Aside from Canny Acumen working on saves and perception, no, not really.
There are other feats that increase proficiency to match other proficiencies--the dedications for many weapon-using archetypes and the casting feats for spellcaster multiclass archetypes come to mind--but those also lag behind your normal class progression, or at best raise your proficiency level to your class' level for a specific weapon or armors.

Basically this, although, very rarely there are class feats that give you a proficiency bump. Animal skin comes to mind.

Most proficiency increases are tied through progression through your Class or (sometimes) your Archetype.
This.
Other than for skills, proficiencies are tied to Class, mainly because everyone would feel obliged to take all the proficiency bonuses they could just to keep up with the math/power curve. And that makes for uninteresting choices. So such "must-have" bonuses are embedded in Class progression instead. This scarcity is why IMO Canny Acumen is a "must-have" feat, though there's a large window before 17th where it does nothing! And it's making up for a deficit, to help those at the bottom of the curve. There are many abilities which can take you from bad to average, but very few that will take you from good to great and none that will get you to best. For that you need to take the specific Class that's best at what you want to excel in.
One example is the Fighter Archetype. Even though having the highest weapon proficiency is the Fighter's main offensive perk, at most you'll get to Expert via the Archetype...something more cheaply gotten elsewhere.

I'm pretty sure that I've included all of the class features and class feats that affect proficiencies in these charts.
Gisher's Guide to Proficiency Bonuses
As others have pointed out, there are also archetypes and general feats that can increase some proficiencies.
