I have it on a scroll so the DC is only 11. I've been saving it for somewhere that a circumstance mod might make it feasible- like on an incline or stairs. I was considering it if the 4 from below tried to rush up to the catwalk. Still- the titan can't have such a high reflex being a lumbering behemoth. btw- I'm saving haste for now until we see who is down there on the end of the catwalk. If things start to look grim before then, I'll break it out.

Aubrey-
Though all of the warforged missed my real AC, some of them inevitably targeted my mirror images which only have AC 13. They each had a 1 in 5 shot of targeting me instead of an image. They surely peeled off a few there. Better to mention it now than try to figure it out later.

Thanks for mentioning it - I wasn't really aware of how it worked. You are now down two images.

Lightbringer |

Lightbringer looks down at the prone warforged by his feet.
“I am sorry brother,” he says, “but d’Cannith must be stopped.” He raises his sword, then brings it down hard.
Attack #1: 13+10+ 1 (prayer) +2 (flanking with Runzyl) -4 (PA) = 22 v prone target. Damage: 8+5+1 (prayer) +8 (PA) = 22.
If that does not appear to put him out of commission, LB will take his second attack: 14+5+1+2-4 = 18. Damage: 6+5+1+8 = 20.

Lightbringer |

Round 2:
Gnarly: 21 (Prayer)
Ezreal: 19 (Protection Ritual, Protection From Evil, Mirror Image, Shield, Prayer)
Lightbringer: 18 (Protection From Evil, Shield of Faith, Prayer)
Rodergo: 17 (Bull’s Strength, Prayer)
Trose: 16 (Protection Ritual, Prayer)
Janosz: 15 (Protection Ritual, Prayer)
Ceshto: 13 (Prayer)
Warforged: 13
Arek: 10 (Prayer)
Bool: 9 (Protection From Evil, Prayer)
Runzyl: 6 (Protection Ritual, Bull’s Strength, Protection From Evil)

Janosz Frogshanks |

Janosz inches forward on the metal walkway, raining arrows down on the warforged on the floor as he moves.
5' step to E6. Rapid shot on the warforged in I8. Attack 1: 11+8+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=AC 21, damage 6+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=11. Attack 2: 10+8+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=AC 20, damage 4+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=8. Attack 3: 14+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=AC 19, damage 6+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=11.
The warforged, then Runzyl. What's the initiative of the titan?

Lightbringer |

If I may make a suggestion, I think Trose’ action this round should be to begin tying a rope (he has 50 foot of silk rope) to the railing of the walkway near the door at E3. This gives the group another way down if the warforged up ahead keep moving in to block the walkway. Use Rope: 15+2 = 17

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Another warforged falls under Janosz's missile assault. Trose begins to tie a rope to the catwalk rail.
I8 down. Trose moves to E3 and ties the rope. The initiative of the titan is 0.
More bolts come in, and though none strike home another of Ezreal's mirror images disappears with a faint tinkling noise. The warforged facing Runzyl doesn't get close with its swing. Bool moves up behind Rodergo, axe at the ready.
Bool at E7.

Runzyl Steelsong |

Steadying his weapon before him, Runzyl begins his relentless advance into the warforged before him, blades whipping around in blazing arcs.
Full attack action against the E12 'forged. If any of these attacks drop E12, I will 5' step into E12 and continue the remaining attacks against E13. Atk #1: 14 + 11 = 25. Atk #2: 20! + 11 = 31 (crit confirm: 15 + 11 = 26). Atk #3: 19 + 6 = 25 (crit confirm: 15 + 6 = 21). Atk #4: 3 + 6 = 9. Dmg #1: 6 + 2 + 7 = 15. Dmg #2: 2 + 4 = 6 (12 if crit). Dmg #3: 2 + 5 + 7 = 14 (23 if crit). Atk #4 almost certainly missed.

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Runzyl's cleaves through the warforged in front of him. It collapses in a tangle of metal limbs, and the elf moves forward to threaten the next.
E12 down. Do Arek and Cashto want to do anything now that there is a bit more room on the catwalk?
The titan weaves with surprising delicacy around the machinery on the floor, continuing its inexorable march towards the fighting.
Now at G-I/12-14, squeezed next to the stairway (there is machinery on the floor partly blocking its path).
Gnarly.

Lightbringer |

So the Titan is 10 feet away from Runzyl? Also, was there a warforged at E13 for Runzyl to follow up into? My map has that one taken out by Ezreal’s fireball.
If Arek and Ceshto move up the catwalk now, it will probably just put them in squishing distance of the Titan, and I don’t think we want that. I’d say next round (if Dragonman’s absence continues) Trose will probably get down the rope and onto the floor for more mobility – one or two of the half orcs might follow him.
Gnarly reloads and, choosing quality over quantity, fires a single shot from Bess at the nearest enemy warforged.
Attack: 18+7+1 = 26. Damage: 3+1+1 = 5
Ez.

