Start with 4 levels cavalier to get expert trainer so i can grab Horse Master and have a mount like a wolf at full level. Then if I have variant multi classing Druid I will get a companion at level -4 and at at level 11 it's at full level. It cant be a animal from the caviler list. So it can be a big cat or something.
So 4 levels and 6 feats for 2 full level companions. I think it would be good for a fighter for they have lots off feats.
Can they I get any more companions? Can I make cheaper?

Sacred Huntmaster Inquisitor with the Chivalry Inquisition will give you a Druid AC and a Horse at full level seems the easiest option.
I would assume then that adding your Druid VMC onto that would allow for a third full level AC, but I'm not overly certain how they would stack.

Hrmm. How many Animal Companions is that?
Could Eldritch Heritage (Sylvan) be of use here too?
You cannot choose Sylvan for Eldritch Heritage.
Archetypes and Gaining Powers: If an archetype like wildblooded sorcerer grants new class features like bloodline powers, domain powers, or the like, if I don’t have that archetype, can I use feats like Eldritch Heritage or Believer’s Boon and choose the powers granted by the archetype.
No. These powers only exist for the archetypes that grant them. This is particularly important because in some cases, the archetype might trade out non-parallel features to gain those powers. For example, a fey sorcerer with the wildblooded archetype trades out both her bloodline arcana and her 1st-level power to gain a new 1st-level power, but a non-sorcerer using a feat to gain a 1st-level power never had the bloodline arcana to begin with.

As a DM I would say 1 ! because Animal Companions/Eidolons etc. are such strong force multiplier...
According to RAW.. good question
I always thought that "If a character receives an animal companion from more than one source, her effective druid levels stack for the purposes of determining the statistics and abilities of the companion" means:
"You only get one AC but your levels stack to determinate the strength"

Your missing half the FAQ though.
Cavalier: Do animal companion levels from the druid class stack with cavalier mount levels?
If the animal is on the cavalier mount list and on the list of animal companions for your other class, your cavalier and druid levels stack to determine the animal's abilities. If the animal is not on the cavalier mount list, the druid levels do not stack and you must have different animals (one an animal companion, one a cavalier mount).
For example, if you are Medium druid and you choose a horse companion, levels in cavalier stack to determine the horse's abilities. If you are a Medium druid and you choose a bird companion, levels in cavalier do not stack to determine the bird's abilities, and you must choose a second creature to be your mount (or abandon the bird and select an animal companion you can use as a mount).
This same answer applies to multiclassed cavalier/rangers.
So you are perfectly allowed to have multiple AC if the animal isn't found on all your class' lists. And it is the whole point of the various "Pack" archetypes.
That said, PFS has the same houserule. So long as everyone is aware of it (so they don't base the their concept on multiple AC) its fair enough.

Aasimar Cavalier 4/Lunar Oracle 10/Falconer 6 with VMC Druid would have
Druid AC at lvl 20 (say a hippo)
Cavalier Mount at lvl 20 (horse)
Oracle AC at lvl 19 (big cat)
Ranger AC at lvl 10 (bird)Using Horse Master, aasimar oracle FCB, and Boon Companion on the oracle and ranger.
Too bad you can't layer Animal Ally on top of it :P
