On a similar note, the gencon promo repaimts still aren't up, will these go up too?
Any word on when/if the gencon 2016 repaints will go up anytime soon?

I did a search for Issaya, found her, and wrestled her into my shopping cart (and since lillend azatas have no energy drain ability, that was a lot safer than grappling a succubus). However, my searches for "Crown of Fangs" and "Glorious Reclamation" turned up no more singles, nor could I find a top down path to them.
I did a Singles order of crown of fangs mini's, looks like the subscriber's discount didn't get added in.
I can't even access my shopping cart at the moment.

I definitely want to remove the Banshee, Cinnabar, the Emperor's Thug, and the 2nd Emperor from my order. The rest looks good.

Thanks -- it looks like I have the right items in my sidecart. These items do not seem to show that they are in my sidecart on their individual product pages, but other than that everything seems to be in order.

I fixed the link, but you're right, I didn't realize that we were looking for the repaint. I can see not-live products but after talking with the warehouse, they never went up because we didn't have any left. There is a possibility we might find a few as we are digging through last year's stuff to prepare for Gen Con 2017 and if we find any we will be sure to get them up for sale. I will see if Rick can make the product pages visible so people can at least see that they are listed but not in stock.

I did find a kobold on eBay. I've got an order that's pending, is there any way to hold that for a day til I can add the wikkawak? (Or I dunno if it's possible to manually add it to the order, but I'm guessing that's hard if it's not live yet.)

FYI -- Something seems to have gone wrong with the downloads (all of the ones that show up in "My Downloads"). People who got their shipping notices yesterday have definitely noticed the problem and are wondering when they will be able to access their PDFs.

The updated payment method authorized successfully and your order is on a pick list right now, which means it is part of the batch of orders the warehouse is currently working on. So, it could ship out any time now. But it could still leave the warehouse after PaizoCon.

I am so disappointed! See, my minis were shipped nine days ago, on Monday. As I followed the shipment via the UPS tracking, I saw not one but two notifications that the shipment had been delayed. Then day before yesterday I got the shipping notification for the rest of my subs, and I began to hope, perverse person that I am, that I would be able to report here that the second shipment arrived before the first. Alas, it was not to be — the minis arrived today. :-)
PaizoCon pick up orders were generated yesterday!
Those people should have gotten order confirmation emails. If you haven't gotten one and are expecting one, please let us know ASAP (in the next few hours).
