Nope, CR 1 goes to 0.5 at half, which rounds up to 1 again. So Kalasin will always be one level behind for the were.

This week has been very difficult. Very busy at work, I've mostly been taking a quick snatch here and there to respond where I can in most of my games. Things should steady out next week. I've set aside a few hours Saturday (assuming nothing goes wrong) to give all my game a stiff kick in the pants to get them moving forward again.
