A couple of questions:

1. Should we assume we were in prison and escaped as well, or that we found ourselves working for Asmodeus another way?

2. How should we handle equipment?

Please disregard my previous question, I found where you mentioned leveling up hit points.

Level 2: 1d5 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

You did not escape Branderscar, so you background should include why cardinal Thorn would pick you to his eight knot. I will work with you on this if chosen.

The reason I ask for level two is the other player have already earned it but haven't levelled yet. You would have the time to earn the experience points in game to keep up.

Equipment is fairly low at the moment, they just escaped. So for your character we will talk about it, but think approximately 300 gp.

You do not need to advance your character until chosen.

Here is my submission for an Anti-Paladin (Lord of Darkness Archetype). Sheet can be found by going to the profile. Still working a bit on the crunch, formatting and a bit on the description and personality. But the background is finished.

Couldn't find an avatar that matched the image of him that I had in my head, but I linked a picture for those interested. It can be found by following the blue "Appearance" link next to Character Description.

The house of Barad is an old house, a house with history. Lesser known fact is that the Barad are still a house of devil worshippers. Though they publicly support Mitra and his church, but behind closed doors they pray for the return of the old ways.

Lady Adriana has made a life of pushing the self-righteous sanctimonious Mitran worshiping government towards a meltdown. Now the good Reverend has recruited her with a promise that she will be instrumental in the hated house of the Victor.

Roll for HP at second or half+1?

Thanks for the submissions so far. The players and I like what we see.

Recruitment will close on the 26th, selection by the 27th hopefully.

background:

When Drax was born, the local priest of Mitra said he was cursed as a harbinger of doom. Whether this was true or not, people treated him with fear. This, of course, just reinforced the omen as Drax reciprocated by becoming fearsome. Though somewhat sickly, he trained hard, almost to the point of self-torture. Now he is a hard man, completely unsympathetic to weakness in others. He yearns for a return to what he considers the natural order of things; the strong ruling the weak. As such, he seeks a way to bring down the insipid worship of Mitra.

notes for GM:

I took the Omen trait for the backstory. Also, I am going the Dex fighter route so my HP won't be as big a disadvantage as a frontline fighter. That and Intimidate for demoralize (will take Dazzling Display also).

Submitted this bard the first time around, although the crunch might be a little off because I tried to submit it to another one of these games. If the concept is still solid, the build/crunch can be adapted or changed to the original version stats which are in this thread.

Recruitment is closed.

I'll try and be back with selections later to day.

First of all thanks for the interest.I really liked the quality of the applications even though they were replacements.

After looking through the applications and having the players input I would like

Erodin Stark and
Lady Adriana Barad

to join the game. We'll work on getting you introduced and worked into the story.

Once again I find my self in need of a replacement.

I need an arcane caster. Level 3.

Fluff wise you should be able to sign a contract with the cardinal. You have not been imprisoned in Branderscar.

Please include a background and a writing sample, the two may be combined if you wish so.

I have a preference for humans first, half-elfs second and dwarf a distant third for this adventure.

Dotting for interest - perfectly happy to make a human arcane caster. What are you looking for? Direct damage (blast), support, necromancer?

What we lost was an enchanter. I for one have no preferences in regards to type of caster, the party might have.

Sounds wicked (pun intended)

Doubting between wizard or evil witch.

OK - brief character introduction below for Elysha Tessward; hope it passes muster

Character concept:

Elysha frowns, her otherwise unlined face screwed up in concentration. She has managed to 'acquire' a small Celestial animal and the blasted thing is dying before she's even halfway through her studies. She takes a step back and toys idly with her mousy, reddish hair (tied up in bunches to keep it out of the way) while she thinks.

Her attention is distracted by a sudden rush of flame in the middle of her room. Flaring and immediately vanishing, it leaves behind the stink of brimstone - and a letter. Forgetting the dying creature entirely, Elysha pounces on the letter with excitement. She pouts as she opens it: "Oh. A contract." Elysha has 'consulted' for Thorn before, but this contract looks a little more ... permanent. At the bottom, Thorn ( or someone) has scribbled two words:

SIGN. HERE.

"Nonononononono no! I have ... things to see!" Elysha gestures vaguely at the struggling Celestial. "Just because I owe him a fav- ... Ohhhhh." It dawns on her that promising an - unspecified - favour to a Cardinal of Asmodeus is not the most sensible thing she has done.

