Hudak, Demiarchos, then Alwyn.
Male Human (Shoanti) Cleric 11
Hudak is busy 'speaking in colours', as we say back home. My actions depends on the results of all those Knowledge checks.

Alwyn and Sef:
Male Human (Shoanti) Cleric 11
"Hmmm. This is some kind of devil-elemental. So..."
5' step to E9 before casting Dismissal on the scanderig. Will 21, or it goes back to wherever scanderigs hang out.
Will save 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23
The scanderig annoyingly stays in the same plane as Alwyn.
Is Demiarchos doing anything? Otherwise, Illes, Sef and Elisile are all completely barf-tastic - speaking in colours, as the Shoanti say - and can achieve only a single move action this round.

I'm guessing Demiarchos will want to attack - he has to redeem himself after all.
Male Human (Shoanti) Cleric 11
Demiarchos pounces on the new arrival.
Move to J/K 8/9 before biting the scanderig.
Attack roll: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (6) + 20 = 26
Damage: 2d6 + 12 + 2d6 ⇒ (4, 4) + 12 + (4, 4) = 28 (the last 2d6 is fire; it might not matter much against this foe)
Trip if bite hit: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (1) + 21 = 22 versus the scanderig's CMD
Demiarchos clamps his jaws on the forge-fiend's leg and tried to pull it over, but the creature clearly has a low centre of gravity and keeps its feet.
Do the nauseated ones want to do anything? You do get a move action.

"This thing can spit fire and molten rock. Spread out."
Frankly, this looks like the most annoying monster ever.

Retroactive move to D12
Theoretically I could have started inspire courage, but it seemed hard to justify an inspiring dance or oratory while puking.
The creature lurches forwards and, as Alwyn predicted, spews molten slag from its giant belly-mouth over Alwyn and Enga.
14d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 3, 4, 1, 1, 4, 3, 1, 6, 6, 2, 2, 4) = 43 fire damage, Reflex DC 22 for half damage. Also, it creates a 10'x10' square of difficult terrain, marked on the map.
Now it's Enga.

Eek - Enga is in a bad way. She has taken 103 points of damage now, leaving her at 4 hp if she drops out of her rage, or 40 in her current enraged state.
Enga takes the full brunt of the molten metal spew in the face. It melts and warps her scales, leaving hideous black scarred patterns, but the enraged kobold seems to ignore the grievous wounds and, gurgling a war cry, stabs at the forge fiend with her spear.
Full power attack two handed.
Attack 1: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (15) + 18 = 33 damage: 1d6 + 20 ⇒ (1) + 20 = 21
Attack 2: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (10) + 13 = 23 damage: 1d6 + 20 ⇒ (1) + 20 = 21
Attack 3: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15 damage: 1d6 + 20 ⇒ (2) + 20 = 22
Enga thumps the fiend with her spear.
Hudaks still feeling the effects, so unless he wants to move, it's Demiarchos.

Trip if bite hit: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (5) + 21 = 26 versus the scanderig's CMD
Demiarchos chomps on the creature. It seems unaffected by his fiery breath, but the teeth still manage to do some damage.
Alwyn.

Surely a creature of fire and slag would find cold an anathema. Too bad I prepared nothing of that nature.

Elisile lowers her bow.
“I assume the thing will be back,” she says. “We’d best stay alert – and move on.”
Is there just the one way out of this chamber? Did Enga’s earlier perception check reveal anything of interest such as secret doorways?
No, she didn't find anything. There only seems to be one way onward.

Illes scowls, "If the damned thing is more than a construct it is probably reporting to Mokmurian now."
OK, moving on...
The group head off down the only exit. The corridor extends for about thirty feet before opening into another larger chamber. Runes are carved in bands along the walls, which is unnervingly lit by a reddish glow from the slowly burning flames in a shallow firepit in the center of the room. An immense iron cauldron, its side emblazoned with an etching of a seven-pointed star, stands above these flames. Smoke rises from the cauldron’s unseen bubbling contents, and a halo of human bones and fragments of what might be dried flesh lie scattered around the cauldron’s three-pronged base. A stone statue, twelve feet tall, stands sentinel in a corner.

The wizardress casts a dweomer to detect magical auras and looks around, focusing on the area around the statue first.

"Disturbing. Ignore it for now, though. We can deal with it after killing Mokmurian."
As Alwyn speaks, the stone statue grinds into life. It is a hideous things, with a skull face and runes glowing blue carved into its forehead.
