Confused she replies. "It looks uncomfortable... No not your bed, her shell... No you stay in that room in your shape you wouldn't be able to run if necessary." Zilla looks at Reviarti with a smile. "Sorry my friend is worried about our friends and he's a bit stubborn at times."
"It's not, no worry. So, your friend? Who is that?"
Ace grins at Keme's comment about Tyrinn, and nods at the power coming back "Fair points both, I'll go see if I can narrow down our assailants location any. Be back shortly."
With that, he's off to the observatory. When he gets there, the power is indeed restored enough. He fiddles with some of the dials, buttons, and such, trying to recall what Ty did. Finally, after some trial and error, he manages to get it all working.
Sara holds out her arms to the side and whistles a sound like birdsong. The birds line up on her arms nine each and one on her head for symmetry. She has an intense whistling conversation with them for a few minutes. At one point they fly off of her and hover in the shape of an arrow and then an exclamation point and then an S.
"I'm calling someone for help. Does anyone know magic that can make them faster? Sun. What direction is the place Lang went with the owls?"
Sun tells Sara where Lang's (and his) home is located.
Lang went home to the East in the Sunrise mountains. He is supposed to return tomorrow
Sara nods and whistles to the birds.
"Mr.Settro. Do you have anything that could make the birds faster? They need to get to Lang quickly."
"It's not, no worry. So, your friend? Who is that?"
Zilla looks back to the Zif. "Oh that's Hew. He's been unconscious in the infirmary till someone whisked us away. So I need to get him to others." She tries to calmly tell Reviarti, though she still seems shaken by everything.
"I see. Well, alright. I can help. Do you know the way to him?"
"Sort of... I could turn it into something much faster for a while."
"All of them? They need to go together to show him."

"Arthur, lights just came on how's it looking out there ?"

I'm sure it doesn't take long for Arthur and Mel to reach the infirmary.

"well I suppose we are here to fix the equipment, restore power here, that kinda stuff," he goes to whoever looks to be in charge here "what specifically should we be doing to fix here?"
"All of them? They need to go together to show him."
"No, not really. You're on your own there."
"Mmm." She thinks about her options.
"What can you turn him into?"
"Almost anything you can think of."

do you really think we need to get Lang now, I mean we are all safe and he is supposed to be here tomorrow. and it will take time for him to fly here.
"Hmm. One of the great big birds? Like my book talked about?"
She opens her messenger bag and pulls out a picture book about animals. She opens it to a page and points to a picture of a Roc with a short description next to it.
"Lang needs to know about what's happening here. Maybe he can help us."
"Sun may very well be right. But yes, I could do that."

Sun looks to settro, just what are you saying?
"Well.... If the dragon was smart...witch most dragons are... They would attack the infermary first, and kill everyone there... So... They very well may not be safe. But we can always hope that this wasn't that well though out."

Of the remaining Staffers that are gathered in the Infirmary, looking around and attempting to avoid Nala and her work, not to mention a recently communing Grim Jr. and Yrrin waiting nearby, one replies to Arthur and company.
"I .. suppose, if you knew how to build things from scratch? All the equipment in here, plus our medical stores were destroyed by, what appears to be explosives and ..in some cases, acid. It's literally all melted down and ..who in their right mind would do this??" That person breaks down a bit, the savagery of the attack affecting the otherwise medical person's mind. Another co-worker comes to help.
"Hello, I'm Tola, I work here with some of these others-- we have a make shift infirmary in the Cafeteria, but this room needs to be cleaned up and rebuilt, with beds, rolling carts and all the like. From what I understand," says the dark haired woman, "a lot of the items were purchased from a company and can possibly be replaced. Just the basics are needed really, beds and containers for water and some heating supplies. With the right magic, and technology, we can manage. Our supplies for helping with healing has been destroyed, the potions, scrolls and wands that we relied on. People really should be told to take it easy until we're back up to full capacity."
She looks around, it's more of an office management and facilities issue, since all the delicate equipment was slagged and junk, useless unless fixable from it's raw parts without help.
"Since we have the Cafeteria, we can use the kitchen for heating water and such, until our limited clerical abilities run out. This has been horrible."
She comforts the other lady and walks off-- clearly, this room itself, while still reforming and such, needs to be completely rebuilt and equipped. Though, the dust of the dead being collected for later use, was possibly still being dealt with.