Standing in her mismatched shoes and shapeless woollen cardigan, the young woman sulks for perhaps 10 seconds, before brightening up again. At least she won't be bored.

"Right. Best get to it." With that, Elysha walks out of the room and is on her way.

A minute passes.

Reopening the door, Elysha creeps back in. Might be a good idea to pack a few things, first.

Focus: Int
Foible: Wis

Definitely a wizard - I haven't decided yet on school specialisation; either Evocation, Conjuration, or Necromancy. Decision - and crunch - will follow.

Grand Lodge

Well, I'm really interested in joining if you'll have someone who has gone through the first book and a half (if that's a problem, no worries).

I'm thinking a Peri-Blooded Aasimar Sorcerer with the arcane bloodline.

Foible Strength: 8

Wisdom: 1d10 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 7 + 2 = 16
Focus Charisma: 20

Wow, and i though "i" got decent rolls. :)
I hope this rookie to the story can make something worth a pick.

Special White hair Witch Abilities:

Spoiler:

White Hair (Su)

At 1st level, a white-haired witch gains the ability to use her hair as a weapon. This functions as a primary natural attack with a reach of 5 feet. The hair deals 1d4 points of damage (1d3 for a Small witch) plus the witch’s Intelligence modifier. In addition, whenever the hair strikes a foe, the witch can attempt to grapple that foe with her hair as a free action* without provoking an attack of opportunity, using her Intelligence modifier in place of her Strength modifier when making the combat maneuver check. When a white-haired witch grapples a foe in this way, she does not gain the grappled condition.

At 4th level and every four levels thereafter, a white-haired witch’s hair adds 5 feet to its reach, to a maximum of 30 feet at 20th level.

The hair cannot be sundered or attacked as a separate creature.

In addition, a white-haired witch further improves her ability to control her hair as she progresses in level, gaining the following abilities:

Constrict (Ex): At 2nd level, when the white-haired witch’s hair successfully grapples an opponent, it can begin constricting her victim as a swift action*, dealing damage equal to that of its attack.

Trip (Ex): At 4th level, a white-haired witch who successfully strikes a foe with her hair can attempt a combat maneuver check to trip the creature as a swift action*.

Pull (Ex): At 6th level, a white-haired witch who successfully strikes a foe with her hair can attempt a combat maneuver check to pull the creature 5 feet closer to her as a swift action*.

Strangle (Ex): At 8th level, when the white-haired witch’s hair is grappling with an opponent, that creature is considered strangled, and cannot speak or cast spells with verbal components.

This ability replaces hex.

Assuming you're okay with my application Big OM, this is the character I'm going to submit. I'll be working out the details tonight, but I got a start on it anyway.

Background:

"It's not a crime unless you get caught." So far, Elysha hasn't been, despite frequently "consorting with dark powers" - or, as she calls it, "spellcasting:" for what's the point of being a wizard if you don't cast the spells? A bright student, Elysha gained a reputation for aloofness and independence at the University of Talingarde; despite her grades she was never popular with staff or students. In fact, she's perfectly willing to be friendly - she just didn't want anyone to find out what she was studying: the summoning of fiends is frowned upon in virtuous, steadfast, boring Talingarde.

She skipped classes in defensive magic, putting her talent for drawing circles to better use on the roof, or in the basement, wherever she could find. Despite her best efforts, she was never able to gain access to the forbidden archives and so her thirst for necromantic knowledge has - so far - not been sated.

After graduating (with honours) Elysha turned down most jobs that came her way, indulging instead her continued curiosity for the unknown and the forbidden. To fund her ongoing studies (and her lifestyle), Elysha has undertaken work for Cardinal Thorn. More recently she has been made the proverbial "Offer She Can't Refuse" and has signed a contract.

Personality/Appearance:

Bright but disorganised and easily distracted, Elysha can come across as scatty. This is a mistake however: she remembers almost everything and has real magical power, it's just that there's so much in the world that's so interesting that it's difficult for her to focus. When she does however, only a fool would stand in her way. Her current focus is on the accumulation of enough magical power not to have to be bothered by anyone. It's a long goal, but she plays the long game well, for someone apparently chaotic.

Elysha is in fact a firm believer in order; or at least in other people being orderly. The unpredictable upsets her. She is therefore a good fit for the service of Asmodeus her patron deity, in particular in her view that the world is divided into those who do what they're told, and those who tell. She seeks to be one of the tellers. She does however work well in groups, seeking to divide labour and co-operate rather than squabble fractiously as chaotics are so prone to do. Effectiveness is more important to her than worrying about who is in charge - after all, ultimately Asmodeus is in charge. Anyone thinking otherwise is fooling themselves.

