I allowed Axton to take extra spells in his book because as a Wizard, that is something he could potentially have. As a sorcerer, you may replace your armor with one magic item costing less than 500 GP. (You may not replace your weapon.)
As for languages, I'm going to say Undercommon and Dwarven could well see use.