Yes, I think you are right, and I didn't get round to removing the warforged at E13 from my map. Anyway, after a full attack Runzyl can only move 5', which leaves him at E12, I think.
Gnarly's shot hits home (on the 'forged at I9) but inflicts only superficial damage.
OK, some info on the floor level. There is machinery laid out in a strip along the floor. Down the middle, under the catwalk, runs a conveyor belt (E3 to E46). More machines are at D-F/3-7, D-F/11-14, D-F/20-25, D-F/29-36 and D-F/41-46. The machinery is about 5' high, and the conveyor belt is about 2' off the floor. None of it is currently running.
Ez.

Ezreal Farlowe |

"That's right... just a little closer..." the mage mutter to himself and the titan moves down the assembly line. As soon as he guesses it is close enough Ezreal stretches out both hands with fingers open wide and twin arcs of lightning leap from his fingertips. But being electricity one bolt arcs wildly snaking around the facility.
SA: Cast Scorching Ray (Electric) (2 rays b/c CL is 7th with electric)
1st
Ranged Touch: 1+6 = 7
Considering how big he is that might have hit unless natural 1 is an auto miss. If it is, could I burn an AP to make it not an auto-miss?
Damage: 5,2,2,3 = 12
2nd
Ranged Touch: 20+6 = 26
Damage: 4,1,1,3 = 9
Confirm Crit: 18+6 = 24 so 18 damage on this one.
Potentially 30 if both bolts hit.

Janosz Frogshanks |

Do Arek and Cashto want to do anything now that there is a bit more room on the catwalk?
Janosz waves at the Alphabet Brothers. "We need to get down to the shop floor! Up here we'll be bait for the giant warforged. Start climbing down the rope!"

Lightbringer |

Can the machinery be moved through? Or over? Would it count as difficult terrain in either or both cases?
Also, is there any structure or anything under the catwalk to climb down?

Lightbringer |

EDIT: just read the discussion thread - has Rod told LB he's planning to lob another fireball at the warforged on the bridge? If so, I might hold till after you've done that.

Lightbringer |

Attack roll for the spiritual weapon? What did LB do?
“Runzyl – prepare to attack the Titan. I will distract it.” Lightbringer lumbers into a run, shouldering past Runzyl, past the line of sight of the Titan towards the next group of warforged guards.
Double move to E16. I figure this things got a big reach and is in position to make an AOO. If it uses them on LB (who has a decent AC an hp), it should give Runzyl and Bool and whoever else a chance to jump or climb down to close with it.

Lightbringer |

Yeah, I’m thinking this guy has some decent DR, probably along the lines of 5/- or 5/Adamantine … hopefully its not more like 10. Several big hits will serve us better than lots of light hits.
Not that it makes a whole of difference, but do you think effects like Prayer would adjust the damage on Spiritual Weapon?

Janosz Frogshanks |

"Everybody get down! I'll jump off this walkway once I've killed the last 'forged."
No move. Rapid shot on the warforged in I9. Attack 1: 9+8+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=AC 19, damage 7+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=12. Attack 2: 12+8+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=AC 22, damage 2+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=7. Attack 3: 14+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=AC 19, damage 6+3+1(PBS)+1(Prayer)=11.
Warforged, then Runzyl.

Lightbringer |

If Dragonmann doesn’t get a chance to post, suggested action for Trose:

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Lightbringer lumbers forward, ducking under the blow from the titan’s maul as it swooshes narrowly over his head. Janosz eliminates another of the warforged soldiers (I9 down) and the Rodergo’s golden bow strikes home on the titan, though again it seems little impaired. Ceshto climbs down the rope and takes position besides Trose (at H3).
Re the machinery, it is high enough that you need to climb over it, so it is an obstacle, not terrain. The Climb check is DC 10. Falling off it doesn’t do any damage as it is only about 5’ high. There isn’t anything to climb down from the catwalk – it is attached to the ceiling by struts.
The warforged opposite Lightbringer takes up a defensive stance, offering no attack but blocking his progress. The others continue to attack. One swipes at Lightbringer with its sword, missing by miles. Two others fire on Bool (3 points of damage to Bool) while the others move up to get a better position. I10 moves to H17, E40 moves to E28 and E37, E38 and E39 move to A41, A42 and A43 respectively.
Arek, Bool and then Runzyl. After him, the titan.

Lightbringer |

Bool begins growling and frothing at the mouth, before running along the catwalk, then leaping off onto the machinery below to attack the titan with his axe.
Rage. Move to E10, then jump down to F11, on top of the machinery (a 15 foot fall). Jump check:13+4 = 17 to minimize damage. Including vertical distance, that is 35 feet, so he can still attack: 15+12 = 27. Damage: 11+8 = 19.
Arek climbs down the rope (12+2 = 14) and moves to G4.
Runzyl.

Ezreal Farlowe |

*sigh* I just realized this morning that I had posted one of those as crit damage. This thing is surely immune to crits being a real construct. So I really did 12, and 9. and after Resistances... nothing impressive. :(
