Assuming there are no objections...
You head back to the surface. The only trouble you face is crossing the pool, but no ill affects befall you, and you come out with more gold. Everyone has enough to pay for the following year of Average lifestyle, plus purchase 10k worth of equipment. You can get magic from the Order with my approval AFTER the adventure is done.
When you reach the first room (just inside the landing), however, you are ambushed.
Stealth:
1d20 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16
Perception:
Maria: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Valda: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Dave: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
Isagoras: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Joey: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Pavel: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16
Unbelievable! I rolled the stealth off line and got a natural 17, then thought "no, that's not fair. I'll post it." Aaaand a 2.

Initiative:
Ninja:
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Perception:
Maria: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Dave: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Valda: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Pavel: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
So Pavel, Dave, Valda, and Maria see 4 men in black garb hiding in the room. However, only Dave reacts quicker than they do. Dave's action, then the Ninja, then everyone else.
I tried to place people reasonably below.

Dave S. Wavaski |

Dave was halfway between upset and pleased that his good suit, within his duffelebag, got goldified as he now has to drag the thing along the ground. Somehow despite this obvious distraction, his eyes flash red as they catch movement in the corner. The bag is left on the ground proper Light load and he draws his sword in the same movement. "We got company everyone."
He While his player screams at having to type all of this again Palms an experimental poison dart, tossing it to the one on his right.
Improvised Poisoned Dart Toss: 1d20 + 8 - 4 ⇒ (18) + 8 - 4 = 22
damage: 1d2 ⇒ 1
Spidervine Poison
Type injury; Save Fortitude DC 15
Frequency 1/round for 6 rounds
Initial Effect paralysis; Secondary Effect 1d2 Con damage
Cure 2 consecutive saves
I just love that. Your conscience has saved us from being killed... maybe.

The ninjas close to attack with their swords. The one marked "A" has vanished as a Swift Action, to enable his sneak attack bonus on Dave. The other 3 use their Swift Action to vanish AFTER their attacks, meaning the ones marked "N" are effectively invisible come the PCs' turn:

Vs. Dave:

1d6 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (4) + 1 + (4, 3) = 12
Vs. Joey (FF):

Vs. Pavel (FF):

1d6 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (5) + 1 + (2, 5) = 13
Vs. Valda (FF):
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
1d6 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (2) + 1 + (3, 3) = 9
I believe that's a hit on Dave and a clean miss on everyone else.

Valda Simmons |

"Do you guys have no Ninja pride?" Valda muttered. "Don't you know that historically speaking, ninja ran from any Samurai who spotted them, because Samurai carried big honking swords? And do you know what Samurai didn't like? Guns." Moving to fire at as many as she could, Valda opened up once again. This time with salt. "I assume we're doing the non-lethal thing here?"
Ranged Touch Attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
Non-Lethal Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

rando1000 |

1d100 ⇒ 38
Valda's touch attack hits, doing some damage but not dropping the ninja.
Need actions for Isagoras, Joey, Pavel and Maria.
Keep in mind that the only currently visible opponent is the one marked "A"; the rest used their swift actions to activate Vanishing Trick, and are thus invisible. You know roughly where they are and can attack, but it's subject to a 50% miss chance (51 or above misses) so please roll d% to see if your attack hits.

Pavel Dmitrovic |

Pavel grips his ancient sword and swings in the place he last saw the ninja who attacked him, cursing about how he just KNEW these people would be the death of him, one way or another... And you can do what you want, but I show know mercy when they attack at me! They shall feel my wrath!

Crit Confirm?: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17

rando1000 |

Pavel gets a solid hit, but he's still up(barely; 17 confirms). A split-second later, Isagoras' spell goes off, and the Ninja left standing in his area of effect becomes visible (ish).
As soon as that happens, Maria's deadly dealer goes off. All ninja are now injured. Joey's action remains before TOR.