This liking for order does not however extend to her appearance: aware that she is somewhat plain, she makes little effort in dressing except to be comfortable. Her shoes are mis-matched, her favourite covering is a shapeless woollen cardigan of indeterminate colour (mostly beige), and her hair is still in the bunches it has been since her student days. Again, anyone prone to dismiss her by her appearance is a fool - magical power isn't based on the glamour of the one who wields it.

Waiting on starting wealth, will complete gear then

Rough crunch in the profile. (Fanguar's wizard)

Party role:
Even though he is an evoker, Ignatius' party role will be to serve as battlefield controller through AoE debuffs from rime spell and dazing spell. Outside of combat, he will be able to serve as party crafter.

background:
A small child, Ignatius often found himself pushed around by the other children and left out of their rambunctious games. With little joy to be found with others of his own age, Ignatius retreated to the worlds of imagination that he found in books. Fortunately, growing up in Ghastenhall, provided him with access to some of the greatest libraries in all of the land.

Applying himself to his studies, he was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship to attend the University of True Ghaster where he developed an interest in the mystical arts. In his studies, he found himself drawn to the lore of primitive mysticism. The visceral pull of the crude and primal magics called to him and he devoted himself to discovering all the scattered bits of information that could be found. In one such dusty and forgotten tome, he discovered an account of a horrified missionary who witnessed a ritual performed by a tribe's shaman. The elaborate ritual allowed for the tribe members to gain power from the bodies of their slain enemies.

Ignatius was enthralled. Though mildly disgusted by the procedure, here was a forgotten piece of lore that tapped into man's own primal energies and Ignatius' hunger for knowledge demanded satisfaction. Fortunately for the man, one of the older members of the university faculty died peacefully in his sleep shortly after this discovery and Ignatius was able to surreptitiously acquire the necessary components, while the corpse laid in state. Prize in hand, Ignatius carefully performed the ritual. Almost immediately, he felt the power course through him. Flashes of memories from the dead man flickered in his mind's eye and afterwards he felt energized for weeks. He was hooked.

Fortunately for him, the University sat in the religious district of the city and there was almost always a funeral taking place. This, coupled with his burgeoning magical talent, provided the means for him to feed his need. This went on for years. Perhaps he got sloppy, or perhaps it was just bad luck, but somehow his desecrations of the dead came to light. Fortunately for him, Ignatius caught wind of the brewing accusations and managed to flee the city ahead of the angry mob.

Who can say how Cardinal Thorn heard about hims, but Tiadora caught up with him during his flight and brought him to the manor house, where he currently languishes awaiting his fate.

Personality:
Ignatius is driven by two hungers: his lust for knowledge and his need to perform ritualistic cannibalism. These two needs dictate his behaviour, but as long as they are being met, he is a reasonably pleasant and helpful individual. Ignatius cares little for politics or religion, but the Asmodean tenants of power and self elevation appeal to him and he would join the Knot as a means of allowing his own research to continue unopposed.

Here goes, gotta make up for those rolls. ^^
6th attempt thusfar to join WotW, so i've got to write something hopefully appealing.
Pardon, it's a bit long, but it's for clarity.

Background

Spoiler:

Lizzie "beads" Tamar was born to a community of occult witches outside of Talingarde.
Born with silky beautiful hair decorated with several beads, her mother knew what would be in store for the little girl and withheld her daughter from the common use of Hexes. She was to be instructed into fighting more direct. Over the year, being a small hamlet just inside the forest, it was usually unnoticed.
That is, until a group of Mitran church scouts came by the forest. It was bad luck for the hamlet, it was spotted and little over a week later a large group led by a paladin attacked.

The witches were neutral despite their practices, but that matters not to those from virtuous Talingarde. Due to the verocity of some of the witches a small number [oc]Lizzie, 1 elder and 2 other youths[/ooc] was barely able to escape. Traveling to leave the lands ruled by the virtuous, they were at an inn, misfortune (maybe something else fate held for them) followed them yet again. Later at night, some Mitrans in downtime in regular clothing instead of uniform came in and recognized the elder as one of the escapees. The 4 went up and one janked the elder up. That was the scene that changed everything....

