Sic barked back at his fellow half orc in Cyclopian "I already got beef with that half a man so its on. I got something special for him, it is.

The bardiche wielder puts away his weapon to draw a composite longbow.

The other plate wearer and crossbowman come back out of the room to stand in the street beneath Sorad's location.

Sorad may take an AoO against either if he wishes.

Is either ending their turn within a five foot step of me?

You won't know that till after their turn is finished

Because they were out of sight, any saving throws vs the thunder stone that would have been required are hidden from you.

Standing near Sorad, waves of dark energy radiate outward from the man with the crossbow. Upon reaching his allies it bends and warps around them, leaving them unscathed. Sic, Anthony, Vaek, and Sorad feel a cold chill and life draining out of them.

Channel negative energy, 3d6 = 11. Each make a will save DC 19 to reduce that to half.

Drovic and Sorad are up. Drovic bleeds for 3 damage.

Alright, got the one out of the way. Let's do this!

Stepping south, Sorad kicks repeatedly at the cleric's head.
Five foot step so I'm directly over the cleric--he's not getting away without taking an AoO--using ki point for extra attack, plus the haste attack. All of this is done defensively.

attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19 Plus stunning fist--DC 17 fort save or be stunned for one round. He also loses his dex bonus on this attack because I'm invisible

Round down.

Don't expect to know the result of the stun till tomorrow, but all attacks hit, the crit does not confirm. The man is still standing (though quite bruised).

If your action is based on the results of the stun or not feel free to post alternate actions for if stunned and if not stunned.

If you cast, the ongoing bleed damage will required a DC 13 + spell level concentration check

Drovic points at the halfling. "Your companions are weak. Join us or die. Either way, you shall not hide from my all seeing eyes!" Once again, the eyes of the grotesque mask glow as the half orc speaks arcane words. He lifts his hand and golden dust falls over the halfling and the caster behind him (glitterdust centered on H43: DC 18 will save or blind, even with save they are outlined against invisibility and -40 to stealth). Drovic flies across the alley and behind the cloud (L or M 38ish)?

I think our caster is still planning on sleeping some of the archers?

Waiting for the haflings actions, then yours and Anothony's move. Anthony will spend the round breaking free of the hold person.
Round 7 will be the last round of haste, ending at the begging of Anthony's turn. It will also be the last round of Vaek's invisibility whether he breaks it or not, ending at the beginning of Vaek's next turn.

Next round at the start of Tony's turn is when haste ends. We are near the end of round 6.

The halfling, partly staggering from his blindess, moves eastward into the ally, moving at a rapid pace. "Get out of here! Run!" he shouts to the remaining allies.

He tries to duck and roll where he last saw Sorad floating in the air, but mistimes it. Ends his out of sight around the corner at the 52 column.

Vaek moves across the room, dropping down at F50. Taking a swing at the armored enemy.

Attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 8 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 22 +2 for Invis, +2 for blindness, +1 Haste
Damage w/Sneak Attack: 1d6 + 3d6 ⇒ (5) + (2, 3, 1) = 11 + Poison

No weapon in hand on the halfling, he threw a shuriken last round.

No +2 for blindness Vaek - basically that is the same bonus as being invisible. So final attack roll is 20. And that individual isn't blind in any case.

Changing Sorad's AoO into a regular attack.
Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

Vaek's attack against the plate wearer finds no opening in the armor, and his blade clangs against the mans armor uselessly.

As Anthony breaks free of his spell, arcane words float up from the ally near Sorad from an unknown source. Shocking pain courses through the rugged dwarf as a glowing green axe cuts into one leg and a multitude of swirling images appears standing next to him. The images are blurred and hard to make out much more than being that of a male dwarf.

"The masters said you mightn' be need'n some help. But I'm not certain it mightn' not still be best to flee." he calls to his beleaguered companions.

Round 7
Looking across the rooftops to the north can be seen a lithe figure, Milah, heading your direction. She will arrive next round

A guardsman steps out from around the corner with a longbow. His clothing is scorched and burned and the man looks a little weak on his feet. He scores Vaek with an arrow.
Attack d20 + mods = 22, crit confirm = 17 (failed). Damage d8 + mods = 8

On the other side, the priestess chants another spell, then blindly moves around the corner, hands reaching for the ground where they find the unconscious priest beneath Sorads feet.

Sic, Anthony:

Cure moderate wounds

Deafness spell failure chance d100 = 43
Acrobatics to move at full speed d20 + mods = 12
50% miss chance to find her ally while blind. d100 = 98
Healing 2d8 + mods = 15

The man is brought back to consciousness, though lying prone on the street.

A guardsmen to the west charges towards Sorad, blade swinging. Attack d20 + mods = 17

His companion follows close behind but is unable to get into a position to attack.

The archers come down the side street looking for Drovic, but unable to find him take aim at Smet. Attacks d20 + mods = 6, 9

The sorcerer's spell completes, and both archers promptly drop to the ground unconscious.

Sic is up, but you'll want a map update no doubt for this one, will post it tonight.

Im sorry, but according to the previous map, the priestess had no line of sight to the priest when he went down, let alone any way of knowing which square to fumble a healing spell into. Thats assuming she even had reason to think he was down in the first place.

Also, I am now counting a 6 man party, + a cleric of atleast third level to cast Cure Moderate + four city guardsmen...Truth be told, seeing Milah coming feels like a cheap consolation prize. Yes, we were winning pretty hard up until this point, but we were at a numbers disadvantage from the very start, with them ambushing us in spite of us setting them up.

I am in agreement with Tony. I don't see the invisible caster spending the last few rounds enjoying the fight and now (when the shit has hit the fan coming to the rescue). The healing on the new down guy also feels cheap and a bending of the rules. Would the incredible invisible 48 points of damage caster have shown up if we were down two companions? Was this new caster really in the plans all along? If not, how does he arrive in less than one minute of fighting.

If the new downed priest is revived and escapes, why did Vaek permanently lose his hand? A high level thief could have stepped in and saved him back then before the maiming if this is how things roll.

See discussion thread on both of the above.

Corrections on priest movement
The priest dives back south through the stinking cloud to get out of there, but does not fare well.

The half orc grunted and spit as his warning to Sorad was ineffective. He moved down the roof a ways before calling upon his unholy powers and barking a divinely blessed tirade of curses.

The flames burst around the dwarf, the plate wearer to the east, and the guardsman that shot Vaek. The guardsman collapses to the ground.

Strangely the scimitar wielder is completely unaffected.

Drovic flies over Tony and points at the plate wearer. "Sleep!" DC 21 Will or he is slumbered. In Cyclops, "Vaek, deliver the death blow! Someone else finish off the downed enemy before they revive him!"

Two Questions: 1) Vaek goes before the new NPC and the plate wearer right? 2) If the plate wearer fails his will save, Vaek can 5 ft step and deliver the Coup de Grace. The plate wearer will then take 5d6+4 damage and have to fort save DC 10+ total damage or die?

I took the 3 bleed damage.

Two plate wearers, one with scimitar that was below Sorad. Second one with Bardiche 5' away from Vaek. I'm assuming the one closest to Vaek? Only person that goes before Vaek is the halfling.
