Nevermind. I asked too late.

Alright there seems to be some interest, at least 3 people who weren't able to join the round robin group 1, so, why not get another group going?
Signups are here, I've left places open but tried to keep the three people who have expressed interest in mind. I can fill a spot if needed, but I'd prefer if other people got a shot at this first.
Do you know when this is planning on starting?

I cant sign up as I don't have enough experience to gm.
Like UncleFroggy said, there's nothing that says you have to have X experience to GM. It's highly, highly reccommended you have some knowledge of the game system and play-by-post before you GM your first game, but you don't have to. Actually having a group of people who realize it's your first time and who would be willing to give constructive advice is not a bad idea at all.

The only GM experience I have is at work where I GM 2 groups of players who essentially roll dice to beat the stuffing out of monsters. While it makes it an easy group to GM, you don't really learn anything from it -- so, all told, while I have some GM experience, I really wouldn't consider what I do actual experience... I'd love to learn to GM players who actually know what they're doing :)

We only seem to have two people signed up, so unless there's more people interested, there's barely enough for a legal table.
Wait, I just saw a long chain of comments that I got lost in. What's the deal here? You are exchanging table slots to GM for the same group later down the line?
Can anyone give me a quick rundown?

We are looking at getting a group of GMs and players together for a Round-robin set up, where each player at the table runs one game in turn and plays at the other tables. There was a previous group who was looking at doing quick runs of the repeatable scenarios and that's what is planned for so far.
I also might be interested in joining the round-robin. I've GMed quite a lot, but never GMed for PFS. I'd need some help with the finer details of GMing for PFS, as well as on reporting, but I'd be willing to run something! What are the scenarios being discussed for the round-robin?
This might end up being a group where a number of people are learning about GMing, so I think that would be more than fine for you to join in.
As for the scenarios we are looking at, the repetable scenarios or bounties would be the preferred scenarios as anyone could play at them. The non-repeatable scenarios might mean some of the table has played the scenario and it gets much more complicated.

I think I'd like to try this too. I've only played one PbP quest and it was my first PFS experience but I've got 25+ years of GMing experience.
Do I just put my name on it or wait until someone tells me to?
I presume I'd also need to purchase the scenarios?
Go ahead and put your name in where you want to. This is not part of a convention and thus doesn't get scenario support though. If that's a problem, scenario gifting is a thing.

No, that's the sheet I saw. It states STOP! No more room! in cell A12
So I'll slap my name in
A15B15 and that's the second group?
Oohhh, I see. EDIT: Any of the *OPEN* places are open. Delete that and add your name in.

Not a problem to buy them. A bit of extra cash for Paizo :)
I'll pop my name in one of the gaps.

Just as a side-note for those wanting to GM but who feel unsure: I feel that PbP is a great place to start.
You have time to go and check the rules, think things over etc., before answering anything, or having your NPCs react, so the pressure is really reduced (at least that is what I feel), vs. dealing with things in real time on tabletop.

Likewise! That's why I come to enjoy it immensely. You're not on the spot to answer or to resolve an issue...