"Ladies and gentlemen, i have here a heretic, a witch. Having escaped righteous justice some weeks ago we can arrest her now."
The two other girls grabbed the man's arm, desperately trying to get him to leave her alone without using their powers. "Arrest these wenches! They seem to know this old witch, off with them too in name of the Mitran church. They could make fine "service girls".

The patrons, save 1 left, wanting to avoid any ruckus that might ensue.
I can't use my power, but i can't let the elder be taken like my "sisters".
"Sir, this old woman is fragile, surely a virtuous righteous man like yourself would take her with care? You are above the rough handlings of ruffians surely...."

The man looked at her with a mix of surprise and doubt, then smacking her backhand to the ground. "Know your place girl, now stay still." He directed the 3rd to take the elder and with a hateful gaze he stabbed the elder in the abdomen and the neck. He tied up Lizzie to a chair, proceeding to walk around her, trying to talk his way into her mind.
"Such beauty and such silky hair, you would make a fine church servant girl to Mitra, a fine wife to a paladin perhaps. All you'd need is a proper "education".
Attempt at charm person.
She sat on the chair, innocent face but boiling of hate, so much his spell seemed to fizzle. She pretended his words had effect.
"Y...yes, i suppose i could do that. It would be a better life than traveling endlessly." An arrogant and pleased smile showed upon the man's face as he untied her....his last mistake ever.

Lizzie wrubbed her wrists and looked up furiously as her hair seemed to extend and get a life of its own. Grabbed by ankles, wrists and neck and even his "man parts", the man couldn't do much besides looking in surprise and anger.
"One way or another, i am going to have revenge on your Mitran church for outright murder on my family and hamlet. All of them...", her eyes narrowed, "after you'll die a more agonizing death than what you put my elder through."

Her hair wrapped tighter at his crotch first, slowly tighter and tighter before the man's hands and face turned color from the lack of normal bloodflow until even a small *snap* was heard at his neck. Her hair let loose and tossed aside his corpse before going back to normal.

The lone figure in the back had put away a strange stone and clapped slowly.
"My, what a delightful display. No, i'm not here to oppose you, as a matter of fact i would like to help you.
My master "the cardinal" seeks talented individuals such as yourself, you've nothing else to lose and you seek revenge upon this disgusting Mitran church yes? Come with me, kill me if i lied to you."
.

Might as well.....but if you lied you will indeed die.
A "short" journey later they arrived at a mansion.
A man radiating mystery and authority welcomed her in a majestic living room.
"Welcome, you must be the young witch he's told me about No need to be surprised, we have our ways. I propose a trade of services, i will get your sisters out of captivity and in return you sign this contract to aid Great Lord Asmodeus, the Dark Prince, in the utter destruction of the Mitran church and followers. I know witches aren't the religious type, but we have a common ground here and the Dark Prince rewards his loyal competent followers....... What say you?"

Lizzie walked to the table without hesitation. "I desire that over anything right now. Give me that quill and have at it."....

Personality

Spoiler:

Lizzie has turned vindictive and vengeful towards the Mitran church for outright murder of her neutral community. Removing those zealous do-gooders would be a hobby she's looking forward to.

Torture them for information? Why not.
Agonizing death by strangulation? Preferably.
Curses? A delightful means.

Cooperation is fine, but any prejudices towards witches gets her blood boiling. Aside from that, she can be pleasant person to talk to, depending the topic that is.

Technicalitites like traits are something I'll go through with the one who is chosen but expect to be able to choose between 2 or 3 with the usual restriction of no more than 1 per. group.

Perhaps I should have stressed that crunch is not important at this point if you have done it fine, if not then you'll do it when chosen.

Interesting concept. A few questions comments though. Has she ever been caught, not necessarily by the authorities? What were some of her prior jobs? I my opinion her for knowledge of the cardinal is rather limited as he a man who keeps his secrets close, but we'll work on that if you are chosen.

Lizzie:

I haven't been through the crunch, I'll go through your background and writing sample once you submit it.

Elisandra:

You are aware that choosing an aasimar significantly lowers your chances of getting pick as per my post from Saturday. Have you submitted a background/ writing sample?

Ignatius Potter:

A solid submission, no comments at this point.

Just noticed your post Lizzie, I'll get back to it later.

Thanks for the questions - this post should fill in some of the blanks.

