I need an alchemist build, but oriented on body changes. Bombs and stuff like that are of secondary importance. This guy is to be a kind of Igor/Renfield assistant/servant to a vampire warlock, so I'd like him to be as deformed as possible.

A touch of humor is OK, as I'm not looking for mechanically optimized build, but what suits the story best, so races like goblin are OK.

1.feral mutagen

2.vestigal arm 2x
3.tentacle
4.TWF
5.reach weapon
6 greater magic fang potion and your alchemical allocation

threaten more squares, get a grab attack, and when they get close enough do a ton of close up damage. plus lots of AOOs if your in the middle of combat

Play a vivisectionist. No bombs, sneak attack like a rogue instead.

If you're looking to "Hulk Out", try the Rage Chemist. Make him a half-orc and put the bonus into strength.

If weirdness is the main goal, tumor familiar, tentacle, and vestigial limb have no level requirements, so you could have all of that with a 4th level Alchemist.

A couple of the third-party races on the SRD might work for you, especially either the Half-Ogre or Ratkin.

Silver Crusade

I believe this thread would probably interest you.
Or the build suggested by finitebees@gmail.com, which you will not be able to enhance more, except with Parasitic Twin/Tumor Familiar discoveries.
