Zev nods. ”I don’t think I’ve had pomegranates before.”

"In that case, you're in for a treat once they're in season," replies Azura. "But make sure someone shows you how to crack them open. The seeds are the tasty part, not the solid matter on the inside."

”Huh... okay!”

"Mmm yeah. Pomegranates as sooo juicy and tart, and...just all around good!" Ryn says entusiastically.

"They are prooobably my favorite fruit," says Azura, rocking one crossed leg back and forth idly. "But seasonal, of course, and it takes some work to get the seeds out. After that..." she thinks for a moment, then adds, "... I guess pears? Soft, easy to eat, tasty."

”I think I’ve had a pear before? Mostly I’ve just eaten apples.” Zev commented. All this talk about fruit was making him to try some, even if he would regret it.

Interupting your musings in the morning a much cleaner more rested Natalya entered the room almost sheepishly.

"Everyone ready?"

She asked tossing a rolled up parchemnt on the table.

"This was delivered this morning from a coughing pestilant riddled boy. It seems your Friend Andrezi is being ...retained by the church of the savored sting for reasons."

She added with a bit of a frown. She adjusted her belt slightlyhead glancing up torwards the upper floors.

"Ready to go?"

"I think we're all good to go." Ryn says standing. "Anybody have any questions?"

Azura checks the document to see if it has any other specifics about what happened to Andrezi.

”Maybe?” Zev says while looking at Azura look over the parchment.

The note actually appears penned by Andrezi, and in it he claims his services are once more in need at the temple. Since they are were his employer before all this with the pathfinders kicked off, he had to serve his duties with the temple first. He wished you all luck and promised to get back with you when/if he was able.

"I guess it's just us - Andrezi has another obligation. I'm ready to go whenever!"

Zev nods in agreement.

"Glad it's nothing dire." Ryn says slipping her shield over her shoulders. "So boys and girls, ready for adventure?"

"Yep!" Zev says eagerly.

Ulfr stands and stretches. Let's roll.

Azura rolls up the note and says to Natalya, "Anything else we should know about this place? Anyone you think we might run into? You can tell us about it while we go pick up Saersha."

Ada thinks for a moment, "I thought we were following the crazy woman to her contacts."

You know "the crazy woman"(Natalya) is standing right here right? lol

And we all know she doesn't look just like everyone else. Not everyone can pull off the Wushi Finger Hold on a overly concerned cousin of Ada.

"Wonder Woman" is a distinctive look, I think.

Killing time while waiting, Azura asks, "So, Ada, do anything interesting this morning, or just sleep in?"

"I slept in, and then I did my daily meditations. Which involves petting and snuggling with Erras." She leans down and pets the ever present cat.

"I did stop by a couple of booths for breakfast, a roll and black tea. What's your favorite breakfast?"

"Oh, good question. I usually like some fruit with either bread or porridge. Of course when winter comes around there's no fruit, so I have to have preserves." She smiles as she replies. "Sometimes - rarely - I'll have some eggs, or sausage, or bacon. Not something I'd want every day. Black tea is an interesting choice. It's usually really strong, though I suppose it would wake you up. I'll have to try that one of these mornings. What about you, Zev? You think about food a lot. Do you have a favorite for starting your day, or are you just happy with whatever's available?"

When he heard his name Zev was readying to answer but then he chuckles a bit. ”You ended your question with your answer, I’m just happy to have food, I don’t think I have a favourite, yet. It’s all good to me.”

Looking at Ada pet her cat he decides to ask ”So you like cats, what do you think about dogs?”

"Hopefully we can continue to be prosperous enough for you to figure out your favorites, then."

"there's so many things worth trying, half the fun is having something new." Ryn says with a grin.

Zev happily nods to his comrade’s statements. ”That does sound nice.”

Azura turns her attention to Ryn (incidentally also giving Ada a chance to respond to Zev) and replies, "That's one of the things I like about traveling - sampling other cuisine, customs, and styles. And of course meeting new people!"

"It keeps life from being stagnant. You never know when the next thing you try is your new favorite just waiting to happen." she replies, running her fingers through her hair, and happily finding that it's mostly dry.

"Very true! Can't figure out your favorites without trying a lot of different things," replies Azura. "And it's a great way to make friends, by sharing the things you enjoy. Like when you and Ulfr and Ada showed us your skills last night! That was a lot of fun. Scary a few times, but fun."

"We all have interesting talents, and it's fun to share them with other people. And sometimes the scary moments are part of the rush" Ryn answers with a chuckle.

"Also true," says Azura. "Sometimes you don't know what you can take without testing your limits."

”Yeah! You both were awesome!” Zev excitedly says to Ada and Ulfr.

"I didn't know I had it in me. Thanks to Ulfr for teaching me something about myself."

"I don't mind dogs. They are fun creatures, but the cat chose me."

Zev nods. And you chose me.

He then crouches down to try and pet Erras. ”Dogs try their best.”

Ulfr lifts his glass at the compliments. I only reveal what is already present in people, they just don't know it.
And dogs and cats are all playing second fiddle to a certain animal.
He smiles and a certain red fox peeks out from under his chair.

Azura smirks and says, "A fox is just halfway between a cat and a dog."

"You know I always thought that." Ryn says with a laugh. "Funny to hear someone else say it aloud."

"They are super-cute though."

”Foxes are nice.” Zev adds.

Azura rolls up the note and says to Natalya, "Anything else we should know about this place? Anyone you think we might run into? You can tell us about it while we go pick up Saersha."

"Well, have any of you had to deal with Wererats before? Case the Tower Girls have moved in and Ayala, the leader, is one and she's turned a couple of her favoruite girls into some too." Natalya states matter of factly.

At the mention of lycanthropes Zev has a start before he looks to the Varisian, but he doesn't otherwise say anything.

I've heard they're tough and sneaky, but that's about it. Ulfr admits.

"Yeah. There were rumors this one guy on the backroom fight circuit was one, tough as hell but never proven." Run adds.