More background:
Elysha didn't find Thorn - he found her; she's guessing that her summoning activities were somehow noted and reported to him from the Infernal plane (not by Asmodeus, more likely a fiendish lackey - she's not that significant!). She knows almost nothing about him at all. Her services have been fairly menial, as befits her low level: she's basically helped out with tasks that needed magic but were beneath the notice of Thorn's fiendish servants (she's also a decent alchemist). Still, they pay the bills and offer the chance to improve her skills and advance her in the service of Asmodeus, so it's all good evil as far as Elysha is concerned.

(You may be wondering what a wizard is doing worshipping Asmodeus; aside from the fact that she largely agrees with his philosophy, the books Elysha has had to work from have all equivalenced fiend-summoning and Asmodeus-worship, so she has naturally confused the two. She also believes that it gives her a measure of protection while summoning [this is part of how her low Wisdom works out]. Certainly, her fiendish summons tend to be more robust than most [trait bonus].)

The only downside of the jobs she's done has been the increased exposure and risk of discovery. Her activities did in fact bring her to the attention of the authorities, but her dimensional shift ability and invisibility powers make her an elusive prospect. Nevertheless, she was very alarmed at hearing that the notoriously tenacious Sir Balin of Karfeld was on her trail; when Thorn told her that Sir Balin had been taken care of, she was relieved enough to say (without thinking it through) "Thanks, I owe you a big favour" - he (of course) took her at her word...

Party role:
Elysha does battlefield control (Grease, Web, Hydraulic Push) and excels at summoning expendable tank-minions (all Fiendish animals get +3 hp per hit die) for the good guys to beat up on while everyone else beats up on the good guys . She can also buff (Enlarge Person, Mage Armour, planning to get some more Transmutation stuff like Bull's Strength and Haste) and debuff (fully paid-up member of the Glitterdust Appreciation Society - she casts it at DC 19).

With her dimensional shift ability as a Swift Action, she can get herself out of immediate melee trouble and still get a spell off that round; although she's pretty squishy and won't be looking to go toe-to-toe with anyone.

Out of combat, she has spells like Hypnotism and Invisibility.

In terms of progression, the plan would be for her to take the Opposition Research discovery and be a semi-competent necromancer, at least as far as raising zombies and skeletons is concerned. She could also take a crafting feat or two, if the adventure path has a lot of down-time.

I'd like to mention, a white hair witch's hair-attack will increase in range as levels go up. She'd gain reach at lvl 4;

Spoiler:

At 4th level and every four levels thereafter, a white-haired witch’s hair adds 5 feet to its reach, to a maximum of 30 feet at 20th level.

Lizzie:

First of all a fine writing sample. I don't have any comments atm for the background. Perhaps you could give a few pointers to how you see Lizzie before her community was murdered? How as her stand on the Mitran church, the community's? Basically I am looking to for what dogma she was raised under?

Thanks.

I'll write something and repost in within the hour.

A bit over the hour due to circumstances.
Hopefully this gives sufficient insight into the community and its ways.

Her upbringing

Spoiler:

Community life
Prior to the mass murder, all the youths within the community would be raised between several disciplines like hexes, closer combat for those blessed with the silk hair, spell and potion craft.
A community that serves one another closely is strong and worthy, but it should never be chained down.

The main teachings/focus of the hamlet was the occult. Power does not only come from deities, it also comes from ungodly sources as well as the world itself. Those unnamed sources are not tied to any god, therefor the source of their power is neither good or evil and no anchor. It is neutral and independant. It is to be explored and harnassed, because it can. Those who claim otherwise are blind.

Concerning religions
Live and let live, was the position of the hamlet towards followers of any religious settlements. Those followers of deities with all their laws are acting like dumb cattle following a shepard. There is no need to bother with grazing animals. If they wish to argue, fight and kill eachother that is fine, as long as they don't start bothering or harassing you.

But this time the cattle called the "holy" Mitran church rushed blindly in with no reason because they were different. The shepard wishes to trample everything it doesn't like in or near it's meadow.
Life is short and precious, not a mere thing to be wasted.
That calls for retribution.

Sorry, got sidetracked with a leaky basement problem past few days... oh the joys of home ownership.

Anyway, saw your note above, and to be honest I was thinking of just making a human anyway, that just solidifies my choice. I'll have something for you in the next day or so.

Alright, changed the crunch... will be working on the other aspects tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay in putting an avatar together - expanded background and details are in the profile.

