calls out to Denario. "Move aside, let me show you how it's done."

Denario throws himself against the northern door and hurts his shoulder. While Baer moves downstairs and has no clue what to do, Mavor shows Denario the proper way to force a door open by charging into it and breaking all its hinges.
Unbalanced stuffed animals, poorly equipped toy soldiers, and dolls exhibiting myriad accidental deformities stare blankly out of the filth-smeared front window of this toy store showroom. Several heavy-looking kites dangle purple and crimson tails from the ceiling above, and a dollhouse recreating Castle Korvosa's intimidating towers dominates a table in the room's center. Festooned with tiny bells, the shop's entrance stands to the north, across from a counter cluttered with dusty candies and a doorway marked "Private."
Directly on the other side of the now open door is the vampire that fled through the keyhole, still in its gaseous form. It looks like it's about to re-enter the room most of you are in, which may have to do with the unexpected hits it took while it tried to flee.

Mavor moves towards the ladder at the trap door and calls down to Baer.
"We've got the last one trying to escape. He fled down here too. Can you see them?"
When Baer confirms this, Mavor climbs down himself as well to inspect and support Baer in the enclosed confines.

Tural walks back as he notices nothing on the front of the building. He joins the others in the back room.

Baer grunts at the conflicting orders coming down from on high, but the main point is clear: destroy the coffins. Baer can do that.
Firstly, Baer casts Detect Magic and scans the coffins for anything of value. Then she leans her staff against the wall and draws her crowbar and an alchemist fire.
With rage and anger borne within her orcish fury, Baer begins to rend and tear, bash and beat, and pretty much pry apart every coffin into basewood. That stack of base wood will earn her alchemist's fire.
Baer grunts, sweaty from her efforts.

Thanks for botting Quorthos! Band show followed by Runelords campaign.
Quorthos pulls out a flask of alchemist's fire. "This will start the fire, I think... " If there are no objections, he breaks the flask on the coffin with the green vampire in it.
"Force another one open and we can keep going while we wait for the fire to take hold of that one," Quorthos suggests, readying his disrupt undead spell.

The actions of Baer and Quorthos are a bit conflicting. I went with Baer's post, because she posted first.
Baer demolished the coffins, finding three unconscious vampires within three of them. The coffin against the back wall was empty. Once she's made a stack of all the basewood, Baer sets it on fire with her Alchemist's Fire. While the wood burns, the three unconscious vampires lie on the stone floor.
While breaking the coffins apart Baer finds three leather pouches that hold a combined 450 gp, all of Ustalavic minting, a Ring of Jumping (DC 17 Spellcraft to identify) sculpted to look like intertwined brass spider legs, and a set of bone Pipes of Haunting (DC 19 Spellcraft to identify).

Tural heads down with the others and finds Baer destroying the coffins.
"What'd you find in there?"
He takes a good look at the items to try and identify them.
"Those are pretty nice. Especially the pipes. The ring is a ring of jumping, I don't see what that would be useful for but still. The pipes on the other hand are pipes of haunting. Does any of you play wind instruments?"
Whilst identifying the items he also tries to keep an eye on the vampires next to him.

Allyph's confident in her allies' skills and lets them deal with the vampires while she walks into the room north of the workshop, where the shop's located.

"Guess the owner took all his valuables with him before he moved out... Makes sense."

Denario looks at the vampires too, since bad guys tend to not be quite dead at 1st sight, hopefully noticing what Tural sees.
If he does indeed, he grabbs his hand axe and decapitates the vampires and suggests staking them.

If and when someone points out the bodies are regenerating, Baer will come over and club them down to triple negitives. If they still regenerate, she will drag them onto the fire for good measure. If they regenerate after burning, Baer will bottle the ashes. If they regenerate from bottled ashes, Baer will feed the ashes to Mavor.
When the bodies are disposed and the coffins broken and burnt, and the loots are collected, Baer will climb out and explore the shop.
"What have you found, Allyph? Any more coffins?"
