↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is ready to go when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of longer than 2-6 days, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
❆✿❄If you have questions about your individual order or subscriptions, please start a new thread.❆✿❄

The authorization/order spawning is still scheduled for today, however, I am awaiting confirmation on one bit of data before I can begin. I very likely won't be starting until this afternoon so you still have a few more hours to make changes to your My Subscription page or add things to your sidecart.

I made some changes to show that there is a non-subscription new release from Wizkids for the Red Dragon Evolution Boxed Set. Thanks for bringing that to my attention In_digo, I think making this change going forward will be very useful.
No problem glad to have helped :) Also glad to see the dragons are shipping after all.

Still going strong. I hope it will finish its on its own tonight, but there is a possibility it will be going into tomorrow morning. If you see your January items pushed into February on your My Subscription page and have not yet received your subscription order email confirmation, please wait until after I come back and say things have finished spawning to report the issue. Thanks!

Kinda sad to see that the double-up month for subscriptions got pushed back to March it seems. I was hoping to get a look at the new AP next month. Still, it's good to know that things are still moving along. I got kinda worried when about halfway through December everything started saying it was going to be sent out in February.

Sara, out of curiosity, can you tell me if there's any correlation between how soon you get your "authorisation" email and where you are in the shipping queue? I was early on the list of authorisations this month - should I hope to also be early on the list of shipments or is it unrelated (or a bit related, but much more complicated)?

From a coding point of view I'd guess no - in order to relate it to shipping, you'd have to run through the entire subscriber base to find out what people wanted that month, then do the warehouse shipping optimisation magic (tm), then send everyone their email. Much better to send emails as you go to subscribers.
What it might help with is where you are in the group of similar orders that is going out at similar times

I was in the first batch of authorization notices. Got mine about 9 minutes after Sara posted above saying she started the run.
I got my shipping notice last night at 23:46 Eastern US time, and have downloaded the PDFs.
Normally I am around the end of the line, but hey, this month near the front ! Works for me.

No correlation. The authorization process follows a particular pattern and does not usually deviate. Shipping is based on the most efficient warehouse workflow.

Makes sense. Thanks.

Cheers. I'll try and order next months products in alphabetical order. See if that helps. :)

I got my shipping notice yesterday as well. Normally I'm a day or 2 after the street release date, so it was a pleasant surprise, to say the least.
Indeed. I also received my shipping notice very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised. Since I complained a bit in the past about getting late shipments, it's fair that I acknowledge that now and in December my subscriptions were shipped quickly.

My sub has been showing as shipping for the last 5 days in my orderhsitory. Normally it indicates shipped (and a date) pretty quickly after I receive the email. This is the first time there has been such a long delay. The order page certainly says "shipped via..." and I have my downloads. Does this mean it is still hasn't left, or is it just that the update to the system hasn't been made yet?

It's showing it shipped tomorrow, which is incorrect as it looks like from the auto-notes on the order, it actually shipped on January 14th. We're looking into why the date is incorrect.
Sorry for the confusion.

We are currently wrapping up the shipping of January's subscription shipment.
Please keep in mind as you await your order:
If you haven't already heard, the Northeastern states and Atlantic provinces of the US and Canada are experiencing severe winter weather.
While our office here in Redmond is not having any weather issues, packages with transit routes through the affected areas may take longer than usual or estimated to arrive. This may affect your order even if you do not live in the Northeast if your package is headed through this area while in transit (this may include international orders with a US departure point in the Northeast).
Thanks,
Sara Marie

Not a problem and thanks for the response. These things happen. A Jan 14 date is great since that could mean I'll have them before I'm due to start work again this year.

Ok, it looks like the warehouse has wrapped up January subscriptions. If you added extra items to your order or had payment failures, your order may still be pending. If your order has not shipped and you need to resolve a payment issue you should be able to fix it via your order page (found on the Order History Page under My Account). If you aren't sure why your order is still pending, please contact us via email (customer.service@paizo.com), phone 425-250-0800 or by starting an individual thread here in the customer service forum.