@Lizzie, how set are you on the white haired witch? The hair attack in place of Hexes is a huge power hit. We are already heavy melee with a fightter, ranger and my self a combat cleric, even my Imp Familiar can fight. Hexes like misfortune, and ward will way outway what you can do with the hair attack. Not to mention if I channel and the good guys fail their save they are sickened and will have a -2 to saves vs your hexes. My vote would be for a witch and you have solid posting history with 4000+ post. We are not that optimized now, and adding another suboptimal build could make things pretty tough.

With her community background a shift is easily made.
No big deal there.

Though her introduction to the cardinal needs rework then.

Let me have a look at another archetype that might do the trick that might be fun. I've wanted to have a go with the grim gravewalker, but this setting doesn't offer much for it to "shine", sort to speak. Can't walk around the city with a zombie bodyguard following me. Though the thought of having a zombie Mitran high-paladin sounds delightfully cruel.

I'm playing a witch in a Wrath of the Righteous....ironic huh.
She's the squishy type.
If i'd switch to a "normal versitile" witch, this would adjust.

Spoiler:

I regain Hexes at 1,2,4,6,8.
Feat Toughness replaces with Feat: Extra Hex

Hexes gained at 1st lvl:
-Evil eye (obvious reasons, how can i not take this)
-Misfortune (bonus feat)
Hex lvl 2:
-Either cackle or Slumber

Witch familiar would switch from the Crab to Rat for +2 Fort saves.
Dodge Trait would switch for something....don't know yet.

In my experience it is best to stay away from slumber. DM's hate it and it puts things on easy mode sometimes. I don't want to force you to play something you don't want to play or are not happy with. I just don't think the white hair is that versitile, and you risk getting caught in Melee. I have almost died due to my con. Its rough out here. If I can just make it to level 5 I will be golden, as I will become undead. So if you want a zombie go for it. We can diguise him up in some full plate and just keep lots of perfume and such on hand. Or you could gentle reposte him to keep him fresh.

That leaves Cackle or ward on lvl 2.

Right...my image of a zombie paladin is going awry.
"Hello Paladin Amberfist. Erm....btw, how come you smell so much of jasmin?"

Cackle is a must at some point. Also cursed hex or somehting like that they have to save again next round if they make the save the first go around. Ward is great early on, but later becomes kind of weak. Misfortune is the bread and butter go to if not casting.

For what it's worth, I can personally confirm that the Gravewalker witch kicks ass - was tempted to run with one here, opted for utility caster instead :)

I applied once with that type for a homebrew and got in, but it died quickly unfortunately.

Ah.. a childlike halfling commanding a posse of undead bodyguards.....if only...
Her new incarnation is the halfling with in WotR as beast bonded instead.
I'd be happy if i'd hit ll 10, then even dying won't stop me easily.
Bodysnatching time.....

I think I'm going to withdraw at this time; I've played through nearly the first two books, and in hindsight, I think it only fair to let someone else who hasn't get a crack at it.

Have fun!

Alternative way of killing the man. (General witch)

Spoiler:

Wrubbing her wrists Lizzie aimed her indexfinger at the man, hittng him with a ray of enfeeblement. As his strenght left him she grabbed from her belt the last defensive item she had. A flask of alchemist fire.
Pointing the finger at herself she suddenly grew twice her size and twice as wide. Slamming the man to the ground, she picked him up by the throat with a gaze full of rage. She didn't quite uncork the vial, but she did loosen it up, a firm shaking might dislodge it.
"One way or another, i am going to have revenge on your Mitran church for outright murder on my family and hamlet. All of them...", her eyes narrowed, "after you'll die a more agonizing death than what you put my elder through." Pulling closer the weak man, squeezing his mouth open.
"Bottoms up you bastard.", she shook the vial inside the man's mouth, dislodging the cork, sending down the content of the flask down the man's throat. He made spastic movements as he burned away from within.
She then tossed him aside as she shrunk back to her normal size.

Witches with cauldron hex have brew potion and bonus to craft alchemy. Another witch brewed many things.

I like the applicants so far and feel there is enough applications so I am going to close recruitment once again and look them through. I or some of the players might have questions. I can't give you an exact date for when we are done but I expect some time in the week to come.

Thanks for the info GM, looking forward to it.

Just to confirm I'm still interested; I updated background in response to OM's questions and am still around if you have any more.

I'm new(ish) to PbP and I understand if you go with someone established (particularly since it looks like you've had a few dropouts), but you gotta start somewhere... Hope that's a fair comment.
