This has been a though choice and both the players and I were impressed with the submissions. Going over everything I end up with Lizzie finishing marginally ahead of the rest. So in conclusion thanks for the work and the interest. Lizzie please head to the discussion thread I will find some way to work you in, but it wont be until the current encounter is done.

I've had a itch to play a blaster wizard (or perhaps sorcerer) for a while. If I was to sum the character up it would be with the tag line, "Some people just want to watch the world burn..." Perhaps a twisted fire starter is just what your little family needs?
Oh and hello Ridge!
Int: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Dex: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Str: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Con: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Wis: 8
Cha: 18

So lets see what the current party is:
Tiefling Cleric: Melee damage, Sense Motive/Intimidate/Perception
Human Fighter: TWF, Stealth/Climb/Kn dungeoneering/Kn engineering
Human Ranger: S&S, Survival/Sense Motive/Intimidate/Heal/Handle Animal/Kn Nobility/Kn Nature
Yeah you need a party face and battlefield control rather than another damage dealer. A sorcerer could fulfill both rolls pretty well, only thing is that character would be too close to what I'm playing in other games. Ah well never mind :)

Rikash |

Hi Big OM (Vors), this is Wilhelm. :) I'm debating making an arcane sorcerer focused on the conjuration school and summoning in addition to other battlefield control. I'd be a human, with the feats/traits to become a face. Once I decide if I have the bandwidth, I'll make a crunch and backstory, though I know I'll have my eye on becoming a lich. Focus is Charisma and Foible is Strength. Rolls are below.
STR: 8
DEX: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
CON: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
INT: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
WIS: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
CHA 18 (+2 human)
Edit: holy dice, batman!

Christoph Metzger |

This is Rikash's alias for the game. Christoph's backstory will continue to be expanded upon sometime later this week. I've got familial duties to attend to for the moment. I've included a brief synopsis below:
Born as a bastard son to a young nobleman and woman out of wedlock, Christoph was hidden away from public sight from the moment of his birth. Given education and training in hope he might prove useful as a courtier, the young Christoph manifested arcane power shortly before coming of age. Fascinated by his power and angered by his secondary role in the world, Christoph studied and experimented with his power at every opportunity. His thirst for knowledge, particularly of summoning extra dimensional beings, led him to seek out forbidden tomes.
Learning of Asmodeus, Christoph sees a god whose purpose lit a fire in his heart. Long viewed as a second class noble due to his birth, Christoph saw that the true means to power was through personal might, trickery and subjugation. He sees now the sham thrown up by the Mitran church and burns with desire to see it come crashing down. His increasing arcane might has drawn Asmodean interest, and he has been recruited to serve alongside our erstwhile prisoners.
For Big OM, I have a few questions:
- Do I need to pick a prisoner trait despite the fact I'm going to be joining post prison break?
- Should I have ties to the Asmodean organization already?
- Gear level is at WBL, right?

Big OM |

You are all more than welcome to submit, there is no rush as the party have reached a places where there will be pleanty of options to include you in the story.
Rikash, nice seeing you again. Those are some good rolls. There are suggestion on how to become a lich, which we can explore if you are chosen.
Christoph, There is no need to choose a trait if you don't want to, but if you see on you like feel free to pick it we will arrange something suitable in your story.
It would be easier if you had some ties to an Asmodean cult/organisation, but only a hatred towards the established Talingarde is required, that and being willing to sign a contract with the cardinal. A point though your characters knowledge of the cardinal and his dealing would properly be very sparse.
I am not sure what WBL mean but I think my current party is somewhat below the norm.

Well okay then, let's see what the dice turn up for a human Sorcerer.
Strength: 8
Dexterity: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Constitution: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
Intelligence: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
Wisdom: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Charisma: 20 (including +2 racial bonus)
Well, those are really quite great for a Sorcerer or a Bard... is there any preference between the two?