Joseph "Joey" Adams |

Raising his pistol, he takes a shot at the ninja that dared to swing at him, before calling out, "HA! I knew there would be an ambush!!"
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

OH REALLY? xD The only time I roll high, it's to my disadvantage!

rando1000 |

OH REALLY? xD The only time I roll high, it's to my disadvantage!
Luckily, with Glitterdust in effect, you didn't have to roll the miss chance. Unfortunately, a 12 doesn't hit their touch AC.
Dave's Action before badguys

rando1000 |

Dave's attack misses.
Dave's ninja counters with Vanish as a swift action, followed by a flurry attack using sword and foot (surprise! they have a monk level!)
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11 MISS
3d6 + 1 ⇒ (2, 2, 5) + 1 = 10
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 MISS
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
No more vanishing trick for the glitterdusted ones.
Glitterdust saves:

Valda Simmons |

Valda grunted at the strike. "Bad Ninja," she muttered, ignoring the pain as best she could, "No means no! Sure, I didn't say no earlier, but you should learn to read body language - no penetrating the lady with your katana without express permission." Taking a step back to give her breathing room, Valda fired a load of frozen rock salt at the Ninja's face. She was not feeling friendly by this point.
Ranged Touch Attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Ray of Cold: 1d3 ⇒ 1

Maria Socorro Castillo Santiago |

Maria throws another tarot card at the ninjas (one that is the most injured would be best, if I can tell. Same one as before if not)!
Deadly Dealer: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Deadly Dealer Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Arrgh.

Pavel Dmitrovic |

Pavel will once again bring his sword to bear, opting for a wordless shout as he tries to put all he can behind his swing at the ninja he struck before, hoping to hasten the end to this so he can more fully consider how quickly his wishes to kill the little alchemist that put this situation into the universe, which it then deigned to answer.
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

rando1000 |

Not the best round for the PCs.
On Dave:
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
On Pavel:
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 HIT
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
On Valda:
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
On Joey:
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Then again, seems like most of the ninja attacks miss as well. Joey, Maria, Valda, Pavel and Isagoras.

Joseph "Joey" Adams |

You made a good call on my behave! That's what I would have done too xD I've been having cruel work hours lately, but it's stabilizing now so here I am!
And can we take this moment to mourn for Maria? I honestly believe that I have seen her Deadly Dealer land all of - what? - two or three times? Cripes, that has to be frustrating as all get out xD
Joey calls out, "OTRA VEZ!! This time for sure, right??" With his pistol raised to fire, he fires it at the ninja with hopes and certainty that he can't miss again.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
proceeds to apply kill to self.

Yeah, tell me about it... oh and, while I know what Otra vez means in Spanish, it just so happens to also be the name of my new favorite beer.

I have? I thought I last went right before the ninjas during the previous round. I did post with a comment afterward, but OOCly.
You should go before the ninjas, and then the ninjas, then everyone else. You're right, I somehow read a previous post and thought it was this round, so I jumped the gun with the Ninjas. Glad they didn't do anything spectacular that I now have to retcon.
Dave MAY take his action for this round, delayed, at this time.

rando1000 |

Valda's attack drops a second ninja, and now the other two seem to be hesitating a little more as the odds have bent largely in the favor of their opponents.
Also please note I originally removed the wrong Ninja. There are still two down, but the placements are next to Valda and next to Dave. They're both injured, Dave's pretty significantly.
Now remaining:
Dave (delayed due to GM oopsies), Joey, Isagoras/Eagles, Pavel.

In a very dramatically appropriate way, thus ensuring his place in the group, Pavel finishes off the last Ninja.
The group escapes the dungeon and returns the the forested surface, climbing and hiking back to the location of the Jeep. Unfortunately, your guide is dead, but the vehicles remain, and your would-be assassins seem to have been so confident they felt no need to disable to vehicles on the off chance you might beat them.
The trip back to Belgrade takes the expected amount of time, and you meet up with Melody at the hotel. She greets Isagoras. "You've retrieved the item?" She asks.