Some of the circuits and subsystems in the telescope are fried and will need repairing,b but the main function is still working. Given his rough estimates... Ace is able to narrow down their target to one of three solar systems - only two of which have habitable planets - obviously she may be on the non-habitable planets or moons, but Ace at least has a starting point.
There is a slight snag though - Tyrrin's systems indicate that both these planets are Imperial controlled, high population worlds, near the Imperial capital.
Midori's blood runs cold at Settro's words... he was right of course, and it made perfect sense to Midori that the attacker would destroy the place of healing first... but that meant..
Tears are forming in her eyes, and without saying anything else, Midori is off, practically pounding at the door to the ship (which, presumably, opens for her). She sprints at breakneck pace towards the infirmary, tears dripping down her face, brushing the wall to call the arrows - the basement wasn't familiar to her after all.
"Hey-- I just spotted a huge room with some kind of," he describes Carl's ship and the hanger, "down below and some... you guys have space ships or something?"
Still somewhat speaking aloud while Jaiye is around, he tried to get Ariente's attention and the like, plus anyone else he knew, still standing about looking 'prepared' in case something happened.
Behind him, with all the angelic help and such, the minor injuries and those Lycans that were slain were getting attended too, though, the degree of that raising of dead, was completely up to the angels and minor clerical strength of the few remaining infirmary.
Obviously, the abilities of students, weren't immediately taken into account, but even they might have limits due to spells and such.
He had been helping in the 'infirmary' for twenty minutes when he finds his brother..
Ehos had been standing there looking around when he spots Anthony's brother among the medical staff, bending over someone... Anthony himself.

She nods at the question. "I can lead us back. We're not far, but I don't know where to go. The announcement said the cafeteria, but I didn't want to use the arrows. I thought they might bring who ever is doing this down on Hew and I."
"Ya. . . But it won't be as fast now. I needed Settro for that. Little birds aren't very fast."
She looks for Cariban.
"Cariban, do either of you know a magic to help me get to Lang faster?"

wait...when Lang left he used some sort of Teleportation room. we could use that if we knew how to work it

riviarti takes a handful of crystal marbles out of her satchel. The says some od things, flicks her hands around, and then wispers

then small crystal orbs float into the air, and fly off in several directions.
"Alright, take me to this hew."

She tweets to the birds to get ready but let's Cariban offer suggestions before asking Carl to put the birds outside.

Zilla nods to Reviarti. "This way." She waves her hand for Reviarti to follow.
She was right. They weren't far from Hew as after only two halls she entered a room where a young boy sat upon a bed. His body was covered in a thin translucent substance.
The boy looked up at Zilla and Reviarti. "I guess your who Zilla found." Slowly stood from the bed. He stumbled slightly before he grasped his staff and held himself up.

There are many theories of the planes. One such theory is this; there are as many planes as there are possible decisions. It isn't bad, as far as such things go, but it doesn't allow for those planes that seem fixed and everlasting. Another way to think about the planes involves changing the way one thinks about the very most base particles of being; there are atoms and quarks and muons and gluons and tiny sub-particles of infinite smallness. This is a true thing. But as opposed to reducing the universe to a binding and arbitrary semantic commonality, there is also speaking to the universe in words it can't ignore. One of the more mundane ways to do this is with magic. A much less mundane way to do this is with stories; with the telling of tales. In cosmologies of this sort, one of the very most indivisible ways to describe existence is story. A taxonomy of tales neatly allows for the persistence of certain unavoidable and immanently extensible planes; a Good Place (heaven), a Bad Place (hell), a Shadowy Place, a Place for Spirits, A Place for Demons, A Place for Chaos, A Place for Order...and so on.
